Great transaction. Product arrived in excellent condition due to careful packaging by Hardware and Tools personnel. It is difficult to send 2 one gallon cans of liquid via a carrier and have it arrive in decent condition. But H &T successfully accomplished it. Very pleased with the entire experience and will certainly shop there again.
Love the site - but a definition of how fast each shipping method would take would be helpful in my case. I am shopping for raffle prizes fo the holiday party and have to receive the order by a deadline. I'm not sure how many weekdays to estimate for hot buys economy shipping and it is too late to call for the info.

Packaging of the order was extremely poor with 40 out of 60 shelf brackets ending up floating in the large overall carton. This soured an otherwise excellent shopping experience.

For at least 3 years now I've bought 6-9 bottles of 32-oz Drain Out remover at the advice of a plumber of ours. He told us to pour a half container's worth down each drain that had potential of clogging, and we'd never need to make a plumbing call again! He was honest, and he was right! About 2 months I do as advised and never have I had to ask for help de-clogging bathroom drains. Apparently it immediately dissolved all that trapped hair in the drain.
Little trouble registering but overall a smooth transaction. Ordered a hard to find item which H&T offered at a very reasonable price. Item shipped next day and I received the order several days before the stated delivery date. All in all a great experience. I will shop this site again.
My only concern was that I have little experience with online orders and, therefore, after I had put the item I wanted in a cart, I did not see how to go to checkout, so I called Customer Service to find out. The woman there was wonderful. I was disappointed that the light bulbs had to be back-ordered, but you alerted me and you sent it soon thereafter. (A different vendor had indicated that the bulbs were no longer produced.) Shipping time was quite satisfactory. The bulbs arrived undamaged and perform as expected.
