Part was out of stock when ordered. Customer Service agent contacted me directly to let me know and provided ETA. Part was dropped ship. Merchant is fast and responsive. Their supplier can't keep up with demand so no fault of the seller.

Every item i received was either made by some cheap company overseas or it was defective. Ordered a pilot assembly and it was defective, it caused hundreds of dollars of repairs to my furnace. I would never buy from this guy ever again, and anyone who buys from him runs the risk of doing damage to their system. The parts he sells are cheaply made and not OEM parts.

Also contacted him to see if he would offer any help and of course did not offer any help at all.

Website is user friendly, speedy shipping, I didn't realize my order didn't qualify for free shipping as I was distracted at the end of my order so they sent me a courtesy email with a link where I could quickly pay shipping fee only. Email was very welcoming and understanding. Shipped fast and received in a timely manner. Installed same day as delivered and now my heater is quiet again! Thank you so much for speedy delivery and great parts!

Quick and easy

Quick and easy. Doesn't get any better than that. Shipping was twice as much as the part but i was in dire need. Next time i'll see if i need any thing else around the house before ordering just one item. The prices can't be beat!

I ordered a sump switch on a Wednesday morning and it was delivered the next day! Outstanding delivery time, better than Amazon Prime for sure! The product price was lower than any competitor and I looked at numerous sellers of that part on the web. Overall, great job. Thanks.

The shipping is a lot of money that is the only thing I did not like.Shipping was half the price of the part ordered. Please consider another shipper or us mail. Anything would be better than ups prices.

Bought the Carrier-recommended replacement motor and run capacitor, both were drop-in parts found easily and quickly at GSI. The new motor runs smoothly with no drag like the old motor (bad bearings). Easy replacement, and I'm expecting I'll save a few dollars on the electric bill, as well.

Had what I needed to know and answers to questions quickly answered. Part #s same as on unit so hoping it fits & works. Sometimes concerned about rumors of on line parts not fitting even with correct part #s. Hoping this will be quick easy repair.

Totaly surprised to receive item less then 24 hrs after placing order. Will install later this week when back in town. Product looks like orginal parts but one part of instructions confusing. May make sense when installing.

So far so good.havnt got part yet so well see.got the control board but no adaptor plate or had to do some rewiring good thing i have 36 years pf experience because there was no wiring diagram with new control.but it worked just fine after a few modifications.

Home Depot referred me to General Supplies for the replacement part. They also had the best price.
I had previously purchased a "no name" millivolt generator rated at 750 millivolts that would only generate 531 millivolts. Not enough to activate my furnace gas regulator.

The GSI Store has a very easy, clear, nice website with pictures to verify you're getting what you need correctly and a great search feature. I received my electrostatic unit part that I ordered and it's exactly what I needed and the part appears to be a good one as I've replaced it and the fit is tight and everything is functioning perfectly. This is an unusual part that I'm sure isn't ordered in significant quantities yet they had it and the price was terrific. The shipping costs are my only critique but even then that's likely cheaper than driving around town trying to find the part locally only in the end having to have to order it anyway and pay a far higher mark-up for the part with a local HVAC company. Excellent experience I must say.

It was a bit confusing that I couldn't get economy shipping once I added the second item to my cart, but then I saw the explanation for it. Otherwise everything was great.

I got an email asking me to confirm delivery a week or so before the order actually arrived, which seemed odd considering the box could be tracked through UPS. Maybe they send those messages as soon as they ship.

My first order arrived broken and when I contacted you, your representative was not helpful. I was told to order another one which I had to pay for, send you some pictures of how it arrived, no expedited shipping on the replacement even though I have not had hot water in 4 days.

I could not be happier with the product and the service. My gas furnace died last week, the diagnostic light [pointed to a bad pressure switch. You had the best price, same day shipping,and lowest shipping rate for the switch.I received the switch in 4 business days and my furnace is now working perfectly again. I would recommend you to anyone needing an HVAC part and will definitely use your site again if I ever need another part for my Nordyne system

I know this is a special item that only fits this model Lennex furnace but $87 for two small pieces of plastic is absurd. Then $14.00 for shipping with a 2 day rate which always takes 3 or more puts me at $102.00.
Part works great so I got what I paid for but...
