DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I have spent over 1k with this company since 2023. I order every holiday and specialty items and all my husbands work shirts from here. On January 10,2025 I got a notification for a new Valentine's Day shirt. In 2024 I was diagnosed with advanced cancer and my husband and I did not get to have a Valentine's Day date or anything due to my treatment. To celebrate this year, I ordered him a shirt and me a hoodie. When they arrived, my husband's shirt was a 3x and not an xl. I immediately called the company and asked for a replacement, believing it would be delivered in time to wear for Valentine's Day I took the required pictures for them and they sent out another t shirt but in the email the rep said there was no way to track a replacement shipment. We checked the locked mail box daily and it never made it. Finally when it was not here by Valentine's Day, I called grunt style only to get a message that the entire company was in a meeting. I followed the instructions on the voicemail and sent an email asking for a refund on the tshirt because it was useless at this point. This was a 23 dollar request. They basically insinuated I was lying and magically produced a tracking link that they had previously said did not exist. Regardless of the link, it was NEVER delivered. I have never had an issue with them before but giving me pushback on a 23 dollar item when I've never asked for a refund or an exchange before is just bad business practices. They are telling me the only option ( in a very poorly worded email which makes me believe they are outsourcing) is to send it and require an adult signature or to return the product that I DO NOT have for a refund. Why didn't they require a signature or send tracking info when they reshipped it the first time they messed the order up? Bottom line- if you have a problem you will not be taken care of by this company
Just like the previous reviews, I am not ordering from Grunt Style again and am advising everyone I know to not order from them. We ordered a large order near the end of November because of their Black Friday sale, thinking it was plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. After a week of no updates, my wife sent another email to customer service and received a response a few days later saying to provide them more time because of the increase in the amount of orders. After waiting another week, we received no responses or updates. If you try to call their customer service line, it only rings. Then with only a week before Christmas, I received an email saying that the company policy is to ship everything out at once and that two of my items were unable to ship (one was sold out and discontinued and the other was on backorder for a month). I asked for a refund for the discontinued item and an update if my order will arrive by Christmas. I received my refund for the discontinued items about 2 days later (thanks a lot Grunt), but no response regarding the rest of my items. The day before Christmas I got excited because I received a USPS update with an order # thinking maybe a rushed shipment to makeup for the lack of communication. To no surprise I clicked on the update order # to only see that an order for the shipment was placed through USPS, but nothing was processed or picked-up. It is now December 27th, a month from my order, no apologies or explanation, and my order has still not shipped or even left the warehouse. I have no idea when I will receive this order. It's companies like this that give "American Made" a bad rep. It's a real shame because like many other reviews, I was a fan buying their clothes from third party stores like Bucee's and thought I could give more of my support by buying directly from the company. Guess I was wrong, but what I will be doing is warning everyone to steer clear from this company and writing to Bucees asking them to carry a more honest brand. That's fine if a small brand or company needs more time to ship or fulfill orders, but the lack of communication, lack of regard for all the Christmas gift orders, and still not shipping out my order a month later, all the while I am still receiving emailed advertisements from the company leading up to Christmas about last minute gift ideas and deals just reeks of a scam.
I came across Grunt Style apparel and really liked a tee shirt so I went to their site, their tee shirts were ok. A little pricey for what they offer and can get better quality name brands for less. However I did like a few designs and some apparel I was thinking of ordering. As I was looking at other items such as leggings that were only unique in how so overpriced they were. Same with their jackets. They were very thin looking, cheap material and had no fit or body form to them once they were on someone (as seen in their pics)… over $100 for for same material and jacket that looks like a rain poncho you can get on Amazon for $10-$15 minus their GS logo slapped on. Naturally I am immediately kind of seeing what this company is all about and decided to check the reviews and it confirmed it. So thank you guys so much for warning people and telling of your horrible experiences with this company.

Yeah, you may want to change that based on all the negative reviews and experiences you put people through that was only trying to support your product and you! Your replies to some reviews were mind boggling as if you were trying to blame the customers and other unprofessional responses and ridiculous excuses.
Thank you again everyone who unfortunately bought from this company and went through a nightmare dealing with this company. It is clear to see just by looking at most of their items this company is all about money and that's it! Not the product they are selling and certainly not the customers by all these reviews and on many other sites too. To use being a veteran to sell your brand and use it to gain trust of other veterans, military, first responders and hard working Americans that many are struggling right now is so wrong! To take peoples money knowing you have major logistical issues and so many returns you're backlogged weeks or knowing you're not sending quality clothing maybe it time to shut the doors. I'm glad I didn't give your website much information and grateful I did not purchase the tee shirt. I did check out your "sale items" … which is kind of misleading when they were almost just as pricey, except the $9 mystery shirt.
On December 21st I placed an order for a shirt with this company. Immediately funds were deducted from my PayPal account. But I never received an order confirmation. Therefore by that evening I emailed their customer service in hopes that the next day I would have some sort of response with regards to having not received a order confirmation. By the next day at noon I still had no communication from the company. Therefore I chose to call them. I sat on hold for 45 minutes and was disconnected I attempted to try to call again and had the same issue. I then went on to social media to message them with their Instagram account and Facebook account. This would be December 22. I once again could get no response from anyone. By the next day on December 23 I had a comment on Facebook that was just very bleak and rude where they gave me an alternate email for their customer service. As well as the individual who messaged me back on Facebook stated that neither of my email addresses were found connected to any order. Which is not correct because I paid with my PayPal and I gave them the email that is connected with my PayPal. Therefore I proceeded to email the alternate email that was given to me. The individual who emailed back a few days later claimed that they found my order that the email address was just spelt wrong. Which is again not correct because I purchased with my PayPal and everything in my account is correct as I double checked it. This individual claimed that the item was indeed in stock, and they upgraded it to second day air and I would receive shipment confirmation shortly. By January 2nd, I still have no item whatsoever but they have charged my account. So I responded back once again to the social media email that I was told to email initially to, I question them with regards to the order and the status of the shipping. I was then told that the item was no longer available and that I had the option to choose a different item or have a store credit. I at this point have been told three different things. I expect them to ship the item to me that I was told was in stock. Or they are to credit me back my funds. I am not going to do an in-store credit or a choice of a different item. This is not my fault this is this company‘s fault. They are preying on Americans acting as though they are a military company and that they support patriotic Americans. Instead what they're doing is taking advantage of hard-working Americans and their money right now with all of the controversy and things that are going on in the media. If they cared about the American people and they cared about the military and front line individuals this wouldn't be going on with purchases. I am seeing all sorts of issues online that a ton of people are dealing with this stuff. I don't even think it's a true company in the United States I think it's some thing in another country and they're preying on Americans.
