On March 12, I ordered a Cable & Gauge Boatneck Elbow Sleeve shirt with a handkerchief hem. Instead of the shirt I ordered, I received a Cable & Gauge Marine/Cloud shirt. I was told that I would receive a refund considering it was your mistake, and my account was credited. I was also told that it cannot be exchanged. Then, I again ordered the Cable& Gauge Boatneck and for the second time received the Cable & Gauge Marine/Cloud Shirt. I enjoy shopping on your site, but have to question why I received the wrong item twice. I believe it's the wrong stick on labels on the packaging bag. Now I have 2 tops that I don't want. I question if other people that ordered the top had the same problem and would still like the original top.

I ordered a bowling package and I could not find any fine print on the purchase I was looking to see what the limitations were and nothing showed so I purchased it, after I purchased and it popped up that it's not valid until 24 hours after purchase and I can't get a refund I've tried calling they send you to the app I've gone in the chat and nobody responds this is terrible I will never buy from Groupon again

I've used Groupon for different items and have saving money doing it. I have gotten show tickets, oil changes, meal deals, plus deals on up coming events.

Horrific treatment by Groupon, advertised case of wine with free shipping, when paying for it, shipping was $29.95. Groupon has been totally useless in resolving this matter.

I am a Groupon select member, its a waste. Without membership, you could still use the special coupons and receive offers, with membership it is expensive. So avoid membership of 5$ per month.

They have one of the WORST customer service groups ever. They put an ad out for my company without even finding out how I do business or what makes me unique. They put a picture of a sub on the ad that looked like a big brown TURD. When called they said they have a brand to protect but didn't care about my brand what so ever. The write was written by a 10 yr old for sure. I would NOT do business with they guys they are TERRIBLE to say the least. I would Recommend DO NOT do business with they they only care about their business not yours.

They sent the wrong size quilt. I did get a prompt response from Customer Service, saying they would issue a return authorization within 1 or 2 days. I have never received it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS THIEF!

My rating is for the Ideeli that existed before being bought by Groupon. Ideeli used to be the site that I would purchase from at least twice a week. They were affordable, had ridiculous sales and a really good inventory. Then one day in 2014 they sent an email about being bought by Groupon which I thought was horrendous because I always used to laugh at Groupon and their horrific sales.
Eventually things got worse; they erased all of my favorites, changed their inventory and even changed their models so the outfits didn't even look good anymore. Prices went up by about $5-10 on average and they started charging an additional tax at check out. Now you have to go through Groupon.
This was not ideeli reaching out for help people, they were super successful. This was Groupon buying out what they saw as a competitor and getting them off the market. Which is why a previously fully functional website has now been relegated to just a section on the Groupon site.
They will eventually phase out the 'Designer' section on Groupon and Ideeli( I refuse to call it Ideel) as we know it, will cease to exist.
Well played Groupon, well played.

Very bad service

Very bad service. Booked a coupon with Groupon for a lunch at the mirador. Couldn't redeem it since Groupon never mentioned it can't be redeemed on Sunday on their voucher. Very bad experience. Cheater company. Wasted my money over Groupon. Never use it.

I made a reservation at Edgewater Beach resort in Panama Ctiy Beach through Groupon. When I arrived, there was an astronomical fee that was not clear on Groupon's website. The clerk at the hotel stated I could get a refund, he would put in the notes that I did not stay so I could get a refund.
Groupon and the Hotel both stated it is not their's, but the other party's responsibility and have gotten nothing but a run around, especially from Groupon.
I will never ever do business with Groupon again and would recommend the same to others.

I ordered from these guys a 2 pack of clarisonic brushes. My order took 3-4 weeks to actually get here, and the brushes didn't even fit or work right. I got all ready to return it, and the return label option didn't show up on the website, so I called them. I waited for about 25 minutes for them to just tell me that I can't return them or exchange them. So I basically wasted 16 bucks on something I have no use for. I'm very unsatisfied, and I paid 16 bucks to learn that these guys are not good to buy from. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.

Horrible

I recently purchased tickets to Bush Gardens for me and my two kids and wife via Groupon. I used Groupon app on my iphone. When I arrived at the gate and as I tried to pull the tickets so they can be scanned I was in no luck. All Groupon instructions say is: login to your account, click on mystuff and the click voucher— and this is not even on the app itself, rather it's online. Well there was nowhere this voucher can be seeing. It turned out after I spent an hour + in frustration, this instructions is not supported by Safari, the iphone browser. As soon as I switched to Chrome and used Groupon website instead, problem was solved. It's so shame that we are in 2022 and Groupon is not aware of this issue. I attended college in 1998 and back then in my computer science programming class, I remember learning about how to handle different internet browsers when designing websites. And now 24 years later one of the largest internet company in the world is still missing this capability? It's shame Groupon!

