My daughter got me a Marine Corp hoodie a week ago for Christmas from Gruntstyle. One washing and the front pocket is coming apart in two areas. I have purchased from them myself and know that the quality has gone down hill. They have a guarantee on their clothing but you have to fill out a form and pay for the postage to send it back. Their items are way too expensive to be as bad of quality that they are.
I placed an order 01/18 which consisted of three sweaters (one mentioned it was a pre order) and one valentines shirt. The entire order advised me that due to the pre order it will all ship at once 01/31. February 2, I called customer service to inquire about my order which they only mentioned fell a few days behind and my order would ship on Monday February 4. February 7, I called customer service again to inquire about my order, which at that point they advised me that the t shirt (Valentine's Day gift, I placed 01/18) was now out of stock and they would exchange it for something else. Needless to say, I was pretty upset because I order the entire order almost a month ago, that shirt was a pre planned valentines gift ( now I have to scramble for another gift) and at no point did they ever consider reaching out to me to advise me if this. In my opinion this was completely irresponsible and terrible business. I will not be ordering with them ever again, I advise any person reading this to consider what you order from them, I would hate for someone else to be going through what I am experiencing now.
I ordered over a dozen products, all were in stock. I paid for expedited shipping because I was going out of town 8 day after my order. Nothing arrived and when I called, I was told that my order "slipped through the cracks". I'm not sure how they stay in business doing stuff like that.

I know first hand of the headaches companies like this cause and I want to let all the customers thats been victimized from these companies that your voice didn't hit deaf ears. I here you and you guys saved me so I'm doing just what you said and keep my money.
This company is hot garbage. I love America so any company that makes merch like the do is a win. Until I actually ordered from them. I placed an order with overnight shipping towards the end of a week so I understand the order probably won't process until Monday and I would have it Tuesday... nope. Ups says maybe Wednesday. I contact grunt style to see about being reimbursed for shopping cause I paid a lot extra for the expedited. They tell me they are not responsible for any delays which is ridiculous. It is your name on the product have some respect for your merchandise and your customers and at least try and be understanding which no one with this company is. So if you want to order from a company that doesn't give a damn about you as the customer than this is your company.
From now on, I will only buy grunt style t shirts. They are very helpful when you contact them and the guarantee is the best. Bought 3 shirts for Christmas and they were a little on the small side. I sent them back and they exchanged them no questions asked. Thanks Grunt style!

I ordered a present 2 weeks in advanced. It is now a couple days before the big day, and I find it was never received. I called Grunt Style early this morning. I was told that one of the items was on back order so the entire order was delayed. I told them that I was never notified, and I would have cancelled that item because it was a gift. He apologized and said they would rush and get it out today. The day is over, and it still has not been shipped.
I left a review elsewhere and they were all over it trying to say they are wanting to help and they will exchange the products. Then they tell me I HAVE TO PAY to exchange. Haha. We wont order from then anymore. Buyer beware.

We ordered a JDOG hoodie after many orders of other hoodies and the quality of this one was just awful! I guess the $30 price should have told me that-since most of their hoodies are $50-$60. I did send in a complaint and they told me it is supposed to look like that-ummm-well nope! It should be of better quality and at least be able to see the picture without straining your eyes! They should stand behind quality of a product over anything else. Very disappointed!
We were just at Pigeon Forge TN, last Thursday May 25,2023 where we go every year at least once annually. I saw the Grunt Style store in the Tanger Outlet and decided to take a look see. I picked up a hat and went to counter to purchase. The clerk said there was a 20% off sale and I asked about law enforcement discount. We had just went to other stores and they had 50% off plus they honored the 10% law enforcement discount so I thought I would ask. The bearded clerk held true to the name Grunt and became agitated with me right off the bat. He loudly said no, and the entire store of shoppers all turned now looking at me. I told him what the other stores just did, and he loudly responded, we can remove the 20% off and give you the 10% discount in a smart A$$ tone, how's that. He was being smug and rude disrespectful to my 20+ years of public service. My prior service was as a engineer in DOD / DARPA military weapons but I admitted I had not served in the military armed forces. The clerk grabbed a hat that he said was marked down. I did purchase that hat as it fit what I was somewhat looking for. My wife said after we left the store, why did you not just walk out and not purchase anything? I did not want to give this clerk for lack of a better name the satisfaction of what he was doing. I have worked with many of his type and know how they are. His couple years of service whatever it was is nowhere close to what all I have done, and I know that, plus I get a pension check every month that I doubt he gets. I don't think Grunt would be happy with this type of customer service, but I really don't know the culture of the business except for this one experience I had. Maybe I was just part of the clerk bad day I don't know?

