I have ordered my costumes from here for the last 3 years. I have had some issues with sizing being smaller than described, but sizes are how manufacturer labelled it, and I have the same problem when I go to other halloween stores, so I don't blame this site. Never had an issue with my order arriving on time, always in good condition, prices are competitive with other sites.
The most horrible experience ever, Rip of with money. Also, be aware. I have not got my order yet and its more than month already. They guarantee the date during you make an order ( I saved screenshot) but then they refuse that fact and ask you to pay 18% restocking fee for the order they could even deliver in time. Be aware. It was second time when they fail delivery in time to Australia. They position they have an Aus shop but it is all coming from USA with huge delays.
If you really want to gauge how a store treats its customers, it's always when there are problems that you're actually going to see.
I have to say that the customer service was beyond impressive. One of the best I've seen in my entire life. I live in Montreal, Canada and even from the USA, I have been treated to exceptional customer service people.

Received our order fine, but found that their sizing chart was way off and so we went to the website and returned our costumes and paid for return shipping. We are then informed that items purchased in October are not available for refund. What a crock. We basically burned 100 bucks and still had to scramble for costumes on the day of halloween. Will never order from these guys again.
Customer service was fast, helpful, and friendly. After my order, they accidentally sent the wrong item, however upon talking to a representative, they were able to instantly offer a refund for the issue. Would be 5 stars if I got the correct item the first time but still a good experience despite this issue as it was resolved quickly.
RUN from this company! They sold me a defective item that was immediately returned. They "claim" they've tried to refund my card but CHASE bank keeps blocking their attempts. CHASE bank had stated this is not a business practice to block any attempts on refunds especially on the same account the item was used to purchase. I'm filing a civil suit and a theft report with the local police. They now have my money $553.17 and my item and state they do not care! Customer service has REFUSED A STORE CREDIT. REFUSED TO SEND A REPLACEMENT ITEM. REFUSED TO SEND A REFUND CHECK. REFUSED TO REFUND ANOTHER CARD. They do not care about their customers! I bought a captain america costume from this site approximately 1 months ago. It did't arrive me and when I asked them where my item is, they said 'we don't know. Ask your local post office'. But none of the USPS or our local post office know it.
Costume was exactly as described! Originally my order came completely wrong (wrong costume and size) but I did a live chat session and they sent the correct costume right away. I will butter from here again!
I ordered a costume that didn't fit right. I requested a return and was given a return label in which I was to pay for shipping. Seemed easy until postal services says it isn't a real address and won't accept. I contact the company and their answer was to tell me a higher up said it was fine. Wow, thanks for the help. Make sure you know what size you are buying or just buy from amazon so you can actually return or exchange.
The costume I ordered was great! Well made, lightweight, fit exactly as it said it would fit (It was a bit big on my, but I was easily able to make it work with some double sided tape and rolling up the sleeves.) Shipping was fast and easy; in fact, I accidentally ordered it with regular shipping when I wanted to pay extra for expedited shipping, and customer service was quick and painless to remedy this. Also, arrived earlier than promised. I got a lot of laughs as a leprechaun in work that day. Also, the pants had pockets! Yes, who doesn't love pockets. The price was great, and I will definitely order again and again.
I paid a lot of money for a costume that was poor quality. The website said it was a one size fits all up to Women's Sz 14. It fit like a Women's size 0. They want you to pay $6.99 for a return shipping label and 18% restocking fee. I will never buy from this company again. Horrible service.
On third attempt to get a wig I ordered for a party 10/22. Lost in transit one time. Wrong costume second time. It is a couples costume event. If I don't get it out costumes are ruined and we have to scramble to figure out what to wear. Ordered on 10/9 originally with the expedited shipping. Was on hold calling customer service for 2 hours to be hung up on stating they couldn't hear anyone on the phone. Spent another 2 hours on hold calling back. Both the chat person and the person I was finally able the talk to were very helpful. Hoping to get the right piece this third time. But overall a horrible experience. I will never shop from this company again
I had a raggedy Ann costume picked out and in my cart since the beginning of September. The price went up. It is now $50. I might as well buy a more detailed quality costume from Etsy with that price.
I ordered some costumes online from this site. I specifically searched for companies in AU so I knew it could arrive by Halloween. I could see that it said it was shipping from qld and yet I still had to pay over $40 to get it to me before Halloween with three weeks to go. No where in aus charges $40 + to ship even express. Then when I got the costume I'd paid $80 for it was terrible quality. I processed a return only to be sent a packing slip with a returns address to Minnesota in the USA. I had to pay another $47 to send it back. I'm $160 out of pocket with no costume for Halloween. Not impressed at all. Would not recommend! So dodgy!
I ordered the cat and pumpkin sweater for myself. I love that the cats look somewhat vintage. It is very good quality and as seen on the company's website. It feels soft and is a generous size- a longer fit. I'm 5'6" for reference. The color looks like it might be purple, in the photo, but it is a darker gray.
I purchased the infant black cat costume in 2T for my toddler. The quality of the costume is very good and it is super soft and cozy. My daughter loves it. I also ordered the ghost sweater for myself. This was also a good quality and fit :)
I chanced it and got the size wrong. Like other people's experiences, I was out the $ for return shipping on top of a 20% restocking fee. Took a loss on 2 costumes just to try this site out. Spent money for absolutely nothing, just to spend more money elsewhere.
Oh, and I was made to wait the FULL 6 weeks for the refund to be processed.
Needless to say, I will never order from this site again and will share my bad experience with others.
I originally ordered 2 costumes and then decided I wanted to cancel it because I didn't want one anymore. I emailed customer service and received a reply less than 10 minutes later that I had been fully refunded. I then bought another costume and it came 3 days earlier than intended which was awesome! The costume was perfect, the exact size I wanted, very good quality, and at such a good price. I was so impressed with customer service and so impressed with the quality and prices of the costumes. I'm really not sure why people haven't been rating it higher. You should definitely purchase off this website!
Answer: I paid almost $30 to receive my package early. It was 2 days late.
Answer: From my experience, I would definitely say this website is reliable. We ordered our costumes and received them (of great quality) within two business days. I personally used PayPal to buy them, but I do this with every website (that allows) just for extra protection.
Answer: Hi Monique, I've had this same problem having them ship to Australia, turns out that the 'FedEx' tracking number they've given us is in the confirmation email is actually a UPS tracking number. Hope that helps!
