We placed an order for 8 T-shirts, 6 of them were great, standard sizing and no issues, however two of the shirts were foreign made and were substantially smaller than the others in same size. The company acknowledged the defect of items, but will ONLY exchange for the same exact item and told us if we experience the same issue, they will not exchange again. The shirts measure over two inches more narrow than the other shirts received in same exact size. These should be refunded or exchanged for an item they can guarantee, rather than, we get shirts from different vendors and this is a vendor issue. Their vendor issue just became my issue!

Ordered weeks ago. The item was never pulled for shipping. This company expects you to buy, give money for no product to be shipped. They just take your money and absolutely no communication. That's what I expected from a company ran by men.
I would post a picture if I actually got the item.

Bought three shirts all same size and none of them fit the same. Reached out to the customer service and they wanted me to take pictures with the tape measure. I can only actually wear one of their shirts.

XL is the new Large
August 31, 2023

I ordered 2 hoodies. Luckily on sale. I ordered Large 5' 6" 200# stocky. The material was thin. The size is prob a Medium. All aspects of size small.sleeves, chest, stomach. I'll see when I get to 180# if better fit.

I ordered from them a few time, but this time...They grabbed and sent 5 of the EXACT SAME SIZE, COLOR AND STYLE (NONE OF WHICH I EVER ORDERED BEFORE) So I was sent 5 Airforce Grey 3x identical shirts

I will never order anything from them again, at least used your imagination and mix things up.
Bye bye... never again 😒

Poor quality

This company grunt style is a joke. Zero foxtrot and other companies have much better quality clothing and made in U.S.A. not from some third world country. I canceled my membership and completely stopped buying clothes not made in America made by slaves instead. Never again.

Ordered over $400 in this order of T-shirts. Quality serious declined. Worldly honor a price decrease on all items purchased. They all went on sale in the same week. They wouldn't honor the price. I am returning everything. Horrible company terrible service disgusting product quality

I have ordered many shirts from GruntStyle and they are always different sizes. Customer service advised that they use different vendors from multiple countries (mine were form Honduras and Indonesia). My last order had five shirts in it and only two of them fit. I was advised that I would need to take pictures of the exact measurements and send it to them. I don't have the time to mess around with that so that will be my last order.

Membership Scam!

Paid for a three month membership to get free shipping and a 10% discount on orders. Forgot to cancel before the three months was up-cool no big deal I'll keep for the next three months, but canceled right then so as to not get charged for the following three months. You HAVE TO CANCEL BEFORE Auto renewal or you will be charged again without refund-cool, so I canceled two months PRIOR to the end of my paid in full membership, and they completely shut you down right then. Even though you already paid for the full three months, no more tshirts (you already paid for), no more free shipping or discounts (also benefits already paid for) and no refund. No matter what you do they screw you. I tried to use reason, ethics, and logic with their senior customer service reps to no resolution-they do not set a good example of how proud American owned businesses should be run.

First time buying and I wish I hadn't

I placed my order on 12/15/2022 with the website promising guaranteed shipping for orders $69 and over delivered by Christmas. My order wasn't shipped until 12/19/2022
They used DHL eCommerce and the shipping still hasn't updated, it gives a USPS tracking number that still says they are awaiting the package. I contacted the company on 12/22/2022 advising of the tracking issue and they responded back on 12/24/2022 advising to wait 3 BD and contact them again. They blamed the shipping company they chose. I emailed them again 12/28/2022 and they still have not responded. I wish I had never spent the money because it seems like I'll never get my husband's Christmas present.

Horrible Service
December 18, 2020

Ordered on NOV 29th. DEC 18th still unfulfilled. Called customer service, didn't know why they had not been unfulfilled and all items were out of stock. Website advertised that orders placed would be delivered by christmas. Happened last year as well. Will never purchase again

T-Shirts have style

Everything went well. Referring to the size chart is a good idea. I ordered up a size. Shipping went quickly for me. They used a bag mailer. I paid for expedited and it arrived before promised. I can't review the monthly club.

Please do yourself a favor, use another company such as Nine Line. This company is a disgrace to any military operation it is standing behind. They will take your money, without pause, but they will not deliver on what acceptable customer service is. You may or may not receive what you ordered and you will have to beg barter and steal to receive your rightful refund.

Never again

I will never order from them again. I placed an order with a representative on the phone to ensure it would be here for my husband's 40th birthday. This was what the children and I came up with so there isn't anything else. So I call because it had been 5 days and no order... the package hasn't even shipped. I am furious. They asked me if I wanted to ship it. Are you kidding me? I placed this order 5 days ago. It should already have been delivered. Needless to say there's was nothing that could be done to ensure it being here for Sunday. Now he will get this 2 days late. Yeah no thx. Terrible experience for my first order with them. Never again

Poor customer service

I have ordered several items in the past however this last order was a nightmare. 2 weeks and 2 emails and 2 phone calls and still the order was not processed. Terrible customer service department. To save aggravation dont order from this company.

Longest shipping

I have gotten packages from overseas faster than what Grunt Style uses. And from I've seen in other reviews about the quality of their products, I can definitely see why people are super not pleased with having to pay shipping to correct Grunt Style's mistake. Now I don't own a Veteran clothing and accessory company, but if I did, I probably would choose the slowest shipping method possible.

The ordering process was great and customer service. However, you have to pay to send the super small sweatshirt back. I paid $40 for the sweatshirt and I paid $15 just to send the large sweatshirt, that was the size of a small. I don't recommend this website at all, unless they give you free returns.

I do apologize for any frustrations caused. If the item you received did not match the size chart you would not need to send it back. We would just need a picture of the item with the measurements. If it does match we do ask that our customers pay to ship the item to us and we will pay to ship the new item back to you. We ask this because we will cover the item for life! We offer labels for $9.95 and for one item you can typically purchase labels at a cheaper price with USPS or UPS.
