Started taking Bio Complete 3 about 2 weeks ago and am experiencing an increase in energy, reduced bloating and appetite - overall very happy with results.

I'm loving Proplant. It's great to have in a flask when I'm out for the day. Stops me buying a block of chocolate. Takes away hunger and cravings. My husband has a physical job and a big appetite. This as a snack is helping him also to not go for junky snacks. The stevia taste wasn't my favourite at first but I've got used to it. We now love our chocolate milkshakes and love the goodness it is providing us. It's expensive though. I bought it on special which made it more manageable. Hopefully more specials will come around. I would share my next shipment with my sister and breastfeeding daughter in law who are both interested. We are in Australia so the free postage was a real winner first time round

I had joint pain in elbows & wrist mostly and overall slight fatigue. Felt stuck-- though we have eaten pretty clean for years. I am not overweight, but felt puffy. I had taken probiotics in past but got out of habit and when I heard this infomercial-- something clicked. After 2 days on BioComplete 3 I eliminated so much--- for about a week. It almost seemed impossible to eliminate that much waste out of my small self. My joints feel less achy for certain. The fatigue is gone. I continue our routine of not eating any sugar & processed 'foods'. I have not had any appetite for sugar either. In fact I really don't have an appetite like before at... I'm assuming that will 'normalize' soon. I'm about 3 1/2 weeks into the routine of 4 capsules.

I highly recommend bio complete 3. Especially if you have gut issues. I haven't had a flare up since I started using the product. And I'm having productive bowel movements daily!

But yes i was bombarded with buy this and buy that. Some one wrote beware absolute Shambles.
I had the same but probably worse deal I noticed a charge on my credit card Emailed you guys and was told its too late they have been sent. I will be buying product from my local chemist and have no dramas like this again.
Anyways I think Dr Grundys name is just on the pruduct. This is a buissness. Get your money.

I have been using Bio Complete 3 for about 4 weeks and take it daily, along with Prebio Thrive. I am very happy with the fact that I have been losing weight, in fact I've dropped about 8 pounds in 4 weeks. Due to some sensitivity in my stomach area I've reduced the amount of Bio Complete 3 to 2 tablets. This may be a bit much for my gut, since I'm continuing with the Prebiotic Thrive. Overall I am satisfied with the results from Bio Complete 3 but need my stomach to stop hurting. Maybe this will occurr since I've reduced the dosage.

I have had a bowel problem for more than a year and it is critical in the past I get to a bathroom quickly to eliminate sometimes 5 0r 6 times a day - this has restricted my social life for fear of an accident - been using the Bio3 complete for maybe about 6 months and have restricted certain foods according to the Plant Paradox book which has resulted in elimination 2 or 3 times a day with formation of BM. Life has been so much better for me as a result. Love the pistacios as a nut and have been drinking less orange juice (am not a diabetic) and trying to purchase grass fed beef. Watching anything with wheat flour also but hard to do as many products contain. Switched also to sour dough bread. I am sure with continual use of the Bio3 things will get even better now that I understand the word lectins. All good wishes to you for happy holidays and a better 2021. Regards. I quit sugar. All the bad things I had heard about sugar included that sugar is what created "liver spots". I figured if I am not making them anymore, I should try to get rid of those that I had. I used a bottle of Dr. Gundry's Polyphenol Dark Spot Diminisher. It did a great job removing about 85% of the spots. About a year later, I decided to get rid of the other 15% with another bottle of Polyphenol Dark Spot Diminisher. Now the spots are all gone. Amazing, I think.

My huge brown spot underneath my left eye started to fade. It looks a little bit ligther. I'm really happy that there is a hope that it will eventually be so pale that I won't have to put undereye corrector to hide it. I have been using it for about 6 weeks and I still have half of the bottle left. I love the texture and the smell.
I will keep using it for sure.

Gundry's MCT product took 2 months to arrive in Canada. I ordered three containers. I took the first container and advised them I was having NO results. They said they would give me a 30% discount and that I should take the remainder and if still not satisfied I could return what was left and receive the other 70%. I completed the 3 containers within 90 days had absolutely NO results and they actually asked me to return the EMPTY containers! I sent them pics so they could TRACK their product lot number and NO honouring of their guarantee!

One of my favorite products. I have been using it for many years -- since I first tried it and do not want to be without it.

I love lectin containing foods but as I get older I have noticed a change in my reaction to these foods that have resulted in abdominal discomfort and fatigue that us disproportional to my activity level. Within 2 days of taking Bio Complete-3 I truly couldn't believe in noticable change in the decrease in fatigue and abdominal discomforts. I am a board certified family nurse practitioner and am skeptical of claims made unless I experience it fir myself. I am going to continue Bio Complete-3 because I'm experiencing improvement in my overall wellbeing.

I have tried two products: red~berry nutritional supplement and age spot reducer serum. Neither did anything beneficial (or detrimental to my knowledge). They sent an additional nutrient after I cancelled, for which I finally was refunded after contacting them and pleading my case. The age spot reducer is a joke! We took photos of my face, my right hand, and a spot on my left arm so we could accurately discern any improvements. After using the serum RELIGIOUSLY, 2-3 times daily for about a two month period: absolutely zilch! Soo disappointing. I spoke with them at least twice about this (within the refund period) and was told I would receive a refund... NOT. Even after I inquired as to why I would have to pay to send back empty jars when their records indicate my purchase- nothing. Because I did not want them to reuse jars, they agreed I could return crushed bottles. I think they refunded about $45 out of the approximate $150.
DO NOT TRUST THEM! He's a heart surgeon (supposedly- I haven't checked his credentials- who is making money hand over fist on susceptible, hopeful ladies. Absolute donkey dung!

I have enjoyed the Bio 3 complete for years and now that I have started using the olive oil my digestion has improved greatly, thank you.

Stands up to and adds to the overall blend of flavors from the food. This is NOT merely oily goo with no flavor. Into second month of brushing teeth 2x a day using a quick 1TBSP swig from the bottle - hint is to use an electric brush as its much easier to keep the lips closed. No spillage drools!
