You have the best price for the item that I wanted. The product I ordered is no longer made by the manufacturer. They have a new product that is not compatible with the old product. I am very pleased that gsistore.com was able to get the discontinued product. It allows me to add two more zones to my home HVAC system with out having to replace all the zone controllers. We needed the part overnight, so that's the only reason not happy with the full price paid, we had to pay the $82 for overnight on an $11 part, otherwise it would have been a reasonable shipping and part cost if it hadn't been necessary to have the part the next day. Checking out was difficult. I tried just using my credit card but it kept saying there was a problem with the card but when I paid through Paypay it was OK. Wasted a lot of time just checking out that I didn't have to waste. That is the reason for my rating of 2 stars for overall.
When you told me that you had the motor that I needed you didn't say it had to be shipped from Illinois. I thought you meant that you HAD it in Oregon. Shipping time would have been much faster to Washington than it was.
Hard to recomend to others if I have not received my products yet. This will change went I get and install. Update- have received products on time and in good shape. Have to install to see how product works.
The only complaint that I ever had was how long it took for delivery. They called and said it was on back order but it still took longer than they said it would. And I think it was kinda rediculous that I had to pay more for the shipping that the product I purchased. It weighed next to nothing so I didn't understand that. I think next time I will research more places before I order something that you pay more for the shipping than the actual product.

After placing order, I was notified that the parts were not in stock and it would be backordered for 2-3 weeks. I agreed to the backorder and to my surprise I still recieved them in 1 week instead of the 2-3.

Motor was shipped same day when my order was very close to cut off time, which was much appreciated as I would have had to go without AC for a very hot weekend if you hadn't. Love the prompt emails of package status too. Maybe your site should have suggested to buy a new capacitor, as I was told by my friend they should be changed together and they are usually sold together? When I called to ask what color the wires were (one looked purply brown and needed to know if it was brown or purple) I was told he couldn't tell me because I wasn't a contractor, a little rediculous since I bought it. He also didn't ask if I was or was not a contractor, did he just assume I wasn't because I am female? I was able to install it just fine regardless and AC has been working great since.
I received the part on 3/11/2016 but it is not the right part. It looks for the most part the same as the one i am trying to replace however the original part has the mounting plate on the back whereas the part that you sent me has the mounting plate on the side nd t a different height. I tried to adapt it by attacheing a metal angle bracket to connect it to the burner and i did eventually get it to light the burner but s soon as the fan kicked in it would blow the burner out at which time the furnce just kept kicking in trying to relight the burner but with no success as long as the fan was blowing. I therefore need to return the part you sent me and get the correct part. What do i do?

Answer: High prices do not mean better service. Move on to eBay or Amazon.
