It was easy to shop on your site. I received one shirt and it was fine. The second shirt came and it was damaged, a tear in the shirt and a tear on the collar. My husband emailed you about this, you told him could mail back, would cost us to ship back, or keep shirt and would give 15% off next purchase. Nothing was said about refunding full amout paid for shirt or you pay for the shipping to send back and send a new shirt. WE loved the first shirt received. I will not be shopping on your site again. I did love your shirts and would have probably ordered more in the future, but not now since this is the kind of service we got when having a problem.
Nice men's clothes, big variety, sizing can be a bit of concern/returns/exchanges can be EXPENSIVE

My problem is with your shirt numbering system. Correct me if I'm wrong, they look like the cat got on the keyboard multiple times. Maybe it's the cat's job. There just seems to be no rhyme nor reason in the numbering.
