Kairo is really good. She takes her job very seriously. She is very committed to her clients. Kairo did a Great Job she left my house sparkling clean. Gave me a feeling of a New Home as everything looked new and clean. Overall I am happy and satisfied.
Handy canceled on us 7 times after finding sending one person over. We were actually surprised that someone rang the doorbell tonight.
The major problem is that handy customer customers make a ton of errors. They kept canceling and rescheduling, and the rate went up. We had to explain to them that the rate shouldn't go up. After talking to multiple of them, they finally fixed it.
And then, they charged more and forgot to apply the discount that they promised.
We ended up spending over 5 hours dealing with them over charging us. It took a lot of time and energy to explain.
At the end, we wasted more time, which is the opposite why reason of hiring help. I wish customer service people would actually read the prior emails and understand the situation before replying with a ton of non sense. I wish I would never have to interact with handy custom service again.
I have not see yovanni yet! We have not received service yet. I have not received even a phone call to tell me why no one showed up. I am extremely disappointed with this process and expect a Full Refund... NOW! RB. Please respond and call me!
WORST COMPANY EVER no customer service. Totally will leave you in the lurch and then blame you.

The one time I had a pro show up she was great but they are so our of their depth and then just leave in you in the lurch. If I find out they have charged me anything I will lose it.

They cancelled 20 mins til my appt and rescheduled me for a day I was unavailable. They still charged me.
I contacted their help email and they told me I needed to provide them 48 hrs notice but they can cancel in 20 mins? I asked for the pending charges to be dropped, no response. I asked for a cancellation of my full policy. No repsonse. They completely stopped responding to me while charging me. This was going to be my first time using them and literally have spent hours trying to recover my money and secure my card.
I'm appalled. 0 out of 0 stars for me. Dont trust them. They dont even have a phone number.
I needed to have a computer desk assembled and contacted Handy. Previously they sent a worker to assemble a trundle bed and I was very satisfied with the competence of their worker. I called them to have the desk assembled. Sergio arrived on time and assembled the desk. I am very happy with his work and can finally have a decent work space. Sergio worked diligently and I am very relieved to finally have this work completed. I originally contacted someone to do this job and he had all the parts laid out and I couldn't use the room. He was unable to do the job and I was desperate to have the desk assembled. Since I had Handy work for me before, I contacted them and the appointment was made for a few days later and the job was completed.
I used Handy who allocated a gentleman called Fahd to assemble my large glass fronted double wardrobe
Fahd was a highly professional polite man who worked diligently. It was a very large assembly project but Fahd faultlessly completed the project
Fahd is a true ambassador for Handy and comes highly recommended.
There is no accountablity at Handy. Not to the pro or customer. Will charge fee to the pro and customer without notice. No way dispute the fee ( email) if they contact you back. With them for to years, a top pro. And now kicked off becuase of a app problem! Beware
Paul did excellent work for us. He went above and beyond to make sure he had all the necessary supplies and tools he needed before even showing up at our house. Paul even picked up needed supplies from Lowes before coming to work at our house. Paul cleaned up after himself and even wore shoe covers while he worked to keep our floors clean. Paul adjusted our screen door, drilled larger holes in our doors so we can now use smart deadbolts. Paul also repaired areas in our ceiling that needed sheetrock and new mud. We were so pleased with Paul's work that we plan on having him come back and do some outside work on our house whent the weather gets warmer. Thanks Paul! Keep up the great work!
This is a scam! Beware and do not book. The people cleaning aren't paid well and aren't motivated to finish the jobs. Then when you cancel they will charge you a fee that amounts to another full cleaning. I've paid for 4 full cleanings and got 0! Horrible.
Although I have high regards for the installer of my dishwasher, the company rescheduled 7 times. Only after repeated calls to Costco, and a month's delay, did someone show up.
Danny was prompt, friendly, professional, and thorough with everything he worked on for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone for anything. A ++++!

HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

This company has scheduled installation of our AC unit so many times I've lost count! They send out a text message with an appointment date and time, we make arrangements to be at home and they end up canceling via text message at the last moment! All ever hear is "I'm sorry". When we finally did have an installer come, he left without installing it correctly! Said it would take 24 hours for the unit to cool off a 15sq ft sunroom. Really? We immediately called Handy back only to be told we had to submit a form that they sent via email and they would get back to us. 10 days later we finally have a service date and time and guess what? They canceled AGAIN! We have been dealing with their incompetence for two months and yet Lowe's still contracts them for installation of their products! I would highly recommend NOT using this company! We are so stressed over this whole process!
Our electrician, Jose, did a great job hanging and installing some very heavy kitchen pendant lights. He was friendly, competent, and they look great. I would recommend him for electrical work.
I signed up for Handy housekeeping and was cancelled twice just before my scheduled service. So I cancelled my membership. I was still charged and was not allowed a refund. I NEVER recieved services. Handy tried to send someone 2 weeks later after they confirmed that I cancelled and so I responded that I cancelled services. They charged me AGAIN! So I am out $173 and never got my house cleaned.
Handy for cleaning services is a huge SCAM. They will make you signup for a plan with a set rate and then switch the rate on you without notifying. $56/hr to clean a 980sqft apart at 4.5hrs they say. There's no way and that's way above industry standard.
I tried to keep my service if they discounted as promised to a $38/hr rate, but they would not.
Complete run around and switch and bait tactics. When asked why my cleanings were all priced different, they said it would change once its booked with someone... so again, the price changes without notice. COMPLETE SCAM and they still want to charge me $99 to cancel! I would never continue with them because who knows what the price will be next!
Morgan was great. He arrived 15 minutes early and was very methodical and paid attention to details that others may have missed. He had the job done in less than an hour and a half. Overall, Morgan did a very professional quality job. The TV is perfectly centered horizontally and vertically on the wall and it is level. It looks great! Cleaned up after himself when he was complete with the installation. Very personable as well. Nice Guy.
The only negative thing I will include is that HANDY never mentioned they were only sending out only ONE technician to install an 85 inch TV... Makes sense to send two tech's for such a large item, or at least, at a minimum, let the customer know that they are expected to assist in the installation... I'm recovering from surgery and not supposed to be lifting too much... If I was unable to help lift the TV into place on the wall mount, I would have had to reschedule or find another company altogether.
Overall, still, I give 5 Stars to Morgan and 4 stars to Handy.
This company has rescheduled my date to install the item I bought through Wayfair 3 times. That's after it already sat for 11 days waiting for it to be installed. It's still sitting waiting after the 3rd cancellation and 3 days off work I've taken. $197.00 fee to set up and NOTHING. My friend ordered a dresser and after a no show and 5 telephone calls later she cancelled and sent her item back. Exactly what I'm doing tomorrow. If you can't put it together yourself DO NOT BUY THROUGH Wayfair. Rose Perry Murphys, CA.
Answer: They don't provide a refund, even when they fail to honor the agreement. In my case, they have twice (so far) canceled my house cleaning with one hour's notice. (If I fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation, I have to pay a penalty. For them, no notice, no penalty.) They told me they were having trouble finding cleaners in my area. And if the no shows are a problem for me, I can pay the $99 cancellation fee. So how long does this go on? Three cancellations, five, ten? Forever? This is an irresponsible company with horrible customer service.
Answer: Im having problems getting paid. I told client to have cash on hand as I wont do the job. Good luck finding someone else with my skill set. Im supposed to do a job tomorrow that i have to buy stuff out of my own money and hold my breath for pay back. Ill stand on a corner begging for money before I do another job for them unless they pay me for past jobs and I talk to someone on the phone.
