Easy to order, beware the delivery takes time, but worth the wait, when dispatched you get email saying arrived, i worried but it arrived 2 days later, not that anyone got bCk to my concern but other than that all well

I ordered the dress with my custom measurements. Customer service was fast with response to my email. The dress fits perfectly, and is gorgeous. Looks exactly like the photos. Don't be fooled by the other Hebeos site. Be sure you are on the UK version.

I was disappointed that the product received mismatched what was advertised. I felt stressed throughout the refund process that took a while, but I am thankful that the company was understanding and provided a refund.

It's a pretty dress but the sizing is completely off. If you want the dress to fit it's best to customise the size as some places will fit and others won't if you order a normal size. The slit is also a bit off and Is more to the front then side. There is also a lot of the dress so you can barely even see or find the slit. Overall it's a pretty dress just don't make the same mistake I did by not customising the size.

When I saw the dress I really liked it especially because another customer provided the picture of them wearing it... I didn't realize the I could ask for customer sizing on that dress... They don't make it easy to find the feature... So i ordered the closest to my size... I still have to pay quite a bit for alternations. But that's on me. I should have dug deeper for the feature... I did email customer service though... They didn't respond to me for days... I had ordered the dress by then already... When the dress came. I unwrapped it and the first thing that happened was one of the beads fell off... I looked at the beading work and it's pretty bad... But like I said. U get what u pay for... Overall the dress is wearable after I get it altered.

Order arrived very quickly and the custom fit was very good. Disappointed with the colour of the skirt which didn't look like the picture and there was a strong fishy odour on the netting of the underskirt

A lot of going round in circles in trying to rerun an item for a full refund

Be careful when choosing size. I would definitely recommend going at least 2 maybe 3 sizes up

The dress I received was too big even though I followed the measurements guide and the dress did not look as expected, it was longer and looked more like a prom dress from the 70-80's.
Not satisfied at all.

Beautiful dress however despite measuring my daughter and checking it against their standard sizes it's 5 inches too small across the back and wont do up.

Item arrived really poorly packed. Inside out, no even folded shoved into a small bag for a long dress worth nearly £100

I am returning my dress as it does not stay up on my shoulders and the fit under the armpit is very close.
I had some questions about my purchase and I was pleased with how quickly I received a response.

I ordered a grey dress for my sister's engagement and it was arriving on the very previous day of my sister's engagement but when the dress arrived it was looking like a mess just a cloth wrapped and designed the fitting was also very loose not happy at all as I the customer service is telling me we can't give u refund even when I contacted them the same day
I would suggest it's a waste of money don't buy it

Very easy to order. Lots of choice. Beautiful dress. Sizing was spot on and fitted my daughter beautifully.
