They don't provide a refund, even when they fail to honor the agreement. In my case, they have twice (so far) canceled my house cleaning with one hour's notice. (If I fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation, I have to pay a penalty. For them, no notice, no penalty.) They told me they were having trouble finding cleaners in my area. And if the no shows are a problem for me, I can pay the $99 cancellation fee. So how long does this go on? Three cancellations, five, ten? Forever? This is an irresponsible company with horrible customer service.

You can't. Even with did not delivery the expected job, the company policy is not to refund you at any cost.

You can't get a full refund. They will scam you out of $99 dollars to cancel your account even if it is them that cannot fulfill it.

I'm a contractor that is fixing to walk away from handy because anytime I canceled due to ice on the roads emergencies or anything like that I'm charged a $50 fee too handy for canceling due to an emergency situation and on top of that they're not even giving me my pay.
