Tool was well made durable and exactly as described … I will also say this was the most well wrapped package I have ever received … the whole tool was wrapped in cardboard and taped …. Lol I laughed at how long it took to unbox considering the awkward shape of the tool. That said I did appreciate the level of care and wrapping of the tool i ordered … it was in perfect condition after unboxing and inspecting it. Well worth the purchase. I will definitely come back for future items when needed. Thank you again.

I had a hard time finding this exact hook to match the other ones in the space. I found the hooks on hardwareandtools.com, and the price was lower than any other site that I found. I chose not to pay extra for fast shipping, so I saved a little there, too. The hooks arrived very well packaged and in perfect, new condition. I will definitely use this site again in the future!

I was looking for a specific type of part and there were questions about the online picture and description versus the actual product, since manufacturers change designs often. Customer service went out of there way to make sure the part and description matched and since it didn't they immediately credited my card. Super company!

I had been trying to buy select gutter covers from the big box stores, but was given long lead times, but because they were a bit cheaper, I decided to wait it out. Big mistake - one delay after another and then finally they said they could only furnish 22 of the 73 covers that I need. This runaround sucked up 3 weeks of my time, waiting. At that point (22 covers did not help me), I decided to search the internet for another supplier. These covers were somewhat hard to find, but finally I came across Hardware and Tools. Their price was a bit higher, but very competitive and best of all they said they could ship them within four days. I placed my order with them and much to my pleasant satisfaction I had the gutter covers within one week. I'm very happy that I found this company while surfing the net. Try them - you'll like them.
