I was in need of a very specialized Mitsubishi HVAC thermistor and they had the OEM part, in stock and at a price that was 50% less than what other HVAC providers wanted to sell it for, plus GSI's shipping was reasonable for the size of the part.

I have not received my R22 2lb bottle and I've not been able to track it from the emails I've received saying track your order. No log in so I'm not able to log in and try from the site either.

I received my product in a very timely and professional manner and it arrived in great shape. I installed it, and although the load was.38 amps as measured with a Fluke 87and the device rating was.4 amps. The device failed immediately. I am going to have to call RIB and get some technical help, but it appears that the load is just too close to the rating of the device. General Supplies did a great job though.
