Thinking I was making a reservation at the Wyndham, I was charged absurd fees at the checkout. I called the Wyndham directly and that's when they informed me Guest reservations is a 3rd party. Calling Guest Reservations they told me I couldn't get a refund even though it was within 30 minutes of making the reservation. I asked for a supervisor and customer service would not transfer me.
I checked in at Radhey ki haveli on 26th March and checked out on 27th March. On 27th morning while attending aarti at ur temple premises, one of your staff men (tall, curly hairs and big moustached) holded my arm and pushed me back forcely with other women. When I reacted he shouted on me. This aggressive attitude towards female guests should taken as serious concern. Unfortunately I don't know his name but I request to share the pic of your staff persons so that I can easily identify him. He was dressed in khaki colour shirt. Take strict action against him by immediately throwing him out of service as if you keep these type of antisocial staff your hotel reputation is definitely going to effect badly. I expect positive response.

First, they canceled our reservation without telling us. We showed up and they had taken our money but refused to give us rooms. After a hour, the incompetent receptionist finally gave us horrible** rooms and made us book an extra room, costing us more money. These rooms couldn't have been worse. For example, the suspicious little black hairs found throughout the bathroom. With all of the hair and stains in this room it CLEARLY wasn't cleaned. Additionally, extremely disruptive and loud construction above us started at 8am and went on for 4hrs non stop. My sisters room was 80° all night because the AC broke and they couldn't fix it, so they slept overheated with the windows open (we're talking December in Times Square) all night. I considered sleeping outside at one point. I hate this place. Do not book here.

Quick and easy unfortunately I was given a shock when my order went up from 71.00 to 89.00 because of tax and other services I would like to be given a reason for this as I didn't see this on the original website it was only after I had given my credit card details and paid that it went up by 18 pounds so for that reason I have marked down
I recently stayed at the Hilton Cartagena, and unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. The hotel is very old, and the property is not well-maintained. The grounds looked neglected, and the overall atmosphere felt outdated compared to the photos online, which are clearly not representative of its current state.
The restaurant was another major disappointment. My son's salmon tasted old, and the overall quality of the food was poor. It seemed like the ingredients were not fresh, making for a very unpleasant dining experience.
Additionally, on January 30th, there was a party at the hotel, and the music was unbearably loud. I was not at the event, but it was so disruptive that I could barely hear my online class and struggled to sleep. The noise level was unacceptable for a hotel that should prioritize guest comfort.
Another downside is the location. It is far from everything in the city, making it inconvenient for sightseeing or accessing restaurants and attractions.
Overall, this stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience in Cartagena.

I was on the official hotel website for EB Hotel Quito comparing prices of the rooms for a same day reservation. Unknowingly I clicked a deceptive ad from GuestReservations. Com thinking it was a discount offer from the hotel. I received and applied the code. What I now know was the final payment page, did not display the price. I thought the button I clicked would lead to another page showing the price, instead it charged my card. I called immediately because it was significantly more than the 2 other options that were directly with the hotel; note that I still believed I was dealing directly with the hotel. Because it was last minute the representative refused to refund my money and suggested I talk to the hotel when I arrived. At the hotel I learned that I had booked with an Expedia company and not directly with the hotel. The hotel had no way of refunding the difference in room price. This experience with Guestreservations. Com, an Expedia company, ensures I will never use them. They use deceptive ads that make you believe they are the hotel, final payment page does not obviously display the price, and despite calling immediately refused to refund my money.

Expect to hear barking dogs, as it is "pet friendly"
Does not provide free comp breakfast, as Specifically advertised on THEIR website
Dirty floors, not maintained by staff. Do not provide ANY room service some days - staff not available
Expect to encounter a LOT of smokers, on their narrow hallways
One has to ask for bed linen to be changed, NOT done automatically
Terrible front desk management
Lax security and their room door entrance keys often fail (several times each week). Worse one can get a replacement key without providing any ID (not even asking for one's name) - ergo ANYONE could ask for YOUR room key and Get it!

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Phoenix, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected.
Raw Breakfast Served: The breakfast was disappointing, with food being served undercooked. This was unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
Unannounced Pool Closure: The pool was closed before the scheduled time, and there was no prior communication about this. It was very inconvenient.
Housekeeping Delays: The housekeeping staff didn't clean my room daily. They only did so after I returned from sightseeing, which disrupted my plans and comfort.
Non-Functional TV: The TV in my room wasn't working, and no efforts were made to fix it during my stay.
No Microwave in Room: A microwave is a basic amenity, but my room didn't have one, making it difficult to reheat meals or prepare small snacks.
No Concierge Services: There was no concierge available, which added to the inconvenience, especially for someone new to the area.
Rude Staff: The staff's attitude was unprofessional. They were rude and arrogant, which made the experience even worse.
Room Service Closed Early: The room service closed earlier than the mentioned hours, and there was no communication about the early closure, leaving me without dining options.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor service, and missing amenities made this stay extremely disappointing. I expect better from Hilton and hope they address these issues to prevent such experiences in the future.

