When I 1st started ordering groceries from Walmart to be delivered it was great they were always within the time frame and mostly friendly people. I don't know what has happened but the last 7 times I have had nothing but absolute problems. I am from Minnesota so this is referring to the Vadnais heights Walmart in Minnesota. This was not the store that I ordered from and never chose the store but That's the store that they supposedly have my groceries at. Anyway, they don't communicate with each other, they cancel your order without even your knowledge, You get the run around at the main place for the deliveries, Nobody ever answers the phone either in the delivery apartments area or even sometimes the main customer service number And if you do get through they leave you onhold forever. It's sad to see that such a good idea has went to nothing but stress I am going to order from somewhere else from now on
Warning, several items missing, you have to check every order, then phone to get your credits. It's your responsibility to track down all the errors and get your credits. They will bill your credit card the full amount of your original order request and you have to follow up for the appropriate refunds which take 5-7 days, their playing with your money. There is no reciept with your order when it arrives at your door.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Before I paid $150 for the Walmart+ and paid for each delivery, they were always on time. As soon as they got my money for so-called free delivery (they want a 15%+ tip for their driver-from you), every order but one has been at least an hour late. I have had to cancel 2 orders completely because I had to leave the house before they could possibly deliver it or I had to wait until the next day with no time frame whatsoever. They will answer the phone so you do not have any idea when to expect an order, just an email "your order is delayed" and delayed and delayed...!
When you have a grocery delivery problem you get stonewalled by customer service, they lie as well. Twice now they have screwed up, the first time my driver left groceries elsewhere, this time they said he rang my bell and I di not answer, considering I got a text saying he was on his way, why would I want yet another disaster, now THEY chose to cancel my order and hear I wait for my refund, I am disabled and out of food, what now right? Are they making profits hanging onto our refund funds?
I'm sick and I purchased some items last night. My husband was home with me to receive the delivery. I receive 3 texts in a row. The first said my delivery was on its way, the second said it would be arriving soon, and the last text said the delivery was attemped. This was a lie! We were home! I called Walmart and found out that Rene Saldana from the Evergreen Park store in Illinois was suppose to deliver it. She is a liar. I tried to reach the store but I couldn't reach anyone (no surprise). This is a lesson learned. I will shop somewhere else. I don't care if their prices are low. It's not worth the headache. Now that I think about it, there is a reason why there's a website called people of walmart. They should have another website that exposes the terrible employees too.
I am in the Rocky Mount Area. Walmart customer services straight trash they never answer the phones. If I could give them no stars I would. Okay so I placed my order at 9 or 10 am reserved my time for 8 or 9 pm it is currently 11pm and I still haven't heard any thing yet no update no nothing Walmart need to tighten up I bet I will not pay another month for this bs Service and half of my items never arrive they also give very short notice when the item is not available which I don't get because why is it available online if y'all don't have it in the store
I had a great first delivery with them but sadly that didn't last. Last time I tried, after I placed order, I got the notification that my card was being declined or that I needed to switch card. So, I called my bank only for them to tell me it was Walmart who was reversing the purchase. I then spoke to a customer service rep at Walmart, and he said that the system had been messing up the past couple days for some people. Well he told me to keep trying through your the day (more specifically after 12.00 pm) so I did. Finally that evening I was so frustrated I gave up on it. Next time I went to use my card somewhere else it was DECLINED. Come to find out my trying through out the day caused my account to lock up. After speaking to several people at my bank I got it fixed and last I tried the delivery app (once only) it still wasn't working. TERRIBLE experience!
Always had good experiences during the height of the Covid pandemic. Now either Walmart or the delivery service is not interested in this service anymore. They put a whole on my money and will not release it until 2-3 days. That means I do not have available funds to get the items from another store or get someone to pick it up for me. I called the 800 number and they really tired to call the store and was told that it was the third party fault. I found out the the 3rd party is owned by Walmart. This happened the day before Thanksgiving, this is Saturday(11/26/2022 and I have no groceries and no money back on my card
First time I orderred, it was a day late. Then I was even told that the food just sits in a basket waiting on a driver. I was told by customer service that the drives sometimes cancel the delivery. Instead them finding a new driver, your items just sit there. I gave them another chance a few days ago. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 9-10am. Same thing happened. It is not 8 pm the next day and still nothing. I have spoken to numerous customer service agents and instead of them calling and handling this. I'm being told I can wait for 48 hour but there is no guarantee it will be delivered or I can cancel, wait 10 business days for a refund, and reorder. I've never seen this before. So the agents don't actually fix the issue at all? This is crazy and Walmart needs to stick to in-store sales. I will stick to Target if I need curbside or delivery. This is ridiculous.
