The custom dress is lovely quality but sadly the waist size is much too large for me. This could be due to my own measurements, but I was not able to double-check this, and it also seems odd as it is quite a lot larger. The other dimensions were great. I did not receive a confirmation email or a notification that my dress was being delivered as far as I am aware.

Like so many people, I was not holding my
Breath rhat the dress I would get in the mail, would look like the dress in the website, or be good quality or fit! I am speechless at how beautiful it is! So much nicer than I thought it would be! Beausiful tulle and lace … I will have to make a minor adjustment in the shoulders to shorten the body by like half an inch. So easy! The dress was shipped inside out to protect it from damage in transit, and it arrived 3 weeks after I ordered it! Wow is all that I can say and thank u!

Even faster shipping than expected. Dress was fairly close to as pictured. Quality not top of the line, but for the cost, it was pretty good.

If you are not a mannequin, do not order any of the dresses. I order one dress from them, and unfortunately didn't fit me well. I request a refund and I was asked for evidence that the dress is not fitting me well. I even went to a professional tailor to see if she can make on my body, and unfortunately was nothing to be done. Therefore after 5 days of delivery I request to return the dress and refund, but the answers from Hebeos was a voucher of only 70% of the value, which I can use for other dress from there Website and which will not fit me... practically to close my mouth. I nicely declined that offer, based on the previous experience and after I send them pictures to justify my refund request. Unfortunately they don't care that the normal people are not having the mannequin sizes. They are not answering on my email and they definitely didn't give me the opportunity to receive my refund.
Please save your money, time and energy... they are way better company in UK from where you can receive a proper customer service and your refund as pe UK law.
On the attached pictures you can see the Hebeos explenation, if you as a customer will be happy with that then go for it and waist your money.

Efficient delivery time, great packaging and nice quality material.

I ordered two dresses in the hope of ordering more for bridesmaids. One dress the zip would not move, the other much larger than measurements state. This company refuse refunds even if damaged, colour different, too big or two small. Basically any issues are the customers fault. Avoid, never use fraudulent company. Advertising easy returns within 7 days if not happy with your order… I will be continuing to report this company and will not stop until I have received my refund.

We ordered samples to help decide on a colour. They are all so nice. It is still a hard decision

Really easy ordering process but not happy with the netting around the neck line as you cannot see this in the photos when purchasing which I'm not to impressed by.

Overall good however the shipping took longer than expected but dress looks amazing and good quity

I guess I expected more but quality was missing. Delivery was fast. Dress was packaged really small and material was so cheap. Unfortunately I will never order from here again.

Sizes are no match to what actually arrived. Measured the 3girls to make sure they were in the right sizes but what arrived was nowhere near a fit. Far to small.
The product was not delivered to my house and have had to search the whole village looking for them as just kept getting told they have been delivered

I was a bit concerned that I wasn't sent a tracking number, but when I sent an email, they got back to me right away. A couple days later my dress arrived (on time). The dress was vacuum sealed in a bag, and my first try on went great. A little big, but nothing a few alterations can't fix!

I sent in measurements for a custom wedding dress and Hebeos were quick to respond to any queries I had/ to tell me anything I needed to know. It came very quickly and is exactly what I was hoping for. Dream dress.
