Handy canceled on us 7 times after finding sending one person over. We were actually surprised that someone rang the doorbell tonight.
The major problem is that handy customer customers make a ton of errors. They kept canceling and rescheduling, and the rate went up. We had to explain to them that the rate shouldn't go up. After talking to multiple of them, they finally fixed it.
And then, they charged more and forgot to apply the discount that they promised.
We ended up spending over 5 hours dealing with them over charging us. It took a lot of time and energy to explain.
At the end, we wasted more time, which is the opposite why reason of hiring help. I wish customer service people would actually read the prior emails and understand the situation before replying with a ton of non sense. I wish I would never have to interact with handy custom service again.