Placed an order in the beginning of December. Emailed on 2 different occasion to get an updated shipping estimate and got 0 response. Then I see the charges being refunded on my bank statement. I once again contacted support, funny how I got response almost immediately this time, which I was then informed that my order had been canceled. No effort was made to provide a solution. Things got hard and they ran away, last thing I would expect from a company that so proudly boasts it veteran heritage

Major quality difference along with poor customer service. In the photos you can see the major size difference in their medium shirts. When contacted they refuse to remedy the issue stating it is in their size range. Both shirts in the photo is men's medium layer over each other to show the difference in the sizes. I now have spent $25 for a shirt to sleep in. Strictly Shield Republic customer for now on.

We do have to allow.5" discrepancy in sizing due to manual measurement. Army Hit The Ground Running T-Shirt - Military Green is measuring where it should be for a size medium. I have purchased a plethora and now own multiple gruntstyle T-shirts. These shirts are of pretty poor & low quality. These t-shirts have been coming apart at the seams overtime, Unfortunately today, I washed a shirt that I have worn for the first time on a delicate wash cycle and when I pulled it out of the washing machine, the shirt is now separating at the seams (stitching) in 2 separate areas. I would not recommend this product due to the poor quality of your hard earned/ spent money. Looking for a new brand ie 9 line or something else but definitely not gruntstyle.Ian HIGY DISSATISFIED & Disappointed with this product.

I was a long term customer but no more. Customer services has been rapidly declining while ads proliferate. Last straw was ordering a hoodie (responded to a text) only to never receive it...and no response to my repeated emails to Customer "Service." I was finally able to get through on a call (long time on hold) only to be told (for the 1st time) that they didn't have the size I ordered and had no timeline for getting it. I was able to cancel my order. And now they are adding f-bombs to their products. BYE!

Nice shirts, zero customer service. I purchased 3 large shirts, one was too tight because it was made (in Nicaragua, not USA) with different materials. I've sent numerous emails over the past week and a half asking for a simple exchange without one reply. Calling customer service is a joke, either you're on hold for ever or their mailbox is full.
They obviously care less about their customers or reputation. If purchase a shirt that does not fit plan on giving it away.
I've purchased several times from this company for myself and my 2 grown sons. No complaints at all. Received everything fast, great quality and great styles. Probably one of my new favorite sites to shop at.
If customer service is rated on a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being the best, this company is a 25. On multiple occasions they've gone out of there way to help resolve my issue. There clothing is guaranteed for life regardless of circumstances. I can't express adequately how pleased I am with this company. I'll definitely be a life long customer with this continued service!
I probably have 30+ items from Grunt Style. However, lately their quality has been horrible. To make is worse their once awesome customer service has seemed to disappear completely. Avoid their product at all costs.
Bought this shirt and wore it twice and it unraveled at the bottom. It was only washed once. Called customer service and they want me to pay another $9.99 for a shipping label to ship it back to them for a refund or replacement. I have already bought a replacement hoping they would take care of the issue. Not so. Not recommended. I have bought tons of shirts from them and never had an issue. First time there is an issue they just want more money after I have already bought another one. My mistake!
