I ordered a headlight kit for a Peterbilt and was told it would ship and be received in a couple of days. I've waited over a week and it has not been shipped yet. After reading other reviews and numerous attempts to reach customer service I canceled my order. Stay away from these guys.

I am SO sorry that I ran into this company online. They sold me headlights that they claimed were compatible with my van. They were not. They did NOT ship in two days, as claimed. If you think that the headlights and lamps that they sell are DOT approved and legal in your state, they are not. I've been working on cars and trucks for 45 years and tried seven ways to Sunday to aim them and couldn't. My longtime mechanic wouldn't even install them because "they're junk, and they wont pass a safety inspection". I'm out close to a hundred bucks and their "customer service" is unbending and full of deception. Need headlights? I'll sell you these, cheap!

I know nothing about car headlights, so after getting pulled over by the sheriffs in town, they told me to get new headlights. Thank god it was just a warning, becoz one of my headlamps was out. I asked 21 questions to the agent at headlight experts, and they made sure I got the right light bulbs. I installed it with them over the phone, and viola! It worked! Now I am not paranoid to drive again, thanks to headlight experts! Lol.

This is there famous line "We do apologize for the back order. This should be back for shipment within 2-3 business days or less over a month and still no update. They take money and shovel it in to there other business that's probably a scam as well. It's called GOLD STAR AUDIO. On that web page everything is out of stock go figure..

I bought a few things for my car from here, it offers the best service to its customers with its easy to use and wide product range. It meets expectations with its quality products, reasonable prices and fast delivery. Customer service is also helpful and efficient.

Here's how their lifetime warranty works, number one you have to email them then by the end of the day they'll respond to you. Number two they want you send back your headlights bulbs to them (you pay shipping) or upgrade and pay another amount. So lifetime warranty sucks, it's cheaper to buy them at a store or going to Amazon to buy them, I'll never buy from them again.

Transaction took place on July 31st got a email on the second of August headlights shipped then today 08/07/2022 when contacted them thru email tell me it has to be shipped wow what a scam they are would never suggest them to anyone for business

The kit I purchased for a Nissan xterra did not fit in the housing because the flange was too thick. Customer service was advised me that they were tight but would fit. They did not, and I had to machine the flange down to the correct thickness. Then, the light output was barely any improvement on the stock bulbs, and low beam had a terrible pattern of blotchy light. Customer service responded with a sparky know-it-all response. I removed the bulbs, trashed them and installed the stock ones. The LED units could be out-driven at 55mph. No better than stock. Don't buy from this company.

I have purchased several items from headlight experts including led bulbs as well as fogs. I have been extremely happy with all my purchases and I have peace of mind that I will be happy with my purchase thanks to their great product reviews! After very poor beam performance of HE 9003 H4 LED Bulb, I tested the bulbs and compared with tests of the standard halogen bulbs and the H4 specification and determined that the HE H4 bulb incorrectly provides 360 degree illumination on low beam (photos included of test done at lower voltage for clarity). I could have missed something, so I contacted customer service and very tactfully explained my confusion and asked for feedback. I was told that that the bulbs worked correctly, 360 degree illumination was by design, and they were not going to discuss the bulb performance with unqualified customers who did not understand (I am an electrical and optical engineer with automotive industry R&D experience and a Ph.D. In Solid State Physics and Electrical Engineering.). Due to the poor return policy, I will modify the bulbs myself to meet spec, However, I would encourage others to find an alternate product.

I got fog lights for my 2017 jeep wrangler they till you to cut and clip to make them stay in the OEM socket they do not stay in called back and they sent new retainers You can see where they clipped off the plastic. They pop out going down the road. Looks really nice 60k jeep with fog lights hanging out called them back asking for my money back only can email for service win you call same guy answered the phone they don't have two bites about service

Had the headlights before my truck even arrived and installed them the day I got the truck. Install was easy plug and play and so far they have worked flawlessly. Hopefully they hold up for a long time but for now it was a great investment.

Great upgrade to the stock halogen lights. Plug and play was really easy to install. Lights are positioned well and aren't like those lights that you see in your rear vision mirror. Positioned low toward the road and bright! Build quality of the led was great aswell worth the purchase!

I order the Headlight experts bulbs for my Dodge Ram and My Rv after asking which bulbs I needed. The bulbs fit fine on the Ram but have an incredible buzz sound that is annoying. When questioned headlight experts there answer was all LED light have fans. Which is incorrect. On the RV the bulbs will not stay in an had the same annoying buzz. After several emails. They refuse to refund the product and told me to contact the mgr Paul, so I called and asked for Paul. There answer- He is gone for 4-6 hours call back at 4-5pm and then they hung up on me. I am finished with this company

Purchased a set for my Jeep and my fiancé's Kia, the lighting is much brighter and does provide better visibility. However, BUYER BEWARE, when these are operating, they sound really loud. So if you're trying to maintain a quiet vehicle, these probably aren't for you.

Also, after 6 months of use, my Jeep's headlights started to sound even louder and began to flicker regularly until the right unit failed. Though they honor a lifetime warranty with a guarantee of a 24 hour turn around time for testing and repair, it actually took 3 weeks to receive the repair/replaced set. You'll have to pay for return shipping, buy an alternative for while it's in for repair. Even doing exchanges or replacements, you're responsible for the shipping costs, which doesn't really make a whole lot of sense. Anyway, just thought y'all should know when considering purchasing these!

Ordered led kit which came with NO instructions. (First red flag). Contacted customer service who responded by saying the instructions were on the product page (they arent, second red flag). Product page mentions splicing but email says no splicing needed. Very contradictory information. (3rd red flag). VERY unprofessional. Totally regret ever buying from them. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. You'll thank me later. Otherwise you will be regretting your purchase too, no doubt.

While I was going to buy new headlights for my car, I found this company and after a little research, I ordered the headlights, I started waiting and incredibly fast delivery was provided, not only that, but they were extremely helpful by providing information support with their expert teams, I have shopped three or four times from this company, a very reliable company. I bought a led head light kit and the product did not work with my truck and the company didn't stand behind their product. I even tried a module that they insured would make my lights work and it made them worse. After that the company would not stand behind their 100% guarantee even after I had to spend more money on a module they insisted I needed. Would not recommend this company and their products.
