I never get everything I order. The last several orders I did were not complete. I drove right back up to the store and purchased what I didn't recieve. All in stock. I think they should train those people that pull the order to stay 9ff there ce phones and pay attention to what's needed. I mean come on no chicken at Walmart? Drove up there today and guess what lots of chicken breast that I ordered. But the picker said out of stock. Wallmart your grocery ordering system.is broken. Jump on instacart. You might learn something. I'm done...
Walmart delivery is horrible they claim they got people to deliver your stuff and then the driver don't show and when they call the doordash driver they don't answer. Then the store says well if there not here by 8pm we will call u at 8pm to arrange something and never call. My fiance and myself are done with this. The customer care don't do anything to help except tell you lies and they tell you things u wanna hear. If we was to rate this it would be a big fat 0. We can take our business else where. This has happened to many times. Instacart does a whole better than walmart does
Heavy items like 2liter bottles of dr pepper they say is out of stock, just went in today and bought some, they're to lazy to make the delivery, or to send it by carrier, big items are always out of stock, Sorry business practices.

Substitutions not even close to product needing or wanting. Out of $55 grocery order I recd $23 in groceries because no items available. I get better service with Vons on items & substitutions. Won't renew next year on Wal-Mart plus.
If it wasn't for the pandemic I wouldn't be using this or shopping from Walmart. The drivers they get from door dash are horrible creeps most of the time. They never know what they're doing and had a few try to walk inside my home without asking me and one argue that he had to take a picture of my door after he got my signature my husband chased him off. I would suggest you get a rating system like uber and lift where when you leave a bad rating for a driver they don't get paired with you ever again. I had the same creepy picture guy again and this time he sent the notification that he was on his way when really Walmart still had 30 more minutes to shop my items. It took me chatting and calling someone to figure it out because of the langue barrier with the driver.
I paid the $10 express fee to have my groceries delivered, since I needed to make dinner and my baby was sleeping. I ordered a bag of apples for her lunch at daycare the next day too. The groceries came and the bag of apples was all rotten and dripping disgusting rotten fruit juice all over my other groceries. My husband had to take them back to the store for me to exchange. We paid the delivery fee and still had to go to the store! We should have just gone in the first place. WALMART delivery is terrible! It's no wonder they don't ask you to rate their own service, just the deliver service which is actually good. They need to have THEIR OWN service of quality shopping rated. THUMBS DOWN.
I used to call my order in for pickup, but being disabled and with covid concerns/going out, I got Walmart + and started deliveries. I live in a 55+ community. Almost every order has issues. Missing items, items I didn't order. Lately the tracker says delivered but shows the driver not at my house. Happened again today. I have to go out and look for my groceries. If I try and contact the driver, chances are they speak no English. Customer service records the issues and logs my complaint (I'm told) on my order now, the pickup dept told me they are just re-filling the order and sending it out again. I'm not really satisfied at all with Grocery delivery although I still gave 3 stars
I ordered groceries that were supposed to be delivered between 11:00 and 12:00, then I get a notice saying they'll be delivered between 12:00 and 1:00, and I never got any groceries delivered. Trying to get a hold of someone is like pulling teeth. I tried to cancel my order, I was told that they would do that, then a driver shows up at almost 10:00 at night, while I was not home, I was working. So I called the next day to figure out what was going on since I had canceled my order, I am still waiting for them to call me back. This is the second time something like this has happened, I will not be giving it a third chance. There's not enough words to say just how disappointed I am. And I have a feeling I won't be getting my money back, and no groceries. Total rip off.
Ordered groceries online, deliver time came and it said it was delayed. Waited up until near midnight. Next day it was out for delivery then they cancelled my order. Apparently the driver returned the groceries after they were loaded. So I hit the reorder button and set it for pickup. Delayed again to the next day... So I went shopping instead and used the app to locate everything I had ordered. After I got to my car, I cancelled the order. Never had this problem with them before.
My first experience with grocery delivery was good. They were on time and emails were sent. Items were left at my door and everything was good. My experience with doordash delivery with items from walmart.com sucks! I never know when those items are going to just randomly appear. I order them for ship to home and expect fedex or USPS and I'll find a random bag (bagged if I'm lucky) on my porch. Several times I've had the wrong item, missing item or no item after getting an email that it was delivered. If I order from walmart.com I expect it delivered by a shipping company. If I order groceries I expect a random person. It's just a mess that doordash does both. And I don't tip for. Com items, just as I don't tip USPS or fedex. I'm not thrilled about tipping for groceries, as I pay an annual fee, but I will continue to tip for that service, as I am the one asking them to deliver.
