Loved the selection of dresses
Tracking thr package could of been easier

I ordered a dress on December 17th and was very nervous because of the reviews. I was expecting a confirmation email when the dress shipped and never got one but my dress came in the second week of January. Super fast shipping and the dress is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Hebeos. The dress is better quality than the dresses we've tried on in store and a third of the price.

When you request for a return you have 14 days from date of receiving however it takes a long time for them to answer emails on how to return, 4 emails later I still have not been told how to return item.

I knew the dress wouldn't be the one from the picture, but for the price, they could have used nicer material.

I shopped all around for what I wanted but couldn't find it in a price I was comfortable with. I had heard of Hebeos before but never looked. I searched and used the filters to see if they had what I envisioned and I found it! Not only did I find but it, I found it for an AMAZING price. It came in and the quality was fantastic. It is absolutely perfect!

Extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. This is an online purchase and for such a formal purchase customer should be given more opportunity to return an item. Comparison online and in person is totally different but this company refuses to take back product as they believe their website is well displayed with rules.

The shopping experience was great but the dress is too small it doesn't fit

The dress was beautiful when it arrived. Though it fit my daughter as per the measurements, the dress didn't have much shape and the bust area didn't hold in place. The dress was beautiful though and ordering was easy.

My experience was just awesome. The dress came in such a beautiful color. The quality is great. The price is cheap. I definitely will order something else from hebeos. It came in time. The only thing is the top part of the dress that I will fix, but i will fix it just because i can. It's a bit loose. But it's great even just like that)) I ordered Second size and didn't do any specialties)

Most disappointed I ordered the mermaid V neck you sent some $#*!ty wrong dress has ugly peach on top of you say your going to provide the dress $#*! advertised then do! Dont go pick what ever the $#*! you want! To me this is a scam and never got what you said you where selling there is no reason for this other then $#*!ty low life scammer piece of $#*! who ruined us and our wedding day 27 days away thank you for being the $#*!ty loser scammer lier!

Dress came on time but unfortunately the dress didn't match the picture. I tried it on and the fit is fine, but top part of the dress is thick, heavy, and has wiring. It is definitely not comparable to their picture online. I've been dealing with Hebeos customer service and referring to their return policy. The dress is definitely defective as it looks no where near the their original picture online. I guess it's my fault for buying a dress online.
