We Made a réservation for a room at a rate of 115 € per night for 3 nights. Total charges were actually 523,32 with additional charges of 178,23 € which were not visible until after payment as they where intentionally covered by a pop up sollicitation. Do not réserve through this web site because you will be screwed
I stayed at the Laquinta, Grand Prairie location on 7/24/25 - 7/28/25 for our annual family reunion. During my stay it was discovered that the room was infested with bed beg. The staff there was so egregious that she said I was only complaining about the bed bug because I couldn't afford the room. I told her that I was reporting them to the health department because after they moved me from the room, they put another guest in there. I will never stay with Laquinta again. I recently booked and checked in at the Riu Plaza New York Times Square through the Booking.com platform from March 22nd to March 27th, 2025. While I enjoyed my stay in room 1917 at the hotel, I am disappointed to report that I have been unable to recover a deposit of $250 that was deducted from my account on the day of check-in. Despite my repeated efforts to obtain a refund, the hotel has yet to return my funds, citing reasons that remain unclear to me. I find this behaviour unacceptable and disingenuous for an establishment of such calibre. I advise other customers to exercise caution when dealing with this hotel.

Acabo de hacer reservación por medio de la página guestreservation.com, pensando que era directamente con el hotel, y al hacer uso del número de reservación en el hotel Krystal Satélite, no hicieron valida la reservación. Además de esta situación, el pago total fue muy diferente del ofertado en la página. El costo de la habitación lo mostraron en pesos mexicanos, y al hacer el cargo, muestra que fue hecho en dólares, Te hacen el cobro sin hacer una verificación de datos previa, en donde te desglosen lo que terminaras pagando. Es cuando pagas, y te dan un recibo donde te das cuenta de los cargos extras que te hicieron. Directamente te cobran lo que quieren... Super Fraude... El teléfono registrado en su página (para México *******758) solo es una contestadora automática, en inglés, sin opción a cambiar a español, en donde, no importa la opción numérica que elijas, su respuesta es "REVISALO CON EL HOTEL" Espero revisen los futuros "clientes" referencias de esta página, antes de hacer cualquier movimiento con ellos.

Date of Transaction: 06/17/25. Charged $1302. 79 Disputing $430.70 Merchant: On receipt shows Guest Reservations, but Holiday Inn said they go by GetARoom owned by Expedia & the Credit Card company disputes made mention of Priceline. I'm disputing & want to file a formal dispute that Guest Reservations demonstrated deceptive practices which resulted in getting scammed for $430.70. I went directly to Holiday's Inns webpage to book a room (not a 3rd party). Once I hit the "book now" button the page showed Guest Reservations. To a normal person it appears we're still working directly w/the hotel. Instead Guest Reservation was deceptive & hid behind the Holiday Inn logo. In fact the credit card showed "HTLHolidayInn". After speaking w/ Holiday Inn directly they said my stay w/ them (after state taxes, city taxes, and all fees) would had cost $430.70 less & I was overcharged. They provided me a receipt as proof to my claim. I attempted to resolve this issue directly w/ the Guest Reservation phone number listed on the receipt, but out of 5 attempts it resulted in this company hanging up on me 3 times and twice I was promised a supervisor call back within 2 hours BUT they never did. The CSR's all gave me mixed messages. 1 said the extra $430 was a deposit for incidentals, which was a lie because Holiday Inn placed a $50 hold for incidentals. Another CSR said they offer lowest price guarantee, & when I showed them they overcharged me & failed to provide the lowest price guarantee they hung up. Another CSR said it was their 3rd party fees, & I said this was never disclosed to me at check out & I requested a itemized invoice of these fees, they hung up on me. After speaking to Holiday Inn directly they were upset too that this company miss represented them. I called Expedia, & they admitted this was wrong & to file the dispute through my cr cd. I filed a dispute but Guest Reservations fought back, stating I agreed to the charges, but I didn't because I was mislead. This company is deceptive and scammers. The only acceptable resolution is a refund. Ms Chantal Reynolds you should be ashamed of yourself.

