Don't be tempted by their nice prices. I've ordered from them twice. The first time was fine. The second time I ordered one straight and one wavy. They sent two wavy. In hindsight, I should have kept the mistake and moved on. I'm used to good customer service. They only answer emails and that's one time a day if you're lucky. They sent me an address to return them to, which I did. They told me to get a tracking number for $12 out of pocket - no offer to help on that. Actually, to get a tracking number on a package to China would cost $80 (according to the U.S. postal service). That's as much as the hair! I sent it back at the $12 cost and of course they claim they've never received it and halted communication with me. You get what you pay for and, in this case, I made an $85 donation to a Chinese crook. Stay in the U.S. It's so worth it.
This site is such a rip off it won't even allow customers to post real reviews as it's a scam! Never have I ever been so disappointed! Save your money, go elsewhere! Not worth 20 dollars in my opinion. I have been buying hair extensions for 6 years now... I ordered these on express shipping (1-3 days) to receive them a month later! Wrong colour, thinnest hair ever (I bought 2 packs, about the thickness of half a pack of any other brand/site) I'm not a complative person but the customer service was as horrendous as this fake hair. It is not real remy hair but a 5$ version china make plastic hair. Please don't waste your time and money, every other good reviews must have horrendous style or hair... Or even made up by the site!
I didn't even open them up to see how crappy they are. Not 20 inches as stated. Gross strings and bugs inside woven into the hair. Tried to return- finally after 2 weeks was allowed to ship back and they received them another 2 weeks went by and still no refund. It's a scam. I could make better extensions with Barbie hair from the dumpster. I'm out $70.00. Thinking of going to my bank to file a claim since I have proof they recieved the package back from me. Don't waste your money. And returning them is a joke.
I ordered the dark brown 16" deluxe extentions. I received them today, and got the economy ones. They are 16" but 7 to 8 inches are super stringy and see threw. It looks like it needs a bad hair trim! I'm am so disappointed! I usually go to Sally's beauty store. Should have went back there. Not sure what I'm going to do now..
The clip-in extensions that I bought didn't match my hair so I wanted to exchange them. They made me send pictures of the unopened package, then I found out that I had to mail them at my expense to China, which would have cost almost $20.00.

I ordered my micro loop hair extensions from hairextensionsale.Com after I ordered them I saw all the bad reviews and started to panic that I had just made an expensive mistake. But I got my extensions in about 6 days and they were very nice quality, soft, not stringy. I dyed them as soon as I got them and they took the color well. There will always be more negative reviews than positive so I thought maybe this would help ease some peoples minds. :)
My hair is pretty thick so I ordered 2 packs so it would be even. I am happy to say they are thicker than other extensions I've tried and do NOT look thin and straggly at all. They dye easily and are easy to curl/ straighten, but don't hold the curl for long.
I knew what to expect in the sense of thickness and quantity of hair based on the previous reviews. This works great for me though, I have really light golden blonde hair and these red extensions give me a really fun streaked look. I got these to go with my halloween costume and could not be more thrilled!
I like this hair the price is cheap for what you're getting. It's smooth and doesn't get tangled. The only complaint that I have is that you have to keep combing it with a fine toothed comb because it will look stringy and greasy if you don't. Overall, I'm going to order this again soon
The quality and look is good, but the clips didn't work at first with my thinning hair. If you already have a good base set of hair you are in luck, if not you will need to do something to bolster your hair back to life, then they will work better. After getting my hair in better condition, then these worked beautifully. I would recommend ordering more than one.
When I wear these, nobody can tell my hair is not my own. I also bought the black extensions since my hair is black on the bottom. They go great together and look awesome! I highly recommend using a dry shampoo to keep them clean and only washing them with water every so often to keep them maintained. They will last a lot longer if you do. I highly recommend this seller for the price.
Good price for what they are. I'm happy with them. They match my color well. I only wear them when i want longer braids and they do the job. They are a bit thin to wear by themselves so if you're doing it for a full head of hair, then buy 2 packs. That should do the job.
I've only had my extensions for a week, but so far I love them. They look great and I've had many compliments about how beautiful my hair looks. The colour match was excellent. The only issue I had and it is solely personal, is that I wish I could have gotten them in an 18". The 20" I feel was too long for me, but I trimmed them a bit and they look great. Will definitely order from KingHair again and have already recommended to others.

I was so afraid to place an order with HairExtensionSale after I read all the " bad" reviews about this website. I decide to place the order since the price is really good. To my surprise, I got the package within 3 days shipped directly from USA and the product is also in good quality. I have to say I satisfy with the product and service! I don't understand why there are so manny people claimed this website is a scan and get ripped off bla... bla... They are legit and offer fine product and service. BTW, It's stupid to say get ripped off because you can always file dispute even charge back if you are not satisfied with anything. If you can't bear the slow shipping just pay the rush shipping or choose local stock items like I did. I trust this website and I will place more orders.
I bought the human hair clip in extensions, they were synthetic hair and smelled bad, they were so thin too, and while taking them out of the packaging a clump of hair fell out. I was so upset, I emailed them right away asking for a refund for my damaged product ( I spent about $100), they said they could give me 10% back and that I would have to pay for shipping and such. The place is a scam, stay away from them. They will rip you off. I'm still emailing them about receiving a refund but they keep saying they can only give me 10%.
Great extensions! I ordered the platinum blonde ones and dyed them silver! I'm only giving it 4 stars becausetge day after getting them, one of the clips broke. They are very fragile so definitely be gentle with them. Plus the first time I tried curling my extensions I accidentally burned the color off a tiny strip of hair using 400° heat. I now curl them with at most 260° just as a tip to anyone who is buying extensions for the first time! These are great and everyone thinks its my real hair. Definitely would buy!

My extensions arrived in around 2 weeks which was OK. The color was perfect so I can't complain about that... but they were a little idk light weight? Like I should have ordered more for the look I wanted. Might order more, not sure.
