I love getting the box once a month. It is like getting flowers or candy from my hubby. I am so excited to see what has been chosen for me. I open it and all the best natural, feel good snacks right there for me to pick from. My favorites are the ones you dip.
First off sharing box had 19 not 20 portions. I frequently get the same items or items very similar to what I've trashed. Not everyone loves raisins by the way, I personally detest them. It is over priced for what you get, especially the smaller boxes. I can go to the local health store and get items much cheaper. I do like the variety and the surprise. Just not always happy with what I get.
I started getting Graze boxes last year after my mom gave me her free trial box. I ended up with a surplus of snacks so I took a two month break from boxes. In that time I moved and changed my address with UPS so I expected them to come to my new home when they started coming again. I went three months paying for boxes and never getting them. Even after I updated my address with Graze's website, it took another two months to receive a box. I just received my first box in months and I'm just wondering where the others went. Great product, good snacks, just wish I got what I paid for.
I like the variety, surprise and convenience. Always looking for something crunchy in the afternoon, these fill the bill. I like that you can say which snacks you like or don't, but it would be nice to be able to say why so that the snacks could evolve. Website is pretty simple to use. I'd endorse graze if the subject came up.
Snack quality is good, mostly very delicious.
I don't know why they have to print "Name or current resident" in the mailing label as if the box is not a subscription but some sort of free samples that's available to anyone. I paid for the box, naturally I don't want anyone else to claim the box just because the label says so.
While Graze boxes often contain similar type snacks, I've found that the products themselves are tasty and well-portioned. I like getting a box in the mail each month and knowing I'll have unique snacks for the office or home.
This is a fun subscription where you get eight individual sizes of a variety of grazing snacks from sweet to savory. You then go to your on-line account to rate them. It is easy to add and delete the items you like vs the incessant you don't. If you really like one you can order a larger size for more eating pleasure.
I really enjoy getting my weekly Graze boxes delivered to work, and my coworkers have taken me up on my recommendation to give Graze a try. We have a lot of unhealthy snacks in the office, so it's great to always have something healthy and tasty at my desk to avoid the temptation of red vines and cup of noodles. I also like all of the different options for boxes like the protein box and being able to leave out anything you don't like (ie spicy foods).
The one thing that could be better is I see a lot of repetition in my boxes, a lot of times in back-to-back weeks, I'll receive the same snacks even though I have hardly any restrictions.
I had a feeling that this may not be a good company to order from because it is so hard to find the information about how to cancel on the website. I am glad that I decided against it because reading these reviews showed me some shady things. The worst part is that the person from the company named Amy that has responded to all of the negative reviews gives 3 different emails for customers to use when requesting refunds, and when making complaints. I have seen her suggest using *******@graze.com, *******@graze.com, and one other one as well that is completely different back in the reviews from February. I have trouble trusting a company that sends out a representative to troll for complaints, and then gives out 3 different email addresses while responding to them. I have not ordered from this company, and have no complaints directly about the food or the customer service, but will not be trying it based on what I have seen on the site.
Our family looks forward to our Graze deliveries! It feels a little bit like Christmas with every box. We enjoy having well portioned alternatives on hand, and each family member has their favorites, but enjoy discovering new ones!
Thank you for putting together so much love in a box, and for a great, user-friendly website!
I've signed up for the 8-box, every 2 week program and as I march toward my 5th delivery I must say I look forward to that week's delivery as the snacks that I have chosen to receive are both delicious and economical (given it's variety). Likewise my parrot Ipo (Sweetheart in Hawaiian) is equally excited when I open a package and does flips and sings when I offer him his portion. I look forward to the many and varied snacks for the foreseeable future.
Why not 5 stars? Well I wish the portions were a tiny bit more. There is a noticeable amount of "air space" in the snack containers that I feel could be filled with more stuff without bringing the whole business crashing to the ground.
I signed up with the free sample offered on Spotify, and while the food is very good, the portions are SO small. $6 for 4 small snack servings seems a bit much. Also, I was charged for the second week's box before I even reserved my first, though I would have canceled it right after the first box had it not taken so long to arrive. I canceled my subscription because it doesn't seem worth the price. I may reconsider if the portions increase. Also, there's way too much packaging. Seems like a real waste of materials.
Hi Sarah,
My name is Amy and I work for graze.com. This isn't an official graze forum, but I do keep an eye on the reviews here since there are a few, so I just wanted to thank you for your feedback about our nibbles.
It’s great to hear you enjoyed them, and really exciting that you’d like to see them in larger sizes!:)
At the moment we design our nibbles to be portion controlled so that each one is a handy instant snack pack for taking out and about. However, of course we’d love to make our snacks available in other ways too! Hopefully this is something we can look into for the not-too-distant future! I’ll make sure the kitchen get the word!
I’m really sorry that there was the delay to your first box, causing this extra box to be sent before you realised – by all means do reach out to our customer service team about that. You can do so via hi@graze.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
In the meantime, in terms of our packaging, our boxes do need to be quite sturdy to make sure they arrive in perfect condition after their journey in the mail, with all four snacks neat and tidy and ready to eat each time – but we do try to use as little material as possible to do this.