The main bar ran out of rum both my 1st and 2nd night here.
So, Ichangemydrink, but they say that drink isavailable at anotherbar. I go to that bar, they did not have the drink. I ended up getting tthe original drink i wanted but tasted like crap.
The attitude of bar staff is extremely negative. Ì assume being able to work at a resort is a great opportunity. If they are not happy with the job, leave.
Overall, the resort has taken a step down since my last visit a year ago.
There are several great points to the resort and should be taken into acount.

SUCH A SCAM AND TOTAL RIPOFF! Know that you aren't the actual hotel website when you book, they WAY overcharge! NO REFUNDS regardless if you have a family emergency, they will request medical records! The hotel OK'd the early check out and I followed the instructions EXACTLY from the representative at guest reservations, they still denied the refund! Lesson learned, never again!

To be honest, I don't know how I ended up on their website as I thought I was booking through the hotel. When I booked the site glitched and forced me to book again. It was two days later my credit card company informed me that I was double charged. I called the hotel and they said they couldn't refund because I went through guest reservations. They said they would cancel the reservation happily but guest reservations had charged the card, not them. So I called guest reservations and explained what had happened and asked for a refund for the double booking, which was a result of a glitch on their website. They said they had to get permission from the hotel to issue a refund. Over the course of two weeks they emailed every few days saying they were trying to reach the hotel, the same hotel that I had called and was told they would happily refund, but guest reservations wasn't getting a response. Eventually they said they couldn't get a response from the hotel and therefore could not refund me for the double booking that was their fault to begin with. Total crooks! Didn't use this site or have anything to do with this organization. They completely refuse to take responsibility and just took $200 and I received nothing in return.

Guest Reservations uses shady, deceptive and misleading business practices. They charged me $500 more for the same room, same dates, same hotel as my son was charged suin g another site. I thought I was actually on the legit hotel site. I booked a refundable reservation but when confirmed it was non-refundable. Customer service kindly refunded me $39 which doesn't even cover my time. 1 star rating because I can't choose zero stars.

From the outset, I encountered multiple issues that has already greatly affected the quality of my stay:
The bed sheets provided were untidy and unacceptable. {refer photographs attached}
The heater in the room was not functioning properly, with the temperature not going above 20°C, even after the room change. {refer photograph attached for the second room}.
Engineer told me that maybe someone must attend to this issue in the morning and there is nothing much they can do right now.
Despite assurances, the temperature remained too cold and uncomfortable. {believe me I had to take two quilts along with my warmer to manage the night}
In addition to these physical discomforts, I was treated in a highly unprofessional manner by the Guest Service desk & later by Guest relationship managers.
One of your relationship managers gave me a look & used the tone that felt demeaning and condescending. {I expressed it to them that I felt extremely small}
When another representative spoke to me about upgrading my room, their tone was patronizing, which left me feeling deeply disrespected and upset. {I never asked for any kind of upgrade}. It was only after I broke down in tears in front of them {literally} that they offered an apology, and I told them that my intention was never seek an upgrade or trouble them in anyway.
This level of service is entirely unacceptable and does not reflect the standard I expected from your establishment.
I believe it is within my rights to request a full refund for the distress and inconvenience caused, and I expect this matter to be addressed immediately.

A site with an approach bordering on a scam. Their page looks like the official hotel website. The prices displayed are in line with other platforms, but when finalizing the transaction, service fees written in tiny print increase the total by 30%. I acted too quickly and didn't notice that the amount had changed when proceeding to payment. I immediately called customer service (an outsourced call center) to cancel, but I was informed that the reservation was non-refundable. I feel like I've been robbed.

I was there the weekend of the Taylor Swift covert. I booked our room far in advance to secure our room. As the time got closer I noticed they had a room for 1,500$ less for what I was paying. Same days, same amount of people. I was told the price was different because we were staying in a different room, when we got there we were put in the exact room I saw online. Expedia called for me to get the price adjusted and they were told it was not the same room. We were in room 909 2 double beds, accessible, refrigerator microwave with sofa bed for 2,081$ they charged me 3,500$ and will NOT give me a price adjustment. Total scam! I will never book here or with this hotel chain again!
