When I went to pick up my order at the scheduled time, the restaurant had not yet received it. They said it happened frequently with Grabull. They took the order from the receipt on my phone, but I was there about 30 minutes longer than expected. Extremely poor experience
I am a little confused by the pizza pricing. Its odd to have the price be listed as one thing and then have it actually cost more based on round (which should be standard and included in the cost) or square (which adds $11!)
Wish it had a cash option to pay in store like I can from all the other places around them. Add a cash option ill add a star.
Web site navigation is very well done... easy to add and change
I don't like how hard it is to see your order before you place it. It is not easily found where the order is. What if I need to modify it? What if I forgot what I even ordered.
I also don't like that you don't show an itemized list of all the fees or taxes associated with my order.

Service fee is steep. It wasn't disclosed until the end of placing my order and at that point I felt committed to just doing it. Never again.

It's pretty arrogant that you would assume a 2-star rating must be a mistake. My original rating was going to be 2 stars for the bad user interface, but I lowered it to 1 star because of that suggestion.
Here's some feedback for the UI:
When changing the size of pizza, a pop up tells me I can only select one option. Instead, the interface should just change my selection. Second, when entering my credit card expiration date, the format shows "MM/YY" but actually requires "MMYY" - without the slash, otherwise it throws an error for the slash. Beyond that, the interface is just ugly, at least on mobile. I'm on an iPhone using chrome if that helps.
