I ordered two costumes for my 11-month-old and my 2-year-old. The masks were so small that I could not even fit the mask for my two-year-old on my 11-month-old's head. Looked at the return policy and it included a restocking fee and paying for my own return shipping. Won't order from this place again.
The website is easy to navigate and understand. I placed an order on a Thursday and had it the following Monday. Fast delivery, great service, costumes arrived in great condition! Would definately order from again.
We order costumes and accessories from Halloween Costumes every year and we absolutely love them! They have the best quality compared to any other place you may want to check out. Ruined my son's halloween
Ruined my son's halloween. My son had been anxiously awaiting his Halloween costume: Demon Costume. The costume arrived today, the day before halloween and it is a female, supreme queen of hearts costume. I contacted customer service and was advised that there is nothing they can do at this point. I'm upset cause i trusted in Halloweencostume.com to simply deliver my requested item. Now, because of the time, my son lost his Halloween experience. Very upsetting, disappointing. Never again. Should have read the reviews prior to ordering. Halloweencostumes.com do not fulfill their promise.
I am always hesitant to order clothes/costumes online due to not being able to see the fit or quality of materials, but the items we received were all true to size and didn't look like a "cheap halloween costume" at all. Plus, we received the items within 2 business days! Can't beat the prices or speedy service.
I ordered the ice cream cone toddler costume. My daughter said she wanted that costume as soon as she saw the picture. The fabric feels so soft and nice and the quality is excellent. Got a 2T for a skinny 3-year-old and it fit perfectly. We got some amazing pictures! I am extremely happy with this purchase.
Fun.com went above and beyond in customer service. I posted a comment on the website that I loved the lion costume but it was too small so suggested others order a larger size. I received an email offering a refund. I accepted an exchange and got a larger size and my grandson absolutely loves it. Thanks Fun.com
I had an order with them and they sent the wrong costume by the time they sent the right one halloween was over. Oh and about that refund that supposedly still being processed let's just say that this order was made in 2022
And tell me why it's almost halloween again 2023 with no refund in sight!
Purchased and paid for on 10/10, paid for faster shipping. Zero confirmation email. Zero response back from customer support email. Live chat doesn't load. And physically calling had me on hold at "customer #108" for about 1 hour before I gave up. I will be attempting to get my money back through my bank.
My costume did not arrive on time despite paying for expedited service. They informed me it would come three days late they gave me a crazy excuse and I was left to scramble for a costume last minute.
I highly recommend this company. The costume shipped and delivered timely. Customer service very easy to deal with and exchange was easy, speedy process. I will definitely order again and tell all my friends.
Bought a $100 costume. A received it and tried it on. It didn't fit so I returned it to them the next day through ups. They said it took 4 weeks to receive money back and they take 20 percent for restocking fee. While after 2 months I messaged them about my return. They said it was still processing. So I got a hold of PayPal and got my full refund back. Always use PayPal. You will get your full refund.

Excellent quality masks, the new props being made in house look amazing. Customer service has been great - you can actually talk to a person when you call and don't have to wait 10 years to get ahold of someone with questions on your order. Good variety of products.
Terrific personal customer service reps are available to answer your questions in a friendly knowledgable manner. I am so glad that when I call these folks I am not caught in an endless loop of computer prompted questions which 95% of the time end up with me being put on an endless hold (with/or without elevator music) and then a mysterious "disconnect" occurs.
Thank goodness this company still values there "human" connection. I think if other company's followed their example the world would be a better place. I applaud them!

Costume was finally in stock. So, I placed my order on the 25th and paid for 3-day shipping. FedEx tracking said it would be delivered yesterday, the 30th. Never arrived. I assumed it would be here next business day, today, Halloween. Nothing. Website updated delivery date to Nov 1st. What's the point now? Very disappointed
Save yourself the time and money. I took a risk without checking any reviews - I received a confirmation email for my delivery (nothing arrived) and there is no way to get a refund or get in touch with anyone. I have called multiple times a day all week to be immediately sent to the same voicemail saying "you've caught us after we've closed for the day" try it for yourself in the middle of the workday - +1 *******388 should only confirm that no one should ever buy from this site. 100% scam
I thought 5 weeks was plenty of time to get the item delivered. I would never had purchased it had I known it's not Australian and that the items are sent from OS. I would have gone through Costume Box or Smiffys which is what I usually do. They take 2 weeks max. Unfortunately I was tricked by the '. com.au" on the end of website address. Tracking link provided has never worked. I contacted live chat- it's been in Sydney for a week. They aren't able to track it. Looks like I'll be ducking to the costume shop for my daughters book week costume this year. $70 wasted.
I received a previously worn costume. How did I know? Well, one piece was missing its tag, the instruction booklet was missing and both underarm seams were COMPLETELY ripped apart. Hmmmm
Told HalloweenCostumes Support who said they were sorry the costume was "defective" and I missed the 14 day return window. Yes, I did not know to check all the seams and tags before accepting delivery. Defective means it wasn't made correctly. Previously worn is a scam and bad business! Thanks, but that didn't help me. Just beware of their policy - no guarantee that it's sewn together!
What kind of company allows you to purchase an item I ly to tell you days before you need it sorry we are out of stock! That is what happened to me and with out much else in the email except "sorry for the inconvenience" I was out a Halloween costume. Do yourself a favor don't be stressed out by this company and purchase your costume elsewhere.
Everything I ordered was in stock and arrived promptly. The sizes were very accurate in regards to the description. I recently bought a duplicate costume for my niece and was hoping the price would have dropped from halloween when I purchased the first costume, but I guess some things don't go on sale. I would shop here again.
Answer: I paid almost $30 to receive my package early. It was 2 days late.
Answer: From my experience, I would definitely say this website is reliable. We ordered our costumes and received them (of great quality) within two business days. I personally used PayPal to buy them, but I do this with every website (that allows) just for extra protection.
Answer: Hi Monique, I've had this same problem having them ship to Australia, turns out that the 'FedEx' tracking number they've given us is in the confirmation email is actually a UPS tracking number. Hope that helps!