This resort is so bad I honestly wish we could just leave mid-vacation!
-broken bed, pillows are terrible
-broken gate to room -no conditioner provided in rooms
-hair dryer from 1980s or 90s at best
-room does not at ALL look like photo advertised
-resort is old, in need of many repairs
-immediately greeted with pushy sales people
-beach is literally not usable due to so much seaweed piled up
-booked airport transfer through them and they literally not only didn't pick us up, but also would not even provide money back or a ride back to the airport on them

£129 to stay at this hotel for one night. Most probably hiked up the prices because of a concert a couple of miles away at The Bowl that day. Right at a junction of two main roads so very little sleep that night. No shower gel in the bathroom either. Just a couple of tiny cakes of soap. Absolutely disgusted.

I was misled by GuestReservations.com into thinking I was booking directly with the hotel. The site mimics hotel branding and makes it unclear that it's a third-party reseller. I accidentally booked the wrong date and immediately contacted them to correct the error. They refused to cancel, refused to modify the date, and kept the full $392. This company is predatory and thrives on confusing consumers with unclear cancellation policies and no real customer service. I've submitted a complaint to the FTC and disputed the charge with American Express. I strongly recommend avoiding this site and booking directly with hotels to avoid the same trap.

Extremely poor service. After accepting the room rate, I was about to pay they then chuck on a crazy service fee which is never mentioned or stated. They then took payment without any authorisation from myself or my bank. My bank requires two factor authentication, however I did not complete this step, all of a sudden £260 was taken out without my consent. No one answers the phone. I have emailed them about the situation, an automated email has come through saying they can't do anything. If no response, I will take legal action.

They pretended to be the hotel I thought I was booking with and then stole over $1500 from me as a non-refundable fee! They never reply to any inquiries other than to say "please be patient as we look into this", and ultimately seemed to be operating as multiple companies - Getaroom.com, Priceline.com and Booking.com. Stay far far away from this horrible entity!

The place is truly disgusting. Great pictures, but false advertising. Truly icing over a mud pie!
I am absolutely appalled by his hotel. Not only was the staff shockingly unprofessional, but I also experienced behavior that can only be described as blatantly racist.
The staff made us feel unwelcome. It was as if we were a nuisance rather than paying guests.
Courteousness was nonexistent. Simple questions were met with eye rolls, sighs, and abrupt answers. There was no effort to provide good service—just a sense that we were being tolerated, not respected.
Phones rang endlessly at the front desk, and no one seemed interested in doing their job.
The worst part? The clear homophobia. It wasn't subtle—it was humiliating. If you don't fit their preferred profile, expect to be treated like you don't belong.
This place doesn't deserve your money. No one should have to pay to be disrespected or feel unsafe. I would strongly recommend finding a hotel that values all of its guests and operates with basic human decency.

I was booking through this company and an error came up when confirming booking and said that they couldnt complete my booking. Brought me to a new booking blank page, which I filled out and submitted. That error booking ended up going through creating a double booking and charging my card $440 TWICE! This was on April 4th, I still have not received my money. They told me that they have a hotel partner that speaks to the hotels and pays them who is responsible for refunding me. However, I am not allowed to speak to them directly. I was able to obtain information from the Hotel directly showing that they did not charge the third party company for the second booking, but they won't refund me until they speak to the hotel directly to confirm that. Why do they need ti confirm with the hotel that they weren't charges?! They can see that on their end easily. They also keep telling me that this same hotel partner can't seem to get a hold of the hotel!? I called the hotel directly and was able to speak to someone right away so why can't they!? I am beyond mad and had to reopen the dispute charge with my bank since the company told me that they can even see an error booking on their end, and then a reservation confirmed 1 minute later, with my real booking confirmed 1 minute after that. I keep getting the run around and spend a minimum of 1 hour on the phone each time. Then I get an email stating the hotel hasn't approved the refund, but the hotel isn't the one that has my money.

Seemed easy when I booked but if there is an issue trust me - they won't do anything about it or give you the time of day. Called because I had to check out of a bed bug and roach infested hotel in Alabama and asked the girl to please call me back and help me find other accommodations. She never called! She sent an email saying she was too busy! So I had to find another room at another hotel on my own! And didn't even get a refund for the night we left that disgusting hotel! Terrible experience all around and very very upsetting that people are out to rob innocent people and children.
Their business model is to impersonate other hotels. After you book your reservation, even if it is a mistake, they have a harsh no refund policy.
