Found it confusing that the pop up says to check for cheaper shipping options. Or maybe that's because when I checked there were no cheaper options.

Ordered a part for my furnace. Easy lookup on website. Other sites not nearly as easy or straightforward. Price was extremely competitive. Lowest or very close. Only thing I didn't like was shipping cost. Cost of shipping was as much as part. So 2 $18.42 cost $65 to get. Shipping time was awesome though. Ordered on a Monday got it Wednesday! You need a part this is the place to go.
It was just so so. Not a modern site. $12 for a $6 shipping box from USPS was too high in my opinion. Pick the items, Print label, pack. 5 min Max... $6 for 5 min. Are you paying them $70 hr / $140K per year? Sounds like a good job. Have a nice day
Asked a question last night, got a response this morning, and the ordering process was smooth.
The ordering process was easy and smooth. Then I got an email saying the item was out of stock and there would be a 2-3 week delay. Then I goat an email saying the item had shipped. This was confirmed by a later email exchange. This is why I am giving a mediocre shopping experience rating.
The item arrived on time and was very well packed. However, it is defective and I will be requesting a replacement of the electronic controller. That is why I rated the product so low.
Checking out was difficult. I tried just using my credit card but it kept saying there was a problem with the card but when I paid through Paypay it was OK. Wasted a lot of time just checking out that I didn't have to waste. That is the reason for my rating of 2 stars for overall.
The web site is awkward. Also, a message keeps popping up saying that I should contact you about lower shipping. When contacted, you offered no lower rates.
The shipping time was so bad I order the same item from another company 6 days later a got the item 4 days before I will never order anything from them again the worst shopping experience ever

Nothing special about the site. At least it lets you search by model of unit.
Shipping on checkout isn't straight forward. Though if you hit apply on the shipping and then can finally figure it out.
My order which should have been under two pounds didn't qualify for their economy shipping for some reason. No expected weight is listed either.
Overall it's a good enough site to get the job done and they seem to provide at least 10% cheaper than most other places I checked.