I had wrote the wrong address when purchasing 3 products from groupon instead of 585 I wrote 586. So i thought i would contact them, I fist contacted them through e-mail then It told me it will take at least 1-2 days for a response so i contacted them via phone. The woman i spoke to (Kim) was a very depressed person. You could hear it in her voice she wanted to be home in her bed or something much lazier voice than Morgan Freeman. She had told me she changed the delivery address on two parcels but not on the most expensive one because that had already left the warehouse. She offered me no support after this. I asked for a tracking number, I received no response she carried on to another subject, I then asked if she can contact Royal Mail and have them amend this. She replied with "Data Protection Act". So i left it at that. I then receive a response via e-mail from Groupon Malaysia when i had contacted the UK side. I have again e-mailed and i have received no response. I recommend everyone who does use groupon to double check your address.

I have been ordering from ideeli for over 3 years and just over a year ago my orders have started to get mixed up or items missing from the order. I placed two different orders within the last month and both have been really messed up. The first order was missing a dress and the second order for two pair of shoes came with one pair and a purse in a shoe box.
Each time that I contact their customer service I receive the same response. The item is no longer available and we will give you a store credit of $25. When I shop, I shop for items that will compliment other items I already own. It really angers me when I'm expecting an item and I don't get it. I did my part, but ideeli has issues with providing follow through.
Unfortunately, I have referred friends and coworkers to this site. I can view those invitations and warn others of how careless this company is with providing correct orders to customers but they always get their money and offer store credit.

Be warned! Any company that does NOT provide a phone number for customer service or calls you from a blocked number is definitely trying to hide something!

Thanks for letting me know about these issues and I'll be happy to help correct any of them that haven't already been resolved. If you ever receive a wrong item that was picked incorrectly at our new fulfillment center or that was mislabeled, the customer service team will always provide you with a return label for a refund back to form of payment. Should the item you ordered be available and we can confirm isn't mislabeled, since we don't want you to receive the same wrong thing for a second time, we will send you a link to place a new order. If an item is sold out we will add you to the top of the wait list for it and make sure to issue a full refund back to form of payment for the item you received once it is sent back. Many times the agents will also offer a courtesy voucher to apologize for the inconvenience that is caused by something like this happening, which is the $25 voucher you were mentioning.

The reason that we do not have a phone number listed on our site is due to the fact that we do not have a traditional call center. All of our agents work on our Live Chat and answer emails but only our best and most experienced agents handle our phone lines and call back members who leave a message. The direct phone numbers the agents call from are not and should not be blocked since we do want anyone who would like to reach one of our agents to be able to do that.

Please let me know if your wrong item issues have not all been resolved and if any of your refunds are still outstanding I'll be happy to ensure they are promptly refunded once you send me a private message with the order information. I had a horrible experience, I bought a horrible groupon deal that SUCKED. I have friends who have used Groupon and I plan to post a status update about this because they said they would take care of me, but when I contacted customer service this is what they said.

Once the deal is closed, we only issue refunds if there is a problem with the service or some other extenuating circumstance. You can still give this away as a gift if you decide it is something that you no longer would like to use.

This all the while having this FAKE LAME DISHONEST guarantee on their site that they REFUSE TO UPHOLD: http://www.groupon.com/groupon-promise

(If your Groupon experience ever lets you down, let us know and we'll refund your purchase. Period.)

1, They do not do price match!
2, Their system is so so slow and always goes out with error! The worst thing is that their system could automatically check out items in your cart without your authorization! Pay attention to this!
I experienced this error last month in March, 2016. It checked out 40 items in my cart including 6 TV wall mount kits and 5 comforter sets. That was crazy! After their system fault, I chatted or called their customer service, but they could do nothing, just told me to return all of the items. It took me almost a month to deal with their fault: called for return labels, gathered the 40 items, checked every item to match the label, brought them to post office! Totally waste of my time and made me depressed by Groupon's fault!
3, Do you know what is the worst thing when you want to return their goods? Their return center does not work! Everytime you click return package icon, their system keeps come out with a message:
Oops! Groupon Goods is temporarily unavailable or overloaded. Please try again in a few minutes. For more information, please visit the FAQ.
That is totally fraud! It will make you crazy and depressed!
4, They only provide live chat on the last page of your check out. This means if you have problem and want to chat with their staff, you have to choose one item into you cart and then go to proceed to check out. This procedure makes you very close to final complete your order! If you do not pay attention to this, you may order some useless things by your fingers shake!

The credit card got charged smooth as silk - it was when I tried to redeem deals that I had problems. Had the following conversation with customer service MAM MAM MAM UNFORTUNATE NOTHING WE CAN DO MAM MAM MAM NOT OUR FAULT THE COMPANY DIDN'T SHOW UP MAM MAM MAM. Don't buy here it's just not worth the savings if you never get the services. They treat customers like criminals and their defaulting vendors like heros!

Awful Just Awful If I could give less stars I would. Unreliable shipping times, mixed with bad information provided when you call customer service makes this not worth the hassle. Prices draw you in but they can not guarantee your order will arrive in the specified time frame. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!
