10 all the clothes fit perfectly and are described. Only one shirt was entirely to small. I don't know how because it's the same as all but it was too small. It was an XXL and fitted like a medium.

The shirts I purchased were very nice and they have a large variety to suit anyone. The problem is their shipping take a month to reach you and then certain item that needed to be boxed, such as the hat I purchased, came to me smashed and unrecognizable. It was a lightweight Panama style hat that ended up looking like something Moms Mabley wore on the Chitlin' Circuit.
I think that they can do their customers a much better service by speeding up shipping and using boxes rather than plastic bags.

I have ordered shirts about 3 or 4 times in the past The last 2 orders were the best because they delivered in the time frame that was mentioned. Also the correct sizes were sent to me.It seams like their quality control has greatly improved. Quite a while back I had issues with being sent a couple of shirts that were the wrong size. I even had one that had been labeled large but was actually small. After reading comments from other customers they said it was nothing but a lot of hassels to try and send them back and very expensive so I had to give them shirts away. So I gave HAWAILILY one more chance and things were sent correctly the last two shipments
The very first order placed they send 1 shirt the wrong size. I kept it anyway and donated it to a charity. Also for the price of shipment the products should arrive much faster.
I like your products diversity, style and pricing. I purchased approximately 10 shirts between June 2022 and September 2022. Three of the shirts was too small for me even though I ordered the same size for all purchases. Eighty percent (80%) is not a bad result or success rate. However, getting to 100% satisfaction could be achieved by making it easier to return purchased items that are unacceptable for some reason. I have found the process of returning unsuitable purchases to be so difficult that I have mostly given up on the idea. Interestingly, its easier to return and unwanted item when making a purchase through Amazon than it is through Hawalili. You need to make it easier for the customer to return products because the quality of the purchases have been fantastic for summer clothing. You can either fix the problem on the back end or risk losing valuable customers forever. You choose!
I made a purchase of several men's shirts that I thought I might like for the summer. I was very disappointed when I received them to find that none of the shirts fit. Extra Large was about the size of a Medium. I was not happy with the sizing, however very satisfied with the quality of the shirts. I contacted the source for an exchange, however I have no reason to believe that the Largest Size would fit properly. After a few written exchanges, I was offered a % refund and I could keep all 6 too small shirts. I was not given an Exchange Address so that I could calculate the expense for Return Shipping, so I have no idea what that would cost. I very much like the shirts, however they are of no use to me.
Three shirts were mislabeled and were all three different sizes than what I ordered and I haven't received the return form/address I requested several days ago.

Answer: BAD COMPANY! I think they are a scam as well. Got small instead of large shirts, that were labeled Large. Tried to return them and never got a return label from them. The scam is they offer 15,20, and then finally 25% cash back if you keep them because you are faced with international shipping fees, possible custom charges and many weeks without knowing if you will get your money back. First file a dispute with your credit card company and then the BBB. Help the next poor bait and switch victim.

Answer: I'm 6'3" and 265.3XL fits with room to spare. I wash all my clothes before wearing and these held up well with warm water and tumble dry. They do wrinkle easily, but the designs override any complaint there. I haven't tried ironing yet. I'm assuming very,very low heat.
