Never received order. My card was charged. The live chat is a joke. Check it any day and it will always say it is not open on the day you check. Ex. Check it Monday-Friday, said it is open on Saturday. Check it on Saturday said it is open Monday-Friday. Again check it on Monday, said it is open on Saturday. This site should be shut down.
Do not order from them.
I live Groupon! Whenever I need something I cruise through their website. I have purchased many items. The prices are very reasonable. Next time you need something check out their website you will not be disappointed
I bought a chiropractic visit and massage for 40 dollars. The I found half off horseback riding! Purchased! Not only do I find sweet deals, but groupon also gives me ideas and fun things to do that I wouldn't have thought about. A+ in my book.
I was excited to received this "wonderful deal" l bought 4 of them for $10 each, they sent me 4 miniature pairs of earrings that may be worth $0.25 each. Totally disappointed, l went to their website to start the return because they are offering FREE RETURNS when you buy it, but when l tried to return them they said that it was a FINAL SALE!... What a joke! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.
My account was hacked as I had received an email thanking me for buying a Starbucks gift card where in fact I did not and no one else has access to my groupon account. I immediately canceled the order and I received a message stating that it was canceled but I did not get a refund. This was in the middle of November. I received an email from "customer support" on November 27th stating that they are still working on this. Now I try to log in and it says my account no longer exists.

Pour la Victoire shoes were stained, worn and leather on one shoe was wrinkled. Emailed and waited and emailed and emailed and emailed. Live chat is not available. Phone number has recording to email them. THis company sucks. Stay away. I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.
5 days ago I ordered Phyto Vitamins and they were open and not sealed shut. Plus the vitamins inside exploited and it was all over the rest of them. I sent pictures and I emailed them immediately. Still have not got a response back with this. The bottle looks so scarey to even look at. Bad customer service.
If I could give it lower than one star I would bought shoes had to chase delivery after 6 weeks,, eventually arrived sent wrong size, printed their returns slip, posted shoes back asking for refund. 4 weeks later contacted there sad excuse for customer services. Said had I got proof of postage,, I said no but I asked them to check the returns. They said they could not help in any way, I complained again but they never bother replied. So no shoes no refund... Set of four moscow mule mugs - regularly priced at $99 - on sale for $30. Recieved the mugs in time frame described. First one i opened was all scrtached. THe mugs were very cheaply made. Barely weighed anything, shine was not as advertised and the etching was almost unnoticeable.
No wonder they cant sell at $99 - not worth the $30 I paid - crap product, misleading advertising and lost a customer

Groupon has all these "HELP" buttons and when you click them they basically say "We are unavailable" OR the LIVE CHAT feature when you click it it says "UNAVAILABLE". WHY HAVE THOSE HELP BUTTON THERE if they don't even work! I tried purchasing TWO groupon vouchers and when I clicked submit order... only ONE was purchased then it said "SOLD OUT". HOW was I suppose to know how many were LEFT? This is terrible. They need to hire better UX Designers or at LEAST read these freakin comments and change it!

I have not ordered a lot from them recently and thank god I have not. I got one email with a code for 20% off in November so I used it for two sets of boots. Of course one set of boots never came, out of stock. The other set came but I was overcharged. Then I ordered a set of towels from them and they only sent my half the set of 5 sets. I can't get thru to them before they run out of stock to make sure I get the rest of my order, I am over charged twice as of right now. There is no live chat feature available, no response to my emails even though they guarantee 24 hours. When I call the CS number *******719, they tell you to leave a message. Well I doubt I get a call back for that too.
I heard Groupon recently acquired them so maybe they are going thru a turnover. Bad for business though at the busiest time of year.
Warning! Do not order anything from Groupon! They are deceptive by falsely advertising pictures and info and the products are either purely deceptive, have missing parts, and they lie about choices that do not exist.

Bought $49.99 Groupon for A/C cleaning service with Brake-O-Rama. Called and visited three different branches of Brake-o-rama in Central Jersey but never get the service done because they kept asking me to come back later day coz they don't have a supply available. Wasted my time and made me frustrated so I contacted Groupon customer service asking for a refund or credit. Groupon customer service is even worse. They never respond or giving me a help. This is really a scam.
Stay way from Groupon. Most deals there are provided by substandard merchants and the Groupon's customer service itself is ridiculously terrible and they won't response anything to you when something goes wrong with your orders.
Again, stay far far away from Groupon.
FYI, if you order something from #Groupon and the post office screws up and it doesn't arrive, they don't offer refunds. Their customer service call center wait may be over two hours long, so you'll be required to email "for a more prompt response within 24 hours." (I do t get that logic, but whatever.)
They may take over a week to email you back. Then they may give you a store credit with a warning that you won't get such a credit like that again. They'll also insinuate that the whole issue is your fault because you should use a friend's or family member's address to ensure a delivery.

I used to purchase a lot from Ideeli. I recently got an order that I wanted to return most items -- poor quality and had a chemical smell. I'm still waiting for them to respond to two emails. Live chat doesn't even exist! Hard to believe a company could go so quickly from great to horrible. I do NOT recommend anyone to shop here! Now I'm out of nearly $100! Shame on Ideeli!
I tried to use Groupon for a lot of the things I needed or wanted for my wedding. Upon ordering, half of what I purchased was either out of stock, or unavailable. I ordered something for my fiance and was told the company that I bought it from doesn't even offer the service and they have no idea how the Groupon was on there. If they got their act together, I would continue to be a patron, but at this point it's not worth the trouble.
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders.
