Couldn't believe when I looked up and I turned 60 years OLD. In my mind or reality, from 59 to 60 I felt a change. A change of energy, stamina, mental sharpness. Golf is my game. 18 and 27 holes turned into 9 a day. Skeptical of online products, "youth in a pill". But there was something believable about Dr. Gundry. So next thing I know I'm on a regimate of Bio 3 and Total Restore. I'm starting my 3rd bottle of my 3 bottle purchase of each. I must say, I really feel so much better. I have only tried the Proplant Complete Shake, but I am loving it. It tastes delicious and I feel it is helping my back and knee pain. I sometimes put in my tea in the morning or make a great shake for afternoon snack.

Since starting on Bio Complete 3, I have been regular which hasn't been the case for the most part of my life. It has been worse since having cesarean delivery for my 3 children. I also have felt more energy in my body throughout the day!

I have noticed a difference in my bowel movements within days of taking BioComplete 3. Over the last few weeks, I have also noticed a reduction in sugar cravings and appetite. I will definitely remain on the regime and feel confident that I will have continued changes over the next few months.

I was dealing with unexplained chronic gastro issues for several weeks that wouldn't "go away". I was looking for a good probiotic and had started using one from the drug store when I found and ordered BioMed I take 2 in the morning and 2 at bedtime. I noticed a change almost right away and continue to improve with diminished symptoms and gradual return to normal bowel function. I know this is making a difference and so happy to have found it!

I decided to stop taking the probiotics I have used for years to try the BioComplete because it offered the "Complete" formula for digestion. I do not experience the bloating I did experience in the past. I feel more in control of my digestive health and will continue the "Complete" regiment.

I have added MCT Wellness to my diet and love it. It helps immensely with my concentration and state of mind; it seems to help me enter ketosis and gives a feeling of mental and physical well being. I take it daily, often with a smoothie. It is a great product.

I was a bit skeptical at first. Would this shake be worth it? Could it really make me feel satisfied for a meal. The answer is yes! I love the shake. It has a nice chocolatey taste. And I do feel satisfied having it place of a meal.

I switched from whey to ProPlant Complete Shake just to stay on a Plant Paradox diet. I have a terrible family history of heart disease. I have 6 stents and had a heart attack in spite of being slim and in good physical condition to prove it. The heart attack is what made me look into the diet. Since being on it, my bloodwork has improved greatly, and my cardiologist is impressed. So now I use Pro Plant Complete Shake instead of a whey protein shake after a workout. Trust Dr. Gundry.

Only started about a week ago, so no long term results to report. Good bowel movements began at about day 2, but on day 5 I had diarrhea and cut back to 2 capsules per day rather than the recommended 4. So far it looks like I'm back to normal movements. There are probiotics included in a multivitamin I am taking, so maybe the combination with 4 BioComplete is just too much.
We'll see how it goes with just 2 BioComplete and I may gradually increase to 3 and then to the recommended 4.

We ordered the watermelon lemonade mix which was to buy 3. When pkg came n it was on time. Open package to find two of the three mix containers in box with no olive oil or sticker as our free gift as it stated on the pkg label inside box. I tried email the *******@gundrymd.com and it says email doesn't exist. I called the number provided and says number isn't correct. I go check the reviews and I have no issue with the product. It tastes good and I already feel good after two days of trying it. I just wished to contact company to talk to someone love would work but it doesn't. I could not find a protein shake anywhere that does not have pea protein in it. When I was tested and found out I have an allergy to peas, this became a problem. I tried the Gundry Proplant complete shake and the chocolate tastes great! And thankfully, no ingredients that I have on my allergy list. The vanilla is not as tasty in my opinion. I have tried some of the recipes that came with the package - mug cake, high-protein pudding, and protein "fudgesicles." All of those were excellent with the chocolate shake! The vanilla mug cake was not good at all. I have added beet juice to the vanilla shake and that made it a bit tastier. I will continue to purchase the chocolate shake. Thank you for a product that doesn't taste like chalk dust!

Started taking Bio Complete 3 instead of Total Restore so I'd have all my Pre, Pro and Post Biotics in one, instead of buying several products at a time. When I started it I had come down with a terrible case of fatigue that usually hits me each year in the fall season. I had already run out of Total Restore for a couple of weeks before I was able to start taking Bio Complete 3, shortly after the fatigue started up. I could feel it starting to turn in 3 days of use, by a week I was my usual self, but have continued to be doing fine ever since. I have decided to go back on Total Restore as well, but am waiting for the product to arrive. Reason being, I'm still having trouble with acid reflux and some of my arthritic problems returned somewhat and Total Restore had been doing an excellent job with those things.

After researching the health benefits of Shilajit I was pleased to find a trusted source to obtain a pure, high quality, standardized source of this beneficial nutraceutical. Excellent effective product.
