This store is a great place for my Morris Picture Studios to shop for all my props and costumes, I bought a severed fake arm that looks so realistic you would think it was real, this is a great place to shop for all your Halloween supplies.
Terrific personal customer service reps are available to answer your questions in a friendly knowledgable manner. I am so glad that when I call these folks I am not caught in an endless loop of computer prompted questions which 95% of the time end up with me being put on an endless hold (with/or without elevator music) and then a mysterious "disconnect" occurs.

After my order, they accidentally sent the wrong item, however upon talking to a representative, they were able to instantly offer a refund for the issue. Would be 5 stars if I got the correct item the first time but still a good experience despite this issue as it was resolved quickly.
This costume was a horny drunk purchase. I didn't see the crappy reviews until after I paid. It came 4 days late which sucks because I paid so much for shipping. But the costume was great. Exactly what I wanted. We had about of fun last night.

They sent me the complete wrong costume and then failed to tell me that i needed to return the product THEY MESSED UP AND SENT and then proceeded to charge me for these costumes MONTHS later? Hey guys don't order anything from this scam site especially if in Australia. I was scammed by them!
When I ordered my costume I thought I was on the Canadian site, because they do not make it clear. They charged me American price, and when emailed them they just made it sound like I was the one at fault.
Well, every other website that has USD And CAD state it clearly. They charged me an extra 30 dollars on top of the price shown in the pic.
After my conversation I received a phone call with them calling me a $#*!.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are harassing me to this day and the number can not be traced.

Ordered from their AU website - parcel came and it was awful quality and the sizing was wrong. Tried to return and noticed there was a 20% restocking fee? Never seen that before. Then printed the packing slip - and the returns label was USA and they have no system in place with a postal carrier so you have to organise it yourself - meaning high postage fees.
Overall the product was terrible quality, whole experience has been awful. Would not recommend wasting your money - overpriced and basically non refundable.

I purchased a costume through Amazon from this company and 1 day after receiving the product I received a recall email. I immediately returned (still in the package as it was unopened) and had to pay shipping charges to their location in Vaughan, Ontario. This was over a month ago. I have yet to receive my refund or any decent feedback after communicating with Amazon and their CSR's MULTIPLE times. I will NEVER buy from this place again and I would recommend that you don't either.
I received my order and was quite disappointed to see that the costume had clearly been worn by someone else. There was hair hanging off of it and it had clearly been repackaged. I contacted customer service and they assured me that this must have been a one off mistake and they would send me a new costume in new packaging. The second package arrived and yet again I received another costume that had been repackaged. I contacted customer service and they offered a full refund only after I had to argue with them. First they said it was outside of the return window of my first shipment and then another excuse. It was only after I said I would do a chargeback multiple times during the conversation if they weren't willing to help me that they agreed to a full refund after I returned the costumes. I shipped the costumes and checked on October 26th if I had been issued a refund. Sure enough, no refund yet. I contacted customer service to ask for an update and they told me a refund had been issued on October 1st. I asked them to send me an email stating that so I could follow up regarding why the refund had not been processed on my end. They then said they were busy processing returns and I would get my refund soon, which contradicted what they told me before. This whole process has been a pain and I've learned my lesson not to order from companies like this again. Amazon and the big box stores are so much easier to deal with and you are more likely to get a new product when you pay for it. Also, when they ended the conversation they just said, "bottom line, you'll get your money soon." I was quite shocked and responded again. They just said they had nothing more to say. I think their customer service says a lot about the company and what to expect when you make a purchase.
I originally ordered 2 costumes and then decided I wanted to cancel it because I didn't want one anymore. I emailed customer service and received a reply less than 10 minutes later that I had been fully refunded. I then bought another costume and it came 3 days earlier than intended which was awesome! The costume was perfect, the exact size I wanted, very good quality, and at such a good price. I was so impressed with customer service and so impressed with the quality and prices of the costumes. I'm really not sure why people haven't been rating it higher. You should definitely purchase off this website!
When shopping for a child they should be more understanding that sometimes it is hard to get the right size on the first try, every child is different and having to pay for the return and restocking fee as well as having to wait 2-4 weeks for the refund if they even approve the refund is a joke. I will not be recommending this company or ever buying from them again. Had to give one star in order to right this review but they are not even worth one star!