I guess the driver couldn't find my apartment number so they couldn't deliver my order. I called walmart.com to complain but they couldn't speak English so I could report the driver. Do better people! It's just to frustrating to deal with walmart.
Im a long time Walmart shopper thought I would order groceries through the App and have them delivered. After a 3 hour delay 8 of 21 items were not received even though they were in stock. Walmart CORPORATE management needs to take a good look into what is going on in the Delivery aspect I have NO doubt there is theft going on with some of the Drivers. There is just to many complaints among customers regarding delivery. Customer service was good and promptly refunded my account for the items I did not receive.
I ordered a gallon of regular white, whole milk. They didn't have the brand is asked for. They offered NO substitute. I ordered a pound of bananas and a pound of peaches. I got ONE banana and ONE peach.
It is basically a lottery. Maybe it comes when promised, maybe not. Walmart cannot even tell you when to expect it when it is late, because apparently it is under control of a third party. We have asked to cancel the subscription for a prorated refund, but they won't do that either. I would like to emphasize that this happened repeatedly within a short period.
I ordered Walmart delivery Nov 30 2021 and my order was delayed. Never received it called to check status 3 times. Nothing came. Dec 1st called and supposed to received a refund. Nothing. Today Dec 2nd just off the phone with customer service again and I suppose to receive my refund today. Reason didn't get it was it was still in a delayed status cause delivery driver didn't update status about car trouble.
Delivery driver named Gina does not know how to understand addresses. She ruined my whole weekend. I hate you Walmart. Your customer service lied to me over and over. First the order would be sent out then it was canceled then I get my order in 48 hours and a refund then I just get a 25 dollar credit. You are horrible. I can't believe that you are so bad at this. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Put in a delivery order on Thursday for Friday delivery. Got message "Order Delayed" on Friday when it went past delivery window. Hit the contact us button to talk to someone. (Btw, contact people off-shore.) First someone said I would receive by 8 pm. Friday night came and went. Here it is Saturday, called again, at which time agent said,"To be honest, your order isn't going to make it." I canceled and ordered from local grocer here in Reno, NV. Save yourself time, energy, aggravation. Don't bother with this useless delivery service from Walmart.
I would highly recommend not getting a Walmart delivery to anyone.My heavily pregnant wife can't get to the store because we don't have a car and I'm at work.We also have a two year old.On Wednesday 11 August 2021 she placed an order to be delivered on Friday between 10/11. About one pm it still hadn't arrived so she called customer service and was told they had some difficulties with a van breaking down but another driver was on route with the shopping and would be here in the next two hours. Bye five pm still hadn't arrived so she called back, She was then kept on the phone trying to sort things out with none of the staff she spoke to willing to help it's was that bad she had to ask for a manager. After being promised the shopping would arrive Saturday morning August 14th between 9/10 it's now 12 pm and no sign of shopping, I find this totally unexceptable and will be avoiding Walmart at all cost. Shame you don't treat your customers with the respect your loss Walmart.
If I could give zero stars I would. Constant screwups with the delivery service. I have sat all day for 3 orders to have them never arrive due to driver issues. This happens all the time then stock issues and if something gets canceled you have to wait what might be days to get formal confirmation and longer to get your money back.
I just got home after surgery and needed to restock a few items. I figured I would give Walmart's delivery a try since my local super market does not offer that service.

I ordered Vitamin Water ZERO (the version with no added sugar). Got regular Vitamin water.
I ordered a half gallon of milk. I was told they didnt have any and they substituted a quart of milk. First, Walmart doesnt have a half gallon? WALMART? Second, if I ordered 64 ounces, why would substituting 32 ounces make sense? Why not replace it with TWO quarts? I get the price is higher, but at least give me the OPTION -- I could not edit the quantity.
Overall, the only good aspect was the driver was exactly on time. Whoever filled the order should be fired.

Never again! I gave a 2nd chance thinking it could be no way that was acceptable by this chain. Disappointed once again. I believed in the time frame they agreed to and once again I am at a loss. Not to mention the ridiculous substitutes. Not going to try this ever again. I love #walmart but not this service!
