So this would be my first time ordering clothes from them. Husband and I use the size chart to measure me to make sure we got the appropriate sizes I created my wish list and shared it with him he purchased the items. A lot of the items were back ordered, so they came in separately. As they came in he gave them to me and I'm finding that although I went by the size chart the items are just too big. So I Ordered under my account two of the tabs in a smaller size and had them shipped to me. They were fine they were beautiful perfect no problem. As the rest of the items come in it's the same issue. So this time I called spoke with someone she was super nice and helpful so her recommendation was to place a new order Over the phone instead of filling out the paperwork and waiting for it to be delivered just to make sure that I actually was able to get the items and that none of them went out of stock. So I did and I have not picking out a couple of other items. This time instead of using the size chart I just ordered size smalls for tips. This time instead of using the size chart I just ordered Size smalls for tops, since they don't seem to correlate with the size chart really well. But I use the size chart for the bottoms that I ordered because I was concerned about the item getting to me and being too tight. Upon receiving the order I find that the bottoms are huge swimming on me about falling off. And one of the tops that is listed as red for the color is actually orange, not red? Which I don't understand, red is red. Not orange. The next item that I ordered was like a full leather mock neck top with a ring detail at the front. And the neck of it, which is a full leather was completely crushed and distorted. So I immediately contacted them via email and the next day just received some copy paste message about how to return... there was no like ‘ I'm sorry for this experience, let me have a manager contact you' etc. so, yesterday morning I called them as soon as they opened. The girl who answered the phone was super nice she apologize for everything and said that she could return the items if I wanted. But I let her know that I really wanted to speak with a manager and I let her know that I emailed and the type of response that I got and that I wasn't impressed. She exclaimed that there was no manager there yet as they were just opening but she was going to make a notation in my account for someone to contact me as soon as someone got in. I have yet to receive any kind of calls from any manager whatsoever. So that would be why I am leaving a one star review. It's because someone can't even have the decency to try to rectify the situation properly with regards to this matter. I have attached images so that people whom are reading this review can see the item that has the distorted neck on it, (faux leather cannot iron it out) as well as I have attached an image that shows the color that I received from them in comparison to a red top that I have. The very true red top on the right that is in the photo is one of mine (not from Venus) the orange color is the one that I ordered from them that they are listing online as "red". Are the products of good quality yes but there I believe are some kinks that need to be worked out as far as their sizing, their quality control for products that are going out, as well as their merchandising and with regards to how they are marketing and advertising stuff so that it correctly corresponds with the product that people are buying

Tip for consumers:
Size down when you order, as well as double check colors, they enhance photos to make more vibrant.

I've been using make up from this company for almost 8 years now. It is by far the best cosmetic line I have ever used. I am a professional make up artist and I use this for almost all of my jobs. I perform so well in last so very long. They have great prices awesome customer service and they do a ton of wonderful sales all throughout the year

Tip for consumers:
If you haven’t use the stuff before they do to sales every year one kind of around or just after Mother’s Day and one in the fall. Where they do a cosmetic bag with five or six cosmetic products that you can choose from from different categories. And they do it for around $65. So it makes it a good opportunity for those who haven’t use the product line before to try am wide range of products for a little bit more of a discounted price

Are use everything from them from foundation, concealer, brushes, skin care. I use all of their iron sheik pallets as well as their contour pallets and products

They sometimes have free next day shipping and second day shipping. Just makes it so much easier when you have a little one at home I can just go online choose the option to see what is next day shipping available. Purchase all of the items that I need to be able to get in a timely manner and the stuff is delivered to my home. I don't have to pack my child up and try to go out to the store especially with the virus going on. It has been the biggest blessing being able to utilize the shopping online

Tip for consumers:
This is the best opportunity ever for parents. I tell all of my friends especially ones who are just having a baby about how easy it is to order online and have everything shipped to your home

I literally purchased everything from them literally from toys for my little one and books. We do all of our cleaning and household and beauty skin care products that we need personal care items clothing shoes etc.

On December 21st I placed an order for a shirt with this company. Immediately funds were deducted from my PayPal account. But I never received an order confirmation. Therefore by that evening I emailed their customer service in hopes that the next day I would have some sort of response with regards to having not received a order confirmation. By the next day at noon I still had no communication from the company. Therefore I chose to call them. I sat on hold for 45 minutes and was disconnected I attempted to try to call again and had the same issue. I then went on to social media to message them with their Instagram account and Facebook account. This would be December 22. I once again could get no response from anyone. By the next day on December 23 I had a comment on Facebook that was just very bleak and rude where they gave me an alternate email for their customer service. As well as the individual who messaged me back on Facebook stated that neither of my email addresses were found connected to any order. Which is not correct because I paid with my PayPal and I gave them the email that is connected with my PayPal. Therefore I proceeded to email the alternate email that was given to me. The individual who emailed back a few days later claimed that they found my order that the email address was just spelt wrong. Which is again not correct because I purchased with my PayPal and everything in my account is correct as I double checked it. This individual claimed that the item was indeed in stock, and they upgraded it to second day air and I would receive shipment confirmation shortly. By January 2nd, I still have no item whatsoever but they have charged my account. So I responded back once again to the social media email that I was told to email initially to, I question them with regards to the order and the status of the shipping. I was then told that the item was no longer available and that I had the option to choose a different item or have a store credit. I at this point have been told three different things. I expect them to ship the item to me that I was told was in stock. Or they are to credit me back my funds. I am not going to do an in-store credit or a choice of a different item. This is not my fault this is this company‘s fault. They are preying on Americans acting as though they are a military company and that they support patriotic Americans. Instead what they're doing is taking advantage of hard-working Americans and their money right now with all of the controversy and things that are going on in the media. If they cared about the American people and they cared about the military and front line individuals this wouldn't be going on with purchases. I am seeing all sorts of issues online that a ton of people are dealing with this stuff. I don't even think it's a true company in the United States I think it's some thing in another country and they're preying on Americans.
