Your company has provided very good service. But the USPS has been a challenge. My parts were shipped to California. Now in route to Washington. I don't remember seeing a upgrade to ups but if I need any more parts I will definitely request a different shipper. Thank you

Wish you could ship USPS for these small items. UPS charge of $13.23 is high for $6.40 item.
Above line was added when order was placed. When I received shipping conformation i noticed that the order did ship by USPS not UPS as stated on order form as the only option available. This is the reason I gave you a 4 overall rating.

Quick replies fast and easy process
The part number I was told would work was an exact fit. Fast shipping and delivery. Was expecting it to take a week at least was here within 4 days of my order. Would definitely recommend and will order again

So far it has been great.
The product is exactly what I ordered and worked just fine.
The only problem I had was that I paid for 2nd day air
I ordered on a Thursday and didn't receive until the following Tuesday.
I'm glad to have AC even though the motor arrived late. I think.

Other than a messed up registering system, product and speed were top notch. I also called with an obscure technical question, I got a real person on the phone and he got me the answer and right motor.

The message about using shipping other than UPS was very confusing. It did not say if you were to do it before the order was placed or after. I went to live chat and they said it did not matter because the item only shipped UPS.

This motor works like a charm. When buying a motor for your condenser, know what you are getting! Search up your model number and look at the specs for your motor like horsepower, VAC, cables, and things like that. Thank you GSI store, I'm no longer in the Texas heat.

Would have been nice to have a cross reference to check part numbers with. A little better description of parts would be nice also.
Got the order in a timely manner. However, not real impressed with the products. Additional, I had to pay an extra $1.50 to get the package.

So Far, So Good. Just hope it fits. Will let you know if it works! Best price I found after searching over 6 hrs online.

Motor got here in 3 days. It was an exact replacement fit. AC is cooling better then before.
Paid 161 here and ac repair shops in leesburg fl wanted 484.00 for the same motor.
GSISTORE is Fantastic and would recommend them to anyone.

I'm very happy with my purchase from GSIStore.com. The part I ordered was a perfect fit and the lowest price I could find after scouring the internet. Excellent packing and super fast shipping. I would definitely do business with gsi again!

The only negative I have is that the shipping price seemed a little high (almost as much as the item itself), but at the same time, every one else was just as high. Maybe a lower shipping price like USPS flat rate. But like I said, otherwise you guys are great!

So far I have received a reply that the part I need is in stock and can ship out today. I am waiting for confirmation that it has shipped via tracking number.

This is my second purchase. My first was at your Ebay store for a limit switch of my furnace. That package arrived a day earlier than anticipated, product was packaged well and worked as expected. This purchase is to complete the repair of my Carrier furnace.

Found the OEM part I was looking for at $20 less than I could find it anywhere else. Web site was easy to use. The part arrived faster than I expected. I was able to easily install it myself and fix my furnace. Saved a ton on the part and the cost of installation.

Shipping fees are strange
I ordered a product that was small and weighed less than an ounce. I got the special shipping cost for anything less than 2 pounds, but when I tried to order 2 of the same product I could not get the special shipping price. I could have ordered a dozen of these and it would have weighed less than 2 pounds and fit in the same box I received the single item in. Your shipping fees don't make sense.

I hope this works. Never bought anything like a thermostat on line. No one had in town so I decided to buy online. I am so glad I did. Works great, easy to install...Thanks for everything, great service.

Order was either incorrectly delievered to wrong address or incorrectly scanned. Emailed for resolution and was told ill have to wait a few days to see if it comes. Terrible customer service. Other companies would have shipped out another part immediately and if second part came i would have happily mailed back.

I paid for UPS 2nd day shipping, but didn't get the product until 5 days later. But that is due to the blizzard & extreme weather conditions that hit the NorthEast US. I would buy from your company again..
