From a company that had me from the start
I have bought MANY items from GruntStyle in the past and had a 50% satisfactory rate. Lately, their products have fallen short of something that is of quality. I have had t-shirts that after a handful of washes, the neck band has lost its elasticity and are just stretched out. Same can be said about their hats with the elastic bands in them. I have also had a couple of hoodies that the front pocket stitching has come apart with little effort (in the wash).
When I reached out about 1 of the items, to inquire into a defect or a known issue, I was simply referred to their return policy. I didn't want a return, just an acknowledgement of if there was a known issue with the product. I have found their return policy isn't customer friend to begin with.
Regardless... I am left with the question of - is GS outsourcing to countries with cheaper quality and cheaper labor, so they can capitalize on the profits? I have really lost faith in this company and have started looking into other companies with similar products.
I ordered 5 shirts and received them fairly quickly. I love them all, they are stylish and they feel good like they are made with good cotton poly blend. Will definitely buy from again!.
This company tries to make customers use ID Me which in turn allows for the government to track who is buying what from Grunt Style. This helps them identify and track American Patriots!

It has taken mire than 3 weeks to get order! I will never order from your company again. Your company never compensated for such a delay.

I ordered several times and the first few times it was great. The last 2 times I ordered the seams on the shirts are unraveling in the neck and arms. I won't be ordering from them anymore.
I will no longer be a customer. This is a follow-up to my initial review on 6/7/22.
I ordered two 2XL shirts that cost me $63.25, the shirts were skintight. I paid $16.25 for packaging and postage to return / exchange the shirts for 3XL. I subsequently received two new shirts that say XXXLARGE on the collar. While one of the XXX shirts is now the same size as all my other 2XL shirts and fits, the second shirt, which also says XXX is 2 ¼" narrower than the other shirt and is again, too tight. To date I've paid $79.50 and have one T-Shirt to show for it and have wasted a considerable amount of travel & time trying to exchange them. I won't waist the time and money to return / exchange the shirt again. I'm done. As a veteran, I was hoping these shirts would become my new norm but, disappointed that's not going to happen.
The photos show one shirt on top of the other. At the sleeve seams, you can see they are different by 2 ¼". The width of the shirt itself is also obviously narrower.
NOTE: Grunt Style responded to my first review and said they "provide size charts on every item"… I reviewed these charts, and they are exactly the same for both of these shirts however, they are nowhere close to being the same size.
I do apologize for an frustration caused. Our shirts are more of an athletic fit. We do provide size charts on every item. If you ever receive an item that does not fit the size chart or is defective in any other way, we would just need a picture showing the defect. Bought several items before deploying for 3+ months. One item was defective upon delivery. Didn't have time to return before leaving the country. No indication it mattered. When I returned home, tried to get shirt replaced. Was going to cost me $9.99 after I called company. I asked why. Was told that after 30 days beer guarantee kicks in and I'm sh! T out of luck unless I want to pay $9.99 to send in shirt. Neck was not sewn to the front of the shirt body. Pretty crappy construction. Called customer service many times, ran it up the chain to supervisor, all said I'm dead in the water even though product delivered defective. I mentioned that the paper that comes with package makes no mention of the 30 day window, nor does the website under customer service. I told them I thought these were deceptive practices after the company told me that this exception was not listed anywhere…only internal policy. Bottom line: I'm not spending good money after bad…$10 to send in a crappy shirt that came to me defective when the shirt cost less than $20. However, the lack of owning up to a defective product outside of their internal policy, lack of support for the veterans they are supposed to be supporting, and lack of transparency on the 30 free return policy for defective merchandise cause me to rescind my support for this company. The way I was treated on the phone and in email was abominable. I'm done with this company. Beware their veteran friendly reputation! Since then, I've had two other shirts separate at the collar, but I'm not going to bother. Just beware of low quality product. If you wear these and wash these, you WILL be spending money to send your items back. RIP, Grunt Style.
I do apologize for any confusion or frustration. It is stated on our website that after 60 days items are only eligible for the Beer Guarantee and that you would need to pay to ship the items back. 9.99 is what we charge for a label but you are free to try another shipping carrier to find a cheaper label. Also, you claimed you had a few defective items. Some were from about 4 months ago and some were from a year ago. These would not be considered a defective after this amount of time. I apologize that you feel the supervisor you spoke with was not helpful, although I do not see how he could have been since you repeatedly hung up on him. You are still able to send any item back to us with our Beer Guarantee for a swap or a gift card regardless of how long you have had it.
Can not get anyone to answer phone calls or return my calls! Terrible service will never buy from them again.

Screwed up first order was missing a Tee called Customer service they did try to make it right, But I did give them a second chance and placed a 2nd order.
Low and behold they SCREWED up that order as well.
Called Customer service again and they LIED and said it already shipped but they only created a shipping label and that I am unable to cancel my order. Wow Really?
Demanded a supervisor and then said I can reverse the charge VERY Quick and a supervisor became available and he wasn't any help so I told them to cancel my order.
Do yourself a favor and Order from a company that Prints and make their product in the USA.

Ordered a few things here recently. Thye were delivered fast and in a good condition. The delivery is somehting that i love the most - fast and reliable.
The T-Shirts are SOOOO cheaply made! I ordered 6 of them and they are basically good for rags to clean your car or shop towels! DON'T WAST YOUR TIME! GARBAGE!

The fit on all their clothing is awesome! I was skeptical at first but once I made my 1st purchase, I was hooked.

BUYER BEWARE! If Grunt Style ships a FAULTY, not as described product, YOU ARE required to PAY to ship the faulty item back! Yes- the customer is responsible for grunt style's mistakes. I ordered my size based on THEIR size chart and the zip up does NOT even come close to their measurements.
Even after sending the countless photos as they requested, showing the discrepancy on their website size chart vs a photo of their fault item under a ruler, they still said I am responsible to pay to ship it back.
Again- YOU, the customer, must pay for their mistakes.
Their customer service is no better than talking to an automated phone system.
I love to support veterans and small business but this company does not do right by the consumer.
I would expect this from a government run company, not grunt style.
Reply to GS- Your response is exceptionally misleading. Through NUMEROUS emails, I said I would gladly ship the item back. You did do a spot check after MULTIPLE pictures were sent (see above), you admitted your sizing chart was wrong, removed the chart from your website, and then still told me I was responsible for paying to ship the item back in order to get a refund. What a joke of a company. I ordered from YOUR size chart and the women's small fit my 72lb niece perfectly.
You offering a gift card, is only forcing me to spend more money on another misrepresented item of GS. Instead of giving me a $10 gift card, why not just do the right thing, pay the $10 to ship your misrepresented product back and issue a refund to hopefully retain customers? This is why you have all these heinous reviews. I only wish I saw them all sooner but hopefully this review helps others.
Fortunately my bank agreed when I contested the charges.
I do understand your frustration. We did offer to do a spot check on these and send you one that measured out correctly or to receive a gift card for what you paid. It is clearly stated on our website that in order to receive a refund for an item you received, even if it is defective, you must send the item back. Since you did not want the replacement item or the gift card you would need to send this back to us to receive a refund.
Love the clothing and symbleisim it has great for patriots and vetrans great stuff ill keep buying and cant wait for new stuff
