I've ordered from them a few times and I've always gotten my order. Once I got the wrong item, but I did get my order. I live in the USA and whenever I've ordered it's taken a few days before my tracking number was traceable. I would suggest going to the main site for the shipping company rather than just using the link that this site is providing. But don't worry... you're get your order in the next weeks.

After the sent me the tracking number, it took about a week before I could see the tracking information.

It takes them about two or three weeks as they are drop shipped from China to a UK address an address you cannot return them to this is how they are able to pass themselves off as a UK supplier, they're not. This is a terrible company get your money back now if you can. Good luck
