After I brought these 'human' hair extensions I decided to change my hair colour so did not use them right away. When I went to the hair dresser to colour she said they smelt synthetic but I assured her I had brought human hair extensions. As we proceed to colour it sure enough it revealed they had synthetic fillers all the way through causing white strands all the way through brown extensions. As I had purchased 613 extensions, blonde and brown, it also showed brown strands completely burnt as well as the white snapped strands everywhere. When I contacted the company, all they keep saying is no we only say human hair, even though they have synthetic products. I am furious and they refuse to change them. I said I would happily send them back the extensions and they can either fully refund or send proper human hair extensions but they refuse. It's not even worth dealing with them because the email they send is just a copy and paste each time. Will never purchase extensions from here again. I have used human hair extensions for years and never had any issues except for normal wear and tear (years later!) WORST WORST WORST. Spend the extra money and get decent extensions. These are terrible.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. ORDERED EXTENSIONS APRIL 26,2015 TO INSTALL ON MAY 6,2015. HAVE THIN HAIR DUE TO CANCER TREATMENT AND WANTED TO LOOK DECENT FOR MY DAUGHTERS HIGH SCHOOL GRAD. DIDN'T HAPPEN BECAUSE OF THIS BULL CRAP COMPANY, HAIREXTENSIONSALE.COM. THEY AREN'T ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CONTACT THAT ACTUALLY GETS BACK TO YOU, NO EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT ANYTHING EXCEPT THAT THEY'VE TAKEN PAYMENT. Brought Peruvian Virgin hair received Remi human hair. This is not the same. If I would have received Remi virgin hair there would be no room for complaint.
They failed to advise you will be charged £ 15 by DHL for duty and tax- even though they advertise free tax & VAT.
This hair is not 12 inch and the bags are so small I would need 3 where normally I use 2 bags. The hair I've received is worth no more than 20 in which I've payed £31.99 trust me the uk shop have more Virginia quality for £39.99 with no hidden cost.
I havent use the hair as the quality puts me off and I need another bad to make a full head. Out of pocket customer service are robot who use template to respond to customers via email. Is not worth the hassle returning at more cost will try and sell on at a lost.
I've reported them to tasting standards for false advertisement and hidden VAT charges. Use a company you can at lease complain to if your not happy. As the hair extention uk are a very naughty Chinese company falsely selling hair ripping people off. This is not Virgin quality hair

THESE BASTARDS ARE SCAMMERS I HAVE BEEN EMAILING THEM FOR TWO WEEKS ASKING FOR THEM TO SEND ME THE RIGHT PRODUCT AND HAVE SOME GENERIC RESPONSE FROM LILYBELL TELLING ME TO SEND PICTURES, SO I DID AND STILL NO RESPONSE. THEY ARE BASTARDS, ITS A SCAM, THE WEAVE I GOT WAS CRAP AND BENT IN THE MIDDLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I have purchased many clip in extension sets in the past spending between $90-300 for each set. These by far have been the best quality of clip in extensions I've ever bought. The only reason I convinced my self to purchase these was so I wouldn't waste my money if my hair was still too short to wear extensions and have them not blend. After reading reviews I purchased two sets which I highly recommend if you have a medium thickness of hair. They blended I'm perfectly with my hair and yes the other reviews are correct they are not a solid brown and solid blonde. There are several shades of blonde going on with a hue of light brown and strawberry blonde. They do not " stink" as I've also read, they smell like hair color. They feel like human hair and compared to my hair were a tad shiny but that's because my hair has been majorly processed, remy is Virgin hair. I've washed conditioned and styled these with a straightening and curling iron on high heat with no melting whatsoever. Just like your hair you should use a heat glide on them and repairing conditioner if using heat. They came with extra clips incase one were to fall out or be damaged and I had no issues with any " stray" hairs falling out.
