I ordered Poladay and I got it 7 days later, product was as described and well packed. I was regularly kept updated about the progress of the order, so I am a very "happysmily" customer and will definitely re-order from Happysmile. After reading the negative reviews and the answers from the company, I must admit that those negative reviews don't seem to be "very genuine" to say the least, the company must be doing a good job and sell good products, other wise competitors wouldn't go to that extend to take them down!
Company is not real, they have generated fake good reviews to pull you in, visa have started an investigation on my behalf.

Whoever I this Michael C is (CEO?) who has replied to some of the reviews on here is a very rude and nasty person judging by the comments he has made. There is no customer service dept, the phone number they list is a messaging company, I asked for the address for Happysmile which when I googled it I found it to be a London street with houses, digging a bit deeper I found that this address has 547 business's registered there! Scam? MOST DEFINITELY.
I ordered Monday and received my order by Friday by recorded delivery, I listened to reviews saying it was a scam so I panicked, Sharon has been so helpful and I feel guilty for listening to anyone else, as I was told unfortunately bad reviews are easier to find than good, please don't be put off by other people's reviews I can honestly say I'm so happy that this site is amazing and customer service is amazing so thank you x

I never used the company and saw some negative reviews but I did some checking and they seems to sell to anyone who is buying. I used Polanight from ny dentists and it caused my terrible pain. I too will buy the happysmile own brand, The negative comments do not seem genuine so I suppose it mu be the dentists trying to put people off from buying them. I did a quick check on happysmileuk+ charity and it seems the company also gives to sick childrends charities. I have also seen lots of teeth whitening "trolls" online from the non- peroxide brigade so far this website seems the best online and they muct be good as I remeber them online in 2003. My tip would be to use happysmile own brand as I have seen so may top reviews and seems so gentle. I will be using them for sre and will update you all. Hope my review helps you all GREG

TERRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN! Wasted 80GPB on a product that never arrived, it has been over 6 weeks now. Company cannot be contacted by phone, submitted numerous tickets, to which supposedly they should reply within 48 hours, well- it has been a month! I now understand I will not get my products and I should give up. Thank God I can still contact Trading Standards UK. Do not buy!
The Company is a con. I ordered products for £59.99 and they have not been delivered. You can't contact them and when they reply by e-mail they state that it's not their fault. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

I got my gel but sadly my teeth have not changed colour at all i did exactly what they told me to do but no change im very disappointed as this was not cheap
Hi Karen. That is sad and very rare. I will give some reasons. 1) The gel has been near a heat source. 2) Check all mouthwashes you use. Certain chemicals in mouthwashes will ineract 3) You might simply need it on longer 4) You might need a higher strength 5) You might need to use more gel in the trays 6) It is very rare but teeth can be a natural offshade colour - very rare though. 7) You could be using medications or have used medications that have effected the dental colour. Placed an order and told it would be dispatched in days. When it did not arrived I sent their Sharon 3 emails asking where my order was an what was the tracking number. All were ignored.It was only when I opened a PayPal dispute did I get an email within minutes saying my order was not accepted. THIS WAS AFTER I WAS TOLD IT HAD BEEN SENT 10 DAYS AGO.

**PUBLIC APOLOGY** During August 2015 we lost a member of staff sadly to long term cancer. It was a very sad time for HappySmile Dental Supply. Orders were delayed by upto 3 weeks. We are very sorry and we do take full responsibility. We did offer a poor customer service experience and delivery was late and this did upset customers during August 2015. We could not publish this public apology at the time as it was such a sad time for our staff at our dental supply company. Once again, please accept our most sincere apologies.
I have shopped with happysmileuk.com and found them very helpful. I placed my order FEB 2011 and delivery was FAST only had taken 2 days to arrive. I ordered opalescence from them for me and the wife. The telephone support was helpful, to my suprise they even answer in an evening and was really handy as I work in the daytime. I have shopped on other websites but I found the prices to be really discounted. I spoke to Dan on the phone and he was great, really friendly and he also gave me an order tracking number. This company also seem to have lots of dental products available, far more products than on other sites and they sell to the public too. I can not fault them and have told my work friends to shop with Happy Smile. The other thing I like is that they offer free dental samples. Many sites do not seem to have a news section but happy smile likes to keep customers informed. Keep up the good work Happysmile as I am one very satisfied customer. Top marks. Thumbs up...
