I tried to place an order and wasn't sure if it went through. I then checked my email and found no receipt, so I assumed the order was not place. A few days later, I checked my email and found the receipt. Upon calling customer service, they informed me there was no recourse for their delayed confirmation of the order. I was charged for a meal I did not know was ordered till days later.

The driver called me to tell me he was outside. He was at the wrong address. I had to tell him about 6 times how to get to my house. He was on the wrong street the whole time. I told him to use his gps. After about 10 minutes he showed up

This platform is HORRIBLE! Way too difficult to navigate and has no confirm screen that shows you what is in your order before you actually hit "place order". Twice now I have been charged for things that I never added to my cart and tried to back out of but once you start into the checkout process your are never given an option to see your cart again- NOT user friendly!
