Restaurant is fine. The platform Grabull is awful. Credit card field isn't marked as such so auto fill doesn't work. Placing order returns the raw order transaction response.
When given the option to edit my order I am brought back to the restaurant menu and I have to order all over again. Then I go back to my cart and I have to delete my previous order which is what I'm ordering and wanted to edit.

Got a text a few minutes before my food was sue to arrive that the order was cancelled and would not be delivered. Called the restaurant and they said food is ready but the delivery person has not come. Had to call Grabull and they said the driver could not make the pick up time so cancelled the order. Then they had to dispatch a second driver. Finally food arrived and was cold and was 20 min late. So I was hungry and ate cold food. Not a good experience

The restaurant cancelled my order without explanation. The last time I ordered something from Bukhara the wrong order was delivered. About a half hour later they attempted to recover the wrong order to deliver it to another customer, and to deliver my order but I had opened it. I think they were unhappy with me for opening the wrong order. They did not take responsibility for the error but blamed me instead for the error instead. Somehow. I don't quite get it. However, anyone can make a mistake and I did make another order, this one, from them but this is the last time. Very sad. Not a good outcome at all.