About 20 percent of the time I order grocery delivery from Walmart, items are missing or damaged or rotten. Their system indicates you have to return the item to the store for a refund. The entire reason I am paying for year-long delivery is to avoid DRIVING to the store. So, the lettuce is brown and soggy and they want me to drive to the store with this lettuce for a refund? Seriously? I have been tempted to keep rotten items in my refrigerator for a month or so, and then go to Walmart returns and hand them the horrible mess, to get my refund. And, let me tell you about missing items. BIG party planned. Ordered delivery and the primary reason for the order was for ice cream. Ordered three kinds. Groceries were delivered. NO ice cream. It took 1.5 hours on chat to clear it up to get a refund. I ordered a second order the same day, including flowers. NO flowers. Another hour to get a refund. They offered a promo code, but you have to order a lot of items to use the code. Party ruined - no ice cream, no flowers. I am almost positive that either the store neglected to hand the flowers to the driver (or he gave them to his wife) and the ice cream... either melting at the store or the driver ate it. He did say, "ice cream" when I met him at the door. He left too quick before I saw missing items. Besides, he won't have them - either at the store, or in his trunk, hidden. WASTE of time, hunting down missing items. One time Walmart delivered my huge order (mulch, wild bird seed, etc.) to the wrong house. They told me to walk around and find my items at another house. It took 'an act of congress' to get a refund for that order. Then I had to drive to the damn store to shop. I never have problems with Amazon delivery, Walgreen's delivery, HEB delivery, Target delivery, or any other delivery service. Just Walmart... not sure why I still shop there. Cost, perhaps, but is it all worth my time?
This call centre is completely useless. Ive had numerous problems with them when ordering for myself or my mom. When you need to alter an order they essentially do nothing. They wont update my phone number on my account and I cant do it myself because it needs to be validated under the old one. When an order is going to the wrong address they wont call the driver and ask you to call them (but of your number is incorrect on file, your number isnt allowed to go through to the driver). If there is a problem, they basically tell you they cant do anything and to wait until the driver wastes their time and sends it back. Then you have to call the useless call centre again (wait for 30 mins or more) and get a refund the next day. They have a lot of work to do to get staff in place for emergency order changes, ect. Not impressed.
I have only used Walmart grocery delivery four times but every time they have left something out and it hasn't been items that they have been out of stock they just didn't put it in with my order. I will no longer use WalMart delivery!
I paid for walmart grocery to have priority delivery times. I tried to order groceries on Tuesday and the only times available were Wednesday. I decided I was ok with that. I set the time and then on Wednesday they told me there was a delay and did not go into the specifics as to why. They delayed my order to Thursday. What is most egregious about this is that my order was supposed to arrive on Thursday between 7-8. At 7:30 I tried tracking my order and it simply said it was delayed. The time past and my groceries did not arrive. Further, I received NO apology or communication at ALL warning my groceries were going to be further delayed. I tried to place a complaint on their corporate site, and the site crashed.
They are constantly delayed and making you wait all day and sometimes into the next day. Customer service is no help either. All they can do if offer for you to get a refund which makes you wait up to 4 days to get that money back onto your card. They offer promo codes for up to $15 off your next order but most of the time those codes do not work. It's really difficult to order from them especially if you place an order for the morning and it gets delayed and customer service tells you it will be sometime before 8 pm. i work nights and need to sleep in the afternoon so i can't stay up all day waiting for an order. My opinion there delivery service is very poorly run and the customer service in 100 percent no help. If i had somewhere else to order from i definetly would but i am stuck using this poor service. If i could give them negative stars i would.
I order from Walmart mart in canton mi for delivery. The people picking the items always send item olf on shelf or right at experdation date. And want me to brign back to store for refund. I pay over 100 dollars for delivery. This way we get the junk food left over. Beware
Frequently says out of stock when it is NOT. Flat of water shows out of stock. Literally just went there and wow never seen more water (see pic). Doritos out of stock. Literally just whlent there and endless doritos. They do this with everything from meat, snacks, fruits, anything you name it. And even when the website says it's in stock, suddenly it won't be on your order because the uneducated lowlife workers Walmart employs. Ultimately this is Walmart's fault because clearly they can't manage this system. Garbage!
I wouldnt have given a star at all but I had no choice. If you are going to offer this to customers, you need to have enough people to make this happen. I have been trying for 3 days and nothing! What's the point of offering this if you can't deliver. Walmart has really went down hill. I don't shop here unless I have to. I but most of what I need on Amazon and if they could deliver my groceries... I Would Never Shop At Walmart Again. Kroger... Here I come!
They must have a severe problem getting drivers. Orders are always delayed or canceled and the customer service people are just as confused as I am about why everytime I pay 10 for express delivery I always have to wait until the next day. I think they outsource the drivers for delivery so how can you call that reliable if you don't even have a driver staff for delivery.
Every single time you delete or add an item to your cart - the amount of the TIP changes to a much higher amount. It really ticks me off because I've entered a custom amount already. These drivers make more than I DO.
WALMART needs to stop trying to fleece people.
