The snacks are good. It's very convenient but I think it's expensive. If you can afford it, it's a wonderful service!
Since I am fairly new to Graze, I am still receiving snacks which I think I would like to try. For the most part I do indeed like what I have received, but there are a few snacks I don't wish to receive again and I just go to the website and trash those in my list.
All the Flapjacks stand out above the other snacks for me, but I've enjoyed each & every single snack! I've already recommended & referred 3 friends/neighbors to Graze. I figure I'd have to pay extra for larger portions. Not often you get larger portions at smaller portion prices. I love your website & customer service. There's absolutely no complaints for either!
I like my graze boxes because they're customizable. I will never receive anything spicy or with bananas, just because I don't like them. Yet I still receive a huge assortment of snacks. Because of the like/love rating system, I can get the same snack multiple times, if i rate it as "love."
I like how easy it is to adjust how frequently I receive graze boxes. You can get them as often as you like, or space them out. You can also pause your box if you're going on vacation. I love how the snacks taste delicious and fresh. Finally, I like how each snack has its own printed nutrition information so I can monitor my sugar, fats and protein.
The quality of the snacks has been wonderful. I love the way there is clear labeling for the benefits of the snack such as calories, energy, protein. My only complaints would be inconsistent delivery, knowing the day the snacks arrive allows me to ensure it doesn't stay out in the Texas sun. Speaking of the Texas sun, it would be nice if you categorized your snacks so that at selection you can pull appropriate snacks for region and season. You may get rainy cool days in the UK but here in Texas we get blazing hot 100 degree summers without a cloud to be seen. The last thing I want is melted chocolate or hot soup. Tea is fine, every Texan loves tea be it hot or iced. Keep up the creative snacks, they are appreciated!
The snacks weren't all bad but after realizing I could get a better price at our local health food store for similar snacks I tried to stop the service... four times and they keep coming and debiting my account. Over and over again. The message says oh it's too late a box is being prepared for next week already. Buy with caution, ijs.
I really love the idea of having snacks show up to my desk and all in all my experience has been positive.
My only qualm, which is getting to be a deal breaker, is that it's too hard to rate snacks that I have tried. There is a filter for snacks I haven't tried yet, why not for snacks I have?!? There is one e-mail a day or two after my box arrives that asks about what was in the box but at that point I haven't tried most of the box and by the time I do the link is outdated. I don't have time to search all over the damn website because I discovered I don't like the half popped corn kernels I just tried from my box that arrived a week before.
Also, yoghurt toppings should go in the opt-in category with the Pho. I order snacks online specifically because I don't have anything to eat at the office.
I like the variety of snacks offered and have enjoyed most of the options I've received. Some I've given to my boyfriend because they don't appear to be what I had in mind/what I'd like. But overall I like most of the snacks and they seem to be good quality.
So I'm quitting my job soon so I don't have a lot of disposable income so my boyfriend and I decided we'd put the graze box charge under his card instead of mine. Few days later there is another charge on my account. I email them they say they'll take care of it. They charge me again. I email again and ask for my subscription to be cancelled. They agree and tell me I'll be refunded. I also go into my account and remove all card information on my account. Today I checked my statements and they charged me AGAIN. So. Waiting on an email back. Probably going to the bank to tell them these charges are fraudulent. They have terrible customer service clearly and have no problem taking my money after I've repeatedly asked them to stop. Snacks are ok.
70 years old, in a wheelchair and alone most of the day wasn't much fun. I have my computer and my TV and now I can "graze" every two weeks. What a fun way to pass the day. Just got my first box and so far all is delicious. Nuts are fresh and so are the other ingredients. I've only had three snacks but I am looking forward to trying all of them $11.99 is very reasonable too!
I am so happy with the products at GRAZE I just wonder what took me so long to sign up! The staff there is great, no excellent, and will get back to you with any questions you may have! I recommend GRAZE to everyone! I love it!
Graze is the best thing since sliced bread, whole wheat of course. I like having the nutritional information readily available so I can pick snacks that fit our diets. The portion control is also very helpful for us.
First I will start with the positive. Graze offers a variety of tasty snacks. With that being said, the price is high for the amount of food you receive.
I have subscribed to the bi-weekly service. To my dismay, I did not receive a box on one of my scheduled weeks. When I attempted to notify the company online, it kicked me into this loop that kept telling me to "see if delivery happened tomorrow" and then contact them. Finally I elected to email customer service. Their initial response indicated that I was confused about the delivery process and should just wait for delivery (even though it was nearly a week overdue). After a few emails, my money was refunded (for that box only). I thought I may still receive the box or that they would want to send me something to make it right but no such luck. I just received another email that said my box must have gotten lost in transit but my money was already refunded so they were not taking any additional action.
I plan to cancel the service this week. I simply do not feel as if Graze values their customers in the slightest.
It was fun to receive. Great packaging.

It's great to get snacks sent to your door. The variety is amazing and the quality of the food is superb
The portions are a little too small and the price is too high. I can't afford 1 a week so I had to cut down to 1 a month.
I really enjoy receiving the boxes. I do wish I would get an email a day or two before you take the amount of my credit card. It is always nice to make sure I have the money and that I hadn't planned to use it for something else. The snacks themselves are the best. I really enjoy and look forward to what I will receive next. Thanks so much.
GRAZE has helped me tremendously with cutting back on my Snack portion sizes as well as better, healthier Snack choices! I love seeing what I get with each box! The value is also fabulous!

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
