Needed phone number to finish order form but error message letting me know was hidden in a minimized menu within the form making it hard to find. Worked out okay, but took me several tries to figure out why your form wouldn't submit.

Great experience. Once I put in the motor number, it pulled right up! No problems! I received my order in 3 days and it was an exact replacement. On the fourth day I had installed it and it was running perfectly!

Score for price is not a direct reflection of satisfaction with gsistore - but it is an honest answer to the question. I think this product is way over-priced for what it is - Same at every retailer and in fact gsishop was the cheapest I found - hence 3 stars instead of 2
The part I ordered was for a 13 year old electric wall heater. Your price shipped was the best I could find, and shipping /delivery was prompt.
It was the exact piece I needed, and I am glad I came across your site.
$8.00 for a few I rings and a few clips was about reasonable, but the standard shipping was another $8.00. The box was way oversized and this could have been sent in an envelope and cost less than two dollars. I would have rather had a minimum purchase price and more reasonable postal cost. The standard shipping took about five days and was the post offices issue, but I wouldn't have been pleased with postal cost if it was two day shipping. The products are great and I'm sure I'll use you again if I need other products. Just would like more reasonable postal cost. At least add rocks to the box to make the US mail work for their money.

The product that was sent to me was machined incorrectly. The product sent has a right turn male and left turn female. The product advertised and in the documentation sent with the incorrect product both correctly demonstrate a left turn mail and right turn female which was what I was hoping to have paid for but did not receive. Please feel free to call me for a refund. *******536. You also need to check your inventory on this product and make the proper adjustments before this happens again with another new customer.

It was nice to see that the manufacturer's replacement part was better made than the previous ones made (there is a cover over the relay contacts).
