I have been taking the Graze containers to work for a month now. I find that the variety helps to keep the snacks interesting and the size of the containers is a good fit, not too much and not too little. I was a little skeptical about the dried fruit at first but find that I really enjoy those. I have recommended Graze to quite a few of my colleagues and freinds that find it difficult to find time to eat at work, let alone eat healthy.
So far almost all of the graze boxes are filled with great snacks - and not too many repeats so get to try new items all the time
I have really liked most of the snacks that they provide at Graze. And what's nice is when you don't like something you are go on the website and "Trash" that snack so you don't receive it again. I had set it up to try everything and then would rate them once I tried them. There were a few I really didn't like. The soups were horrible and the ones with dried fruit are really not my cup of tea. There is also a "snooze my box" feature where you can postpone receiving a box if you are still working on your current one. So you don't get overwhelmed with snacks. Love that option! I have really enjoyed my experience with Graze and even recommended it to my co-workers who started Graze accounts too.
I love getting a box at work each week--my coworkers love it too! It's become something everyone waits for! And it lasts a week, I love my little snacks!
I always look forward to my Graze box. I'm a big afternoon snacker during work and these snacks are not only delicious but a lot healthier than most of the other go-to options but at a price point that I can still afford them. I love how I can rate the snacks and get more of what I love and never get ones I don't like again. I recommend this to everyone.
Tonight my first box ever was on my doorstep! So far this is the most expensive box of peanuts (mostly) that I've ever paid for! I started my subscription in June with a Groupon. My bank account has been debited several times for boxes I never received. I was supposed to be credited for my missing boxes and sent new ones. But what about my groupon? What about refunding the charges on the boxes I didn't receive? There were charges on 8/8 for $11.99,8/1 for $11.99, and 8/15 for $11.99 and 8/22 for $11.99. My Graze account states I was sent boxes 6/27,7/4,7/1,7/18,8/8,8/15 and 8/22 and 9/5. I stopped the service last week because you hadn't reimbursed me nor had any boxes arrived. The first 4 boxes are marked free in my account. Is that because they were part of the Groupon I paid for? Because nothing has been free for me.
My apartment number was missing from my address but that has made no difference in other packages being delivered to me by other senders. Ive been here for years and delivery drivers always seem to find me regardless of the address on the package. I've lived here for years and I get stuff that's misaddressed by senders quite often. Can we get this dispute resolved? I really want to like you and your service but it's been made difficult. After the last exchange of emails telling me you were going to make it right and then nothing was resolved has been very disappointing.
Not as expected. I thought that I would like the snacks better than I do.
I love the size of the graze snacks. They are easy to throw in my purse or desk drawer. They are yummy and not overfilling
The snacks are delicious and varied. Lots of yummy options. The soups are a particular favorite of mine.
Graze uses high quality ingredients which I love. And it is nice to receive a variety and try something new!
Cost is a huge thing for me, so I may not be able to use graze forever, but I do appreciate that some of the items come in that larger size.
Graze has DELICIOUS and NUTRITIOUS snacks. What more could you ask for? (They did not pay me to write this lol). I appreciate the low price, the decently sized portions, the appearance, the descriptions of each snack, and even the design of the box itself! I am extremely satisfied with their services.
The snacks have been very tasty, the deliveries timely, love the option to put orders "on hold" too. I hope they continue to expand their selections!
I love getting my graze snacks. They are a perfect size to get my mind off my stomach and back on my work. Quick energy & very tasty.
I really wanted to like this idea but these tiny portions are so not worth it. Some of my snacks have arrived crumbled and old looking. Some are too sweet. Need to work on this idea and the portion sizes a tad bit more.
Graze has great boxes with delicious snacks. The snacks are great for in between meals and after workouts. Would recommend these snacks for everyone to try.
Some of the boxes have a lot of snacks that i don't care for. Some are ok. Things like the dried fruit and shredded coconut snacks i don't like. Seed packs are ok. I need to make better choices/
A thoughtful gift from my daughters. I often take a quick mid-morning snack and get a little bored. These are good, about the correct size and fun. Though all are different I have enjoyed each one.
Every little package is like a surprise, you can get the description when you purchase, but when you receive it, it is a great and different treat than you expected so you can't wait to the following week. Something to look forward to after a hard week.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.

You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now. As we are a subscription service, we start to prepare your upcoming box once a week, depending on where your box is being sent geographically. For this reason, we may take payment for your box up to a week in advance. We make mention of this in our FAQs. I'm sorry if you didn't see it.
