First of all, this item should really be $10. The hair is SUPER SUPER thin and although it matches my hair color, it's totally noticeable I'm wearing extensions.
It's a total rip off and I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. Its simply a item for a kid that could have been purchased at toys r us. I'm very very disappointed.
Secondly, it wasn't clear when ordering the item was from China. It took FOREVER to arrive and the customer service was exactly what it is - third world ugly. The tracking number never worked on the site. I received different replies from different people with different answers that basically never answered any of my questions. The whole process was literally a joke. I plan on filing a complaint for purchase with my credit card company.

First they sent a confirmation email saying they'd ship to the right address. Then I received an email saying it was shipped elsewhere. They ignored my specified shipping address and shipped it to another city. I immediately wrote them and asked how to resolve the situation. They pawned their mistake off on having shipped it to an address on my PayPal account and told me to work It out. I asked for a refund since I will never see this package because of their mistake and they now only send me one sentence responses. Total scam! Do not waste your time and money on this fraudulent company. Now I need to take it up with my bank.

This company is a ripoff. While they advertise human hair extensions at reasonable prices, if the color is wrong, or you are not satisfied in any way, they make it virtually impossible to get your money back. You must decide in only EIGHT hours whether you like the product or not. If you don't and you call the toll free number, all you get is a recording. If you try to reach this company tha t is located in Hong Kong, they will offer you an exchange, or if you want to return the item, they make it very difficult by charging a large restocking fee. I am out $109.95 for a hairpiece that I cannot use, and cannot get my hard earned money back. In my experience, DO NOT deal with this company!

Do not order from this company or you will be sorry. After 2 weeks, I had not received the order nor any tracking. I called PayPal and they did not take any responsibility for this company, although the money was drafted from the credit card. Like others, left messages on the voicemail but no return calls. Finally today did receive package from China.The hair color sucked as it was supposed to be dark auburn but instead was purple. There is no shipping order nor instructions as to where to send return. And I refuse to pay high shipping costs to return to China and probably would never get a refund either. This company needs to be shut down as they are a rip off. My suggestion is to file a dispute with the bank as you will not get any relief from this company nor from PayPal. In fact, since we did not have a PayPal account, they told us to call our bank. Don't waste your money or you might live to regret it!

Ordered from this company and I did not get an email confirmation, which concerned me. Called their 800 number and no one answered just a "leave a message prompt." The website said USA and realized after some research they are out of Hong Kong. Called Paypal that night and filed a claim. Once the company was notified of the complaint they mailed the package almost immediately to the wrong address. They used one address in Ca. Another in CA and a zip code from Oregon. I emailed them and they said "it was not their fault I gave them the wrong address." They had combined many addresses, obviously not aware of the USA protocol for addressing letters. I called DHL and they routed the package to me. When it arrived I opened it up, saw bugs on the hair, and gave it back to DHL. Now I am working on making sure they don't get paid. Paypal holds the money until the problem is resolved. Wish me luck... Scammmers

They have the most awful customer service ever seen. They send you completely different wigs than you order- different color and texture... When you try to return it, they write everything to you not to return, they say there can not be any mistakes in orders, they ask you to send photos several times and never return or exchange. Just waste of your time!
The quality of wigs is awful- it's cheap product from China, looks like from Halloween store.

The hair tangled and matted after 3 days. I have other hair extensions which I have used and reused for over a year, not one knot or tangle, they still look new. This stuff was absolute garbage. I was able to get a refund for the entire amount via paypal, but I had to pay for registered mail to return the hair to them!

Had the worst experience with this site. Ordered hair extensions to be told my payment didn't go through and had received no confirmation, so I paid them again. This happened 3 times. Just to find out they had actually taken 3 payments. It took them 2 WEEKS to get back to me with the refunds, just for them to take a further payment out of my account. I emailed/facebooked/called until I was blue in the face, to cancel all orders and request a final refund. Just to find that they had then dispatched my order after cancelling.
The product was actually in good condition, but I think that was luck of the draw.
Unbelievably disgusting customer service. My advice... stay away.

Hairextensionsale's hair extensions are brilliant, I had mine done in April and ive just been back a few days ago to get them tightened! They are the best extensions anyone could have, they feel like your own hair and are so easy to look after. Several of my bonds came out and half month period but the girls put all the hair back in and more to keep the volume and thickness. The girls are so lovely, i had 3 girls tightening my bonds and got the job done quick! The best thing is after 7 months of having these in my hair has grown inches and by the time I take them out in November my natural hair will be at a good length! Everyone asks the same questions and I think I bombarded them with a zillion questions but everyone is lovely and makes you feel really at home and at ease! Thanks guys! P. s please open a salon in Devon soon, or at least the south west!

This is a very pretty one piece hair extension. It is thick, is of good quality and feels soft. It looks very natural especially if you put some baby powder on it to dull the shine, which most synthetic hair is noted to have. It can be used for creating several different looks. The clips are very secure and it feels comfortable on. The color is perfect for me. I wore it in a style over to one side and received numerous compliments on how nice my hair looked. I already purchased another curly one as well as one in the straight style. I have not received the straight one yet but am expecting that it will be just as nice. The price for this hairpiece is excellent. I am very pleased with this purchase.
