I Have To Say I Thought This Was A Scam. I Took A Chance. I Love It. Actually Arrived Sooner Than Expected. I Will Be Reordering So My Stock Is Great Standing.
I was soooo skeptical about using this site but as a college student and mother with school aged children, struggling with mental health, I'd almost give anything. Not the $600 appointment to a psych though because God knows I can't afford that in a pandemic.
I opted for a medication I had previously been on in my teenage years to add on to my anti depressant. I ordered 60 tablets. I noticed that it hadn't been shipped for some time, even though I had paid for expedited shipping, contacted them and they let me know they couldn't expedite due to current circumstances and credited me a discount on my next order. I was notified when it shipped, I used (AfterShip) an app to track my package, and received today with no problems.
Very happy with this company.
Note: If you're going through loopholes, expect loophole like problems to arise. Be kind to people and they will in turn be kind to you. Don't be a Karen when you're going underground to fix your issues.

My first order with them, promptly shipped and confirmed with a tracking number, unfortunately got seized by customs. When told so, their customer service reacted in the right way to replace my lost order, which I received well. Their client approach was friendly and service-minded. I would recommend them any time.

I have placed orders several times with HFS over the past few years and have experienced outstanding service and quality every time. A polite customer service representative always calls before accepting the order and funds to ensure that all customer details are correct. Products are shipped promptly and always arrive on time or earlier than expected. Cannot beat these guys for service, quality and price. You'd be a fool to buy anywhere else!
So I gave Happy Family Store 2 stars because they actually delivered the first order (building trust?) in about 3 weeks, before trying to scam me on the second order ("our systems couldn't process your credit card, here's a link to pay by Paypal"... which led, after redirecting several times, to a gibberish web address and a blank page as my browser is locked down against malicious activity).
Here are a few hints, based on my experience:
1) Plan to only order once, so adjust your order size accordingly
2) If they tell you they can't process your card (they actually phone it in from Cyprus!) and try to redirect you, abandon ship. When I abandoned the order, they sent me about 4 texts and 2 emails in the next 2 hours trying to get me to follow through... this is not normal vendor behavior
3) Although using EMS delivery costs $30 and doesn't arrive any faster than a non-tracked order despite their claims, it is insurance against the shipment getting "lost", ie. They never bother to send it and keep your money
4) Expect that spam and scam activity on your phone and email will increase dramatically after your order. Maybe use a throw-away email account and a Google voice number
5) Consider using a Mexican pharmacy next time if you're in the US. I will try this next time, because although you can't get the same quantities and the price is slightly higher, it still doesn't require a prescription

I was dubious to begin with when I placed the order as this is the first time I have used this type of service; but everything went very smoothly. I received an email acceptance of my order & then an update when the order was processed & out for delivery. The contact from HFS was very efficient & prompt with specific details. I also received a tracking number for the order so I was able to see how & where the order was at each stage. I received the order in the UK after 7 days which I felt was excellent service! Overall I would use this store again as I had not issues or complaints from start to finish- hence why I am very impressed!
I have been in this business over 20 years. I have never worked with any company that try so hard to keep me happy. I discovered them by accident and could not be happier with their products and service. I have used their service 3 times in the last 3 months. The first 2 arrived in 14 days. They had to do a reshipment on the 3rd package and it made it here no problem. Of course it took a little longer but in this business, and at these prices you MUST be patient. They were already processing a 3rd reshipment when my package arrived. WOW! I had to email them and tell them not to reship because I got the package. Your package will arrive. Be patient. They were always kind and resourceful when we spoke or emailed. Take it from a man with experience. You will not find a better company at these prices anywhere. As long as their in business they will have my business. Stop looking, you have found what you are searching for:)

I have used HFS to purchase modafinil and most recently tamoxifen and not had any issues. The tablets are generics made in India, which is where most are made in the world, and come in local company branded blister packs. In India the same medication costs about 20x less (yes!) than they sell it for so there is really no point in HFS providing either poor customer service or poor products as repeat business is SO profitable for them. In terms of communication I had replies to all my emails and received a shipment to the UK in 9 days. My only gripe is that the tracking code took about a week to come through but other than that its a great service. I can and do highly recommend HFS - this company actually provides affordable medication where it is otherwise not available. What's not to like?

I was hoping to find a place to order retin-A cream online. I received 3 tubes of tretiheal 0.5% generic tretinoin when the website shows brand name Retin-A. It is extremely suspect that I've been using this product for two weeks and have experienced zero retinization--no redness or peeling and I have very pale, sensitive skin. My dermatologist says it is likely a fake product as there isn't even a tretinoin odor to the product--apparently tretinoin has a distinctive smell. I've never used tretinoin before but I am extremely suspicious that this product is not of good quality. I've tried to contact customer service with my concerns but they are no where to be found, unwilling to discuss. I would not recommend you order from this company, proceed with caution for sure.

Answer: I got my money back from Paypal. It takes some doing, but DO IT! First, take the online copy of your USPS tracking you were given as proof of delivery from Happie Family to your post office. Talk to the postmaster, they have an intranet system that will also include exactly where and when the item was delivered and has more information than what you can get online. I'll bet you find out it isn't your address. Ask them to print that for you. Upload a copy of what the USPS gave you (https://paypal.com/il/uploaddoc). Go to Paypal on Twitter - yes TWITTER. It's the only way you can bypass the PayPal algorithm that will automatically process your appeal. Send them a DM telling them that you have uploaded the USPS internal tracking and want your appeal reopened. Then send that form also to paypal to the Twitter DM. Once I did that, I had my money back in 24 hours. If we all do that we should have our money back an they will have a reason to go after Happie Family for fraud. Good luck.
