The driver called me and said my food was delivered, but then mentioned an address next door. I told him it was not my address but he had already driven away. I tried to retrieve it from other address but could not enter building. In the end, I was left to recover my delivery.

One of the recent orders they didn't use our future order time and it was delivered an hour early.
No problem with delivery. The food from El Puerto was not good. The food was dry and tasteless.
I have used Grabull many times without issue. This time it took 2 hrs from the time I ordered to the time I received my delivery. I'm not sure where the breakdown was, but it wasn't a pleasant experience. So now I will think harder about using this platform to order again.
Got there. Door locked. No one visible. Called when got back home. Told no pts open, food ready. Went back. They had forgotten to unlock door.
