If I could give this company a zero I would! I don't know where to start, so I'm just going to start stating things. Notice the "good review" at the top of this page from ONYCHair is actually and AD. Patty D and Patricia G are obviously paid, made up or work for the company. Jeez just look at their grammar. Brittany H wrote a good review also with proper grammar but I feel the same way, she's in on the whole thing. Notice how Patty D and Patricia G both have a count of 2 each that "this comment was helpful. So, I received the hair but I realized that I was not feeling confident enough to do it myself like I thought I was. It took almost 2 weeks for the hair to arrive. I called the 800 number 5X with no response. I saw the email and emailed them about a return. 3 days later I got an email from someone named Jhon.
I don't know if that was supposed to mean John or not. In my original email I told them I wanted a return, in his email back to me he said please let him know if he can be of assistance to me and that he would "guide me" on how to get a refund if I wanted one. WTF? Why didn't he give me the instructions to do a refund.
I didn't even open the package because they would blame me for that too.
I am truly annoyed with myself as much as I am with this company because I have never, ever trusted Pay Pal and here I am getting ripped off by them again.
So between this company and Pay Pal I would advise EVERYONE NOT to buy from this company! They are so horrible that I bet you soon they change their name in order to keep ripping people off. China does not care about customer service AT ALL!
China is also getting way too sure of themselves about selling things to the USA.
They are sending us cheap and dangerous goods and we need to start being aware of this. Unfortunately money is what drives this current trend and that is their bottom line. To sum it up I had to give this company 1star because they do not have an option for ZERO as I said before. Ladies when you see this many bad reviews don't send these people your hard earned money. There are way too many other choices out there. I can't believe that I was in such a hurry that I didn't read the reviews first, which is something I always do, and looked what happened. Buyer-Please Beware!
I placed an order for my extensions on April 24th, never having used PayPal before I didn't realize it took 6-8 business days to process my payment. I contacted customer service via e-mail on the 25th when I noticed it had not yet processed. Pretty much immediately received confirmation of my order however they had to wait for the money to process before they shipped it out, which is completely understandable. Literally 6 business days later (May 1st) my payment went through and I received an e-mail from HairExtensionSale customer service that my package was on it's way to Canada and provided me with a tracking number. I saw that within 24hrs it had left China and arrived somewhere in the U.S. which was kind of shocking considering all of the reviews about the shipment taking forever and such that I had read online (of course this was after I placed my order). I received my package at work yesterday (May 5th) which was LESS than the 2-4 business days they initially said it would take. Trust me I was shocked when DHL arrived with the package and a little bit nervous to open it because I thought there was no way it arrived that quickly and is exactly what I ordered, however it was EXACTLY what I ordered. 20" COCO secret hair extensions -- I heard they were easy and fun to wear so it was my first time ordering these from anywhere. Anyways, I was impressed with the quality considering the price I paid. Let's be realistic, at any local beauty supply store you could never find 20" human hair extensions (any type) for $100.00. I also purchased a turmoline hair straightener since it made sense with the discount I received, which is of great quality as well. I realize some people may have had extremely unfortunate experiences with this company and I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you ARE really tight on money because clearly it could be a waste of money if you never received your product or weren't content with its quality. Next time I have a bit of extra cash and I need new hair extensions I will be willing to trust them again because my first experience was overall very easy and affordable.