The card we use is really strong and is made to high standards for food hygiene, so we can make it really thin. Our card also comes from sustainable forests, is 100% recyclable and 100% biodegradable too. Our punnets are also 100% recyclable and contain recycled materials.
We like to think this helps our grazers to feel a little bit better about receiving our boxes, and we're very proud of our unique, glue-less design – but of course we're always on the lookout for improvements that we could make to minimise our impact on the environment further, so we completely understand your feelings on this. Once again, thanks for your feedback:)
Thanks for trying graze, Sarah. We hope to see you again in the future:)
All the best,
Amy
We have thoroughly enjoyed our graze snacks. We look forward to its arrival and can't wait to see what is inside. Each snack is unique, delicious, and the perfect portion. Thank you for providing good healthy snacks.
I signed up initially with the free code on the inside of one of the packets I bought. Have paid for two boxes since. Nothing ever arrived. Absolute joke.
I love my graze snacks! They are fresh, they taste splendid, are good for me, have great varieties, are convenient and did I mention taste awesome?! I contacted customer service once by email and received a response in less than a day with the situation resolved and taken care of! I appreciate the ease in ordering on-line and receive suggestions for new snacks or I can change the frequency of my shipments.
Graze is a great way to enjoy healthy snacks in moderation. I've enjoyed most of the snacks, especially the soup. Wish Graze would include more. I don't like the snacks that include popcorn kernels of any type, they're too hard to eat and digest, don't like them at all. Graze is also economical. If I were to buy these products individually, I'd spend much more to enjoy the variety which Graze provides.
I thought these little pre-measured snacks would be great to take to work, and then I forgot to bring them. I ended up with several weeks worth that I put in a basket and shared with co-workers. They were very popular! Good choices. Decent price. All I've tried have been delish!
All the Flapjacks stand out above the other snacks for me, but I've enjoyed each & every single snack! I've already recommended & referred 3 friends/neighbors to Graze. I figure I'd have to pay extra for larger portions. Not often you get larger portions at smaller portion prices. I love your website & customer service. There's absolutely no complaints for either!
As a high school principal, its near impossible to take a lunch break. I recently started working out with a trainer who suggested eating snacks every couple of hourse. Having Graze delivered directly to work really helps! Their selections are great. I like the feature of being able to select ingredients you dont like and it removes those snacks with it from the selection!
I actually only ordered my sample box with four trial snacks based on my flavor profile. Since I had the coupon, I didn't mind paying for shipping. The snacks are great quality and delicious, and they send all of the nutrition facts along with the snacks themselves. Because I'm tight on cash right now, I reached out to customer service to cancel my order before I got charged for more. The service is on the expensive side, but you're definitely getting what you're paying for. Arianna helped me out and she was awesome! Friendly, to the point, and concise. My subscription was canceled with no hidden fees or guilt trips. Once I have the cash, I'll definitely be returning to Graze.
Hi Molly,
Thanks for your review - it's so great to hear that you enjoyed your sample box!
I'll make sure to pass your thanks along to Arianna, and we hope to see you again in the future :)
Answer: Yes they will and then it'll be next to impossible to get him to stop charging you'll have to report your card lost to the bank and get a new card
Answer: No give it a miss, you will spend much time trying to stop the payments, the so called free box is the carrot to tempt you it's far from free.
Answer: No its not safe to put in your credit card or bank info. Its very difficult to cancel the auto shipments
Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
Answer: Hi Denise, What a great idea! Thanks for using our service this lovely way:) Snack preferences are entered when logged in, so if you provide your niece with the email and password combination you entered, that will grant her access to this. You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now. This is definitely something we'd love to work on in future, so that more and more folks can spread the love with graze! For now, I hope this does the trick for you both - and if you'd like any extra detail or assistance, just drop us an email at hi@graze.com :)
Answer: Hi Doll, we're sorry to hear that you're having some trouble cancelling your subscription. We don't require card details to be entered when going through the cancellation process. Hi Candi,
My name is Amy and I work for graze.com – I can see you’ve spotted me already.
I’m really sorry to see you’re feeling unsure about trying us, even at all, especially if my responses to reviews here have in any way caused any bad feeling.
Graze cares deeply about its customers, and we don’t like to think of grazers out there struggling where we might be able to help. It’s for that reason alone that I take a look whenever I can for reviews like those here and see if I can offer some advice, or at least our contact information, to try to help.
The reason I have previously given a few different email addresses for us (all of which are valid) is because we recently launched in the USA, as well as having an existing base in the UK.
Originally we had only one email address – getintouch@graze.com – but once things started branching out in the USA we realised we could offer better service with a dedicated US customer service team, and one for the UK too.
At that point, we introduced an email address for each – hi@graze.com for the US, and hello@graze.com for the UK. I offer one or the other depending on where it appears the reviewer is posting from, so that they can get the most direct, best possible help.
I hope this explains for you. I’d also like to provide you with a link to our FAQS, where you can see our illustrated steps for cancelling an order:
www.graze.com/help/faqs
By all means drop us an email if we can help with any further concerns. We’d really like to reassure you about us:)
All the best,
Amy
