Beautiful selection of dresses at an affordable price. Easy sizing. Order was exactly as advertised. Fits me perfectly and will definitely be using this site in the future.

The dress material was nice but the bottom half had too much material, it wasn't flattering.
I'm trying to return the dress and its not straight forward what the process is or how to go about this. I emailed the site but had no response which is disappointing

I ordered 2 colours of chiffon, the order came through quite quickly and can now decide which colour to choose.

Easy to navigate. Extensive selection of gowns. Takes a little while to get to you but they kept on contact throughout delivery.

Not correct sizing not a size 12 more like a 8 not happy with how small it was

I already emailed you i have ordered 2 of these dresses two different sizes but they are both the same size so now I have to order a third the us 8/uk12 is not as it says it was tiny very same fit as the other one. Us2/uk6

I do t feel that we have received a customised dress with the measurements we sent. As they dress is far to long for our measurements

I love this dress. It fits perfectly and is made to a very high standard. Beautiful in every way. Arrived well within the estimated stated time.

Dress arrived but poor quality and not as pictured. Returns not accepted.

I ordered a wedding bridal bouquet of flowers on Feb 1,2023. Never received the shipment although they gave a tracking number. The USPS said it never reached the states. Hebeos told me to put in a lost claim with USPS, I tried but the USPS said they had to put in the claim. After going back in forth, I put in a dispute with my bank letting them know I never received my package. Hebeos sent me an emaill with these exact words asking me to close the dispute case, we can send you a new item or refund you the item price but if you keep the case open we could provide the delivered information to the banks and it would affect your future purchasing. I stated until you send the product or refund my money then I will close the dispute. They further said even if you win the case, you cannot get the refund until June. I said then that tells me you are not trying to help in making sure I get what I paid for or refund my money, I have to win in order to get a return. Whoever is handling their customer service is not professional, very argumentative, helpful or sensible. Oh they also don't care that I'm writing this review, they actually dared me. Wish I could screenshot the correspondence so people can see they shouldn't cater to this company no matter how cheap the prices are.
