I had a little difficulty finding my item, part number changed. If at all possible please cross link old part #s with new part #s. Once found shipping was great and the product fit perfectly.

Some pages flew by so quickly I couldn't read them. When I went back, I found it necessary to make changes and your system appeared to lock up.
When delivered, it was apparent that the Chinese felt that the air flow direction arrows were unnecessary for the AMERICAN market.

Ordering was easy
April 10, 2015

Ordering was easy. I was not thrilled with the lack of providing a tracking number. While the item was sent quickly I was unable to pinpoint when it would be delivered via any tracking number. As a result I missed UPS several times as they did not leave the product or a note. Had the tracking been provided I could have had the item days sooner. The site stated that I should ask for postal mail if the rate for shipping was high. They charged me $28 shipping on an 11 pound package from IL to TN. When asked they said it was not cheaper to go by mail. This was a blatant lie. Checking the post office online rates the cost for priority mail was around $9. The regional C flat rate could have fit two of my product and it was only $11. They simply didn't care or try not to waste my money on shipping UPS (resulting in delivery delays and extra cost). They need to get their act together with the shipping thing. As far as I'm concerned even considering handling costs they owe me at least $15 for not checking or being good stewards with my shipping money.

Very easy process

Very easy process. Very fast delivery which really helped since our furnace went out in very cold weather, the part we ordered for our furnace was shipped UPS Ground and received it next day.
