Call centers are mostly from India deciding on a situation they don't understand when I complain at the wrong boarding location of the boat tour. In Chicago.
I almost buy all my presents at Groupon and spoil myself. Last thing I got was a massage for 10% of the normal price, love it!
Also the deals on restaurants are amazing, many times 50% off!
I try and got a good deal at a restaurant carinos,,. The second time I couldn't believe what I was paying for / Windshield for a jeep at AAA on gesener houston texas but it was just a liar no windshield for my jeep, at that price. And they still advertising, so new customers bite the hook.
Groupon had a massage with Heavenly Hands in Jupiter... I cannot say enough about the massage. She knew exactly where to rub me. Thrilled. Worth every cent. Thank you!
I've ordered Restaurant, hotel stays, jewelry, lunch boxes, many items and haven't had a problem. If something isn't right I email and they rectify the situation.
Have had an amazing experience every time I've purchased from Groupon, that has been a lot. Great customer service, great products and just love this site..
Does anyone even use this service anymore? Was a fad that came and went. Businesses make nothing by using Groupon and customers have no loyalty once they've used up their coupon.

-can get good deals
-they honour what they sell.
-no tricks or surprises on your bill.
Cons:
-not great selection if you live in smaller communities.
When are you going to stop sending me useless emails and help resolve my issue? Your last email said the vendor would contact me in 3 business days. That has come and gone.

Bought a handbag supposedly reduced from £110 pounds to £ 22. I would not have given five pounds for it. Poor quality tat, first and last time il use this site. Absolute rubbish
Shopping for Groupon Goods.
1. Upon completing a purchase, every time I get a message "sorry, something went wrong". It's very confusing as the order actually went through, the status is "processing" and it gets shipped after a while.
2. There is no link to edit or cancel order while in process. Then it gets approved at 1 am and they give 2 hours to edit/cancel. Really?
3. Discount code didn't work with no error message and no discount applied.
4. Order details fail to include product specifics from drop down menus. No wonder they sent me wrong size.
5. Fine print says "free returns" but when clicking on "return" I get a message that it's not eligible for returns.
6. Customer service contacts are excruciatingly hard to find on the site.
7. The form to describe a problem to customer support allows to send only a Twitter size message. What's the purpose of this feature?
8. Customer support looks like really bad AI (or outsource?) which isn't able to comprehend what you're saying and shoves random messages at you.
Shop elsewhere, I've seen exactly the same deals on LivingSocial. And most deals are not really deals but regular prices.

I beg you, please save your time and money and go somewhere else to find what you are looking for. They grab your attention with great prices on certain services, activities, goods, or location sites and make the process to get exactly what you want so complicating. Not only did they ship me the wrong product, they did not even take ownership that it was their fault and I had to plead for them to give me a full refund. Their customer service is completely uneducated and rude, especially after talking to three different representatives. Oh and if you do have to contact customer service, you are going to have to be waiting on the line for a minimum of 15 minutes. PLEASE SHARE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS - if something seems to good to be true, it is. STAY AWAY FROM GROUPON! I hope this helps.
A lot of groupon goods are really inferior products. For example an extra large shirt fits like a small with sleeves 4" short. Impossible long wait times for delivery and when you write to them you get a form letter that doesn't address your problem. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU NEED THE AGGRAVATION!
Their customer service is so pathetic. I've had many issues with this company's goods services and only complained twice. Their solution? "We're sorry."
Worst website I've ever used!. Put in details hit confirm botton and confirm button doesn't do anything. Also "contact us" button takes you to FAQ again. So no contact with problem of not being able to book a groupon voucher. A high school kid could make a better job of setting up a booking site. So I'm left unable to book my groupon gift and no way of contacting Groupon-GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT!
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders.
